It took at least 6 months to get the job done.
When I was asking why it was taking so long someone from Allen said there has been a lot of rain and people’s roofs are leaking. I said what about the water getting in my house.
The damage to the dry wall in my house got 10 times worse waiting for Allen. I guess they did a good job I haven’t had any water in the house since the repair, but nervous to get the dry wall fixed. They cleaned up after themselves, no roofing nails and such in the yard which was nice. I think they were expensive, but nothing to compare them to.
Not sure if I would use them again.
They put gutters on my house years ago and that went quite well.

Good service. Came to my aide right after tornado/hail damaged my roof and siding. Got my roof done fairly quickly with no problems.

Just had gutter covers placed on our home and roofing replaced a couple of months ago with Allen Roofing. Both projects were well done. Their staff was professional and efficient. Staff members notified us that they had arrived and were beginning the work requested. Great job! Would definitely recommend Allen Roofing.

We have relied on Allen Roofing for needed shingle repairs since moving to our Belleville home. When the Hail storm hit us hard in March 14, 2025, we knew who to call. Today we have a beautiful new roof thanks to Allen.
We appreciate their prompt response and willingness to work with our insurance company.

Called Allen roofing for storm damage from March 2025. They emailed me back and said due to high call request it would be 2 weeks before they would be able to get back to me. 2 weeks went by, nobody reached out. Then in May got another email saying an agent would be assigned to me within 2 weeks. Nobody did and to this day still nobody.
I just want to say if this is how Allen Roofing treats their potential customers I would hate to see how they treat you after you sign a contract with them.
I would never recommend them to anybody. Apparently they don’t want or need any new business from the way they treat people.
Bad business practices on their part.

Allen Roofing was great to deal with. Jon Morrow put in a lot of leg work to help me deal with a difficult insurance carrier in a challenging claim process. And the install crew did quick and efficient work. I highly recommend Allen Roofing.

The siding, soffiting and guttering crews did a wonderful job on my son's house. Total transformation. They cleaned up the area and hardly knew they were there in muddy conditions. Allen Roofing is a top tier company. Tom Bonderer and team did a fabulous job coordinating a challenging roof replacement for our Coffee Shop in Kirkwood. From start to finish, great workmanship, great customer service and an absolutely stunning new roof!

Allen Roofing was the only company that could offer the type and color of roofing shingles we were looking for. All other companies told us that what we wanted was no longer available from the manufacturer. We did not want a multi-colored roof that was going to look too busy with our multi colored brick house. Their estimate was not the cheapest nor the most expensive bid. Their installation crew were efficient, thorough and did nice work. I only wish that the foreman was able to communicate better and answer the few concerns/questions I had so I didn’t have to call and bother the sales rep. This made me feel like a jerk:)

Allen personel were easyto work with and took the time to thoroughly explain the options available. Also kept us informed during the entire project.

Our home was affected by a hail storm in the summer of 2024. Our roof and gutters required replacement, and since we knew the owner of Allen, we started with a phone call to them. Michael was assigned to our project and beautifully handled everything, including all the insurance paperwork and follow-through. Allen's workmanship is A+. We didn't have to worry about a thing.

I feel that we were way overcharged $350 for about 15 minutes of their labor. We had the siding necessary repair.

We just had Allen Roofing put on a new roof for us. Everyone from the salesman to all of the roofing guys were friendly, courteous & did a fantastic job in just one day. Did a fantastic job on my flat roof. Left my place and took the mess with them leaving my yard in great shape. Very professional.

Highly recommend. I used them for siding, the quote took about 2 weeks then the job started about 2 weeks after that. Was finished 3 days after they started. Communication was great throughout and I was made aware of any delays (all were weather related.) Price was extremely reasonable based on other quotes I received when comparing. I will use them again in the future.

We recently had Allen replace our hail-damaged roof. The estimator, Elmer was great to work with. He and our insurance adjuster reviewed the job together and came to agreement on all items. Elmer was responsive to all of our queries. The actual job was slow to get going (it's been a busy season), but once started, things went really well. Work crews were efficient and thorough, leaving no mess behind at all. We're very pleased with Allen Roofing.

My salesman Jake was the best! He took care of everything with my insurance company and that was no easy job, he went way beyond what he had to do, rare these days. And to top it off my roof looks better than ever, all the side cuts are even straight, not like my last roof! Great job by Allen roofing.

My experience with Allen Roofing was excellent. Our salesman, Mack, was available to deal with the insurance agent and patiently answered our many questions. The installation crew did a great job with the roof, and the cleanup. They even had to replace some boards in the roof. Everytime I had a question, someone at Allen Roofing answered and if something needed to be done, took care of it. We love our new roof! I highly recommend this company, they stand behind their work.

Allen replaced my entire roof. Elmer was my representative and he was excellent at diagnosing what I needed and working with me throughout the process. His estimate met or was less than the other two bids I received. The workers were excellent-did the entire job in one day and cleaned up thoroughly.

Called Allen Roofing after a recent hail storm this weekend to inspect our roof that Allen had installed originally and Jon Morrow from Allen was out here within hours to inspect and reassure us that the roof was still in Great Shape! We had previously dealt with Jon for Gutter Covers and found him to be extremely professional and reasonable. We would suggest them to anyone!

We purchased a home that had previously had a roof installed by Allen years ago. During an inspection a few loose cap shingles were noted. Allen Roofing professional Jon Morrow came out and quickly remedied the problem and, by the way saved us a lot of money in the process! He also recommended a soft wash to eliminate a little bit of algae (which extends the life of the roof). It’s not a service they provide, but useful to know. I highly recommend this company!

The insurance company was only going to pay for the pieces of siding that were damaged and it was not going to match.
Jim found a supplier that had enough siding to do the one side of my house and he also got the insurance to pay for the one side and not just the pieces that were damaged .
