Alliance Exteriors - Grand Prairie, TX

Do not use this company or this vendor at all. They did our roof almost 3 and half years back. They had a warranty on their work on the workmanship. They just disappeared after the work. I tried to reach out to them for last couple of weeks and no respond to phone calls, emails and voice mails. They did terrible job, which is costing us money to fix that. Please do not trust these people for any work and do not give any contract to this people. I wish I had a choice to give zero star.

I had a leak after the last bad rainstorm. They responded amazingly fast and efficient. The great service after the sale defines who a company really is. It's easy to be nice when someone is spending money. Service after the fact is where the rubber meets the road.

Alliance Exteriors was very professional. Started the project on time and let me know of any additional work that needed to be preformed. They also completed some other projects around the house that I haven't had time to complete. I've recommended them to several friends and coworkers. 5 Star Service!
