Anthony Loliva, owner of All Valley Exterior Cleaning, is honest, a hard worker, cleans up after the job,wears booties inside. I use him for exterior window and deck glass cleaning. He sends out a time window for arrival, texts if he will be earlier or later than expected. I use him every year in June. The windows shine. He removes screens and washes them. My go-to person each year! He also does roof cleaning, moss removal, power washing.

All Valley Exterior Cleaning has done my windows and gutters for a few years. Additionally this year they treated moss on the roof and also pressure cleaned my concrete patio and walks. This is our third year having gutters cleaned by All Valley. Anthony and Jacob are stellar. You could eat dinner off the gutters they are so clean. The service you performed was good and I assume will control the moss on the roof over time. I thought your charges were excessive for gutter and roof cleaning and window washing -for example, you arrived at 10:30 and left at 3pm during which time you also did a short roof job for my neighbor. The fee was almost $1600 which comes to over $350 per hour for the two of you. Take off $100 for materials for spraying the roof and it is still over $325 per hour. I would tell anyone that asked me that the service met my expectations but that they should make sure the cost estimate makes sense before they begin. Ros Bond

He is efficient, calls ahead to let you know where he is in his schedule ( ahead or behind ) and is very careful to bootie up when entering my home.

He offered a discount if I referred others and when I would book annual cleaning. He is polite, positive, and knows his business.

My windows sparkle and there is no mess to clean up afterward. I have several large floor to ceiling panels and they are spot free, no algae or moss, when he is through.

Anthony is great, we had some really badly stained concrete driveways. He came out, tested multiple different products, spending about an hour of his time at the end of his work day trying to see if he had something in the arsenal to remove the stains. He was able to remove them, but recommended we purchase the product from him as it wouldn't be cost effective for us to have him complete the project. Really appreciate his knowledge and honesty. For reference this was new construction that had already been pressure washed, used multiple hardware store cleaners, and the staining wouldn't come off with anything available off the hardware store shelf, a muriatic acid wash was the only other option we tried that worked.

Always a reliable and excellent service - windows are now sparkling clean. Will continue to use and recommend highly to others.

Anthony Loliva was always one step ahead of us with his timely email notifications about when he would be coming over to help clean our gutters and to fix any gutters that were in need of repair. Anthony spelled out exactly what he planned to do each time he came by. Anthony also kept to his own stated price for his services. We were very pleased with his work and with the quiet patience and help from the young man who assisted Anthony in everything that needed doing.

Anthony also made two more special trips to figure out why one corner of the gutters in our courtyard were still dripping through a tiny crack, every time it rained. Finally, Anthony was able to repair that hair-line leak, too.

Update May 2025: Another five star review for Anthony and All Valley Cleaning. They do my house, and my family's homes. Anthony is friendly, professional, and thorough. This year Anthony also helped me with covers for my gutters, and blocking off areas around my gutters and roof where birds were nesting. Some people are fortunate to have family members to help them with home prpjects like this.
If you don't have that, Anthony is the next best person. He is honest, and sincere. It's like having a family member help you. Our family highly recommends All Valley Exterior Cleaning!
