I appreciate the care and effort they put fourth in correcting an issue I had with library parking lot .. thanks again guys.

I wanted to say the workers Mike and Shawn were very professional and courteous. They cleaned everything up. They were on time and am very grateful and am happy with work. I would highly recommend!

I contacted this business to help with my salon's needs, which was a fan, and a sink. The plumber got here and flirted with me for about 20 minutes infront of my teenage daughter, made some comments that wasn't appropriate and then sat in his car for 4 hours. Followed by a quote for 5k. I said no way. Then the fan people came in, while nice they left a huge mess of broken wall in our parking lot.

I reached out to the company over and over again about paying the bill and they kept saying someone would get ahold of me and no one did for over a month! Then they sent me a bill for $500 for the guy that hit on me and sat in his car for 4 hours. I said no way! Finally they get the bill right weeks later (still charging me $75 for the inappropriate guy and I cleaned my parking lot) I explained to them I would need a couple days to move the money back into the checking account and it would take a couple of days, shortly after I ended up in the hospital.

Now you think since they were in no hurry, and couldn't figure out how to bill me for so long they wouldn't be in a rush as I'm dealing with health issues and the hospital but nope they start calling everyday. Then send court papers, with a late fee, because as if it's not bad enough I have to pay for their lazy plumber who was unprofessional and inappropriate INFRONT OF MY DAUGHTER I should pay a late fee because they couldn't get their stuff together MONTHS ago when I tried paying, and called and texted them repeatedly to pay.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!

Responsible and reliable staff. Tremendously generous owners! Do not let anyone convince you otherwise. This company deserves a 5 star rating in my opinion.

Stand by their work, Treat their employees more than fair, always looking for ways to become better, and very family oriented.
They do the small things internally that make it a great company as a whole. Wish there were more places like this in the world.
