I built a new pump house for my well and bought the roofing to put on. But as I was standing there looking at it, I decided that a hospital stay would cost me more than having someone else install the roofing. So, I called Mark.

I live in an older mobile home; the interior ceiling had sagged. I needed a new roof and gutters. Allen Exterior came out and agreed to do the work which no other company that I contacted would do. We worked on some cost reductions, and I am super pleased with the end result. Highly recommend them

I’ve use AER twice now.

The first time I had a leak in a very tricky part of my roof. I brought a lot of different groups out and got a lot of different answers and indecision. When Mark took a look he went out to his Truck and came back with a very well thought out plan. I went with AER because of the thoroughness of thought he showed. They made the fix and it has lasted through multiple wet seasons.

More recently I had a tree fall and hit my house. AER came out to take a look quickly. The proposal was thorough and showed thoughtfulness as usual. The work got done quickly and was excellent as usual.

I’ve seen a lot of proposals that have a cheap floor prices, but they lack things that are needed or have ways to tack on additional fees. In contrast The proposals I’ve gotten from AER are always very straightforward.

Working with Allen Exterior Remodeling was a very positive experience. I had never had a big project done and the work crew was so great. They explained each thing they were doing and were happy to answer my questions. Mark came and checked out the job when it was completed. The best part was when he asked me if I wanted to see what the roof looked like. I said I did so he went up and held the ladder at the top and one of the workers held the ladder at the bottom. I climbed up there and the roof is BEAUTIFUL!!! It was quite a thrill for this 71 year old lady to get to do that. I highly recommend Allen Exterior Remodeling if you want a job well done.

Mark came over to my place and went up to the roof and told me about the situation he seem like very caring person. But I told he that at this time I will get back with him at a different date and time.
