Dishonest company. They gave me a quote by phone and email that said it was good for 30 days. When we went to book it, they said the quote was a typo. The first price was 14,200 and then it became 21,600. Those are not even close. Beware of this company.

Called this company several times during business hours and got NO ANSWER. They currently have salespeople in the state of FLORIDA taking advantage of hurricane victims!!!!!! USING A FLORIDA LICENSE UNDER THE NAME PETRO KHOLIAVA (see his fake review below) that has been EXPIRED SINCE 2020!!! They are also telling hurricane victims that their company also goes by SHIELD ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION. I would recommend anyone stay away from a company that performs illegal business and prays on Natural disaster victims. THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES HAVE BEEN CONTACTED, you and "Pat Scully" will be on the long list of those who have already been arrested for contracting without a license!!

I woke up this morning to find my roof was leaking, called this company and asked if they did repairs, Mary answered the phone she very rudely said NO! I said Ok can I get An estimate for a full replacement she made a very rude remark and just hung up on me. How does this company get any business with such a rude person answering the phone? Hopefully they will be out of business soon so they won’t treat customers this way. Mary needs to be fired immediately!

Alliance and its team are just awesome. We had an emergency roof leak and they fixed it right away, even had to work in this cold weather and during quarantine. I will recommend them anytime to anyone. Great job

Mary helped me with insurance process after our house get hail and wind damage, from free inspection to calling the insurance, meeting adjuster, fighting for all the extras to make sure our house is fully restored, the whole process was smooth and easy. You guys are Excellent

Mary and her team from Alliance Roofing & Exteriors were very responsive from the time of my initial inquiry right through job completion. All work was performed on-time and as expected. Install crews are professional, precise and cleaned thoroughly when they were done. It was a great experience to work with a contractor who conducted themselves so well.

Michael helped my family out with the damage made from this recent hail storm. he was very knowledgeable of what damage was done and what work needed to be done. he kept us in the process from start to finish and we were very satisfied with the professionalism and knowledge he brought and the work done was amazing!
I would recommend Michael to anyone looking for work to their house to be done.

Michael helped me after my home suffered hail damage due to the recent hail storms. He helped me throughout the whole insurance process and made it as pain free as possible. He was very knowledgeable about insurance claims and the entire process. He stayed in contact with me through the whole process from claim to build to make sure I was happy with my service. Thank you for making my home look amazing. Highly recommend Michael for your future restoration needs!
