Allen-Guerra Architecture

I have given $8,800 and received a stick drawing. I have never received an answer to an email question that I sent. I also don't get return phone calls ever. Shame on me for not doing more due diligence before attempting to hire this "firm" for a redesign of my home. I added a photo of what I received for $8,800

These people are pros at designing innovative mountain homes. I highly recommend both Suzanne, Andy, & Tim. They have more than 50 years combined experience designing & building homes in the Summit. You will not be disappointed.

Suzanne and her team designed our home much faster than any architect I have ever worked with. Her creativity and attention to detail would make Howard Roark jealous! In the end , our home appraised over 20% higher than we originally hoped. Mostly due to Suzanne's unique combination of rustic and modern ideas.
