It was a pleasure working with Tom and his crew. Tom came out to give us a quote within hours of reaching out to him. The quote was very reasonable. We decided to go with All United, made our deposit and they were here within 3 days to complete the job. The job was completed in 1 day, as promised. We have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend All United Roofing and Siding!!

Neighbor was the one who had the work done. I’m the one that came home to my outdoor furniture and yard covered in debris. Brought to crews attention, was told “oh, we didn’t know”, then nothing. So I removed the debris, which I’m guessing the foreman didn’t care for, since he provided attitude. Took pictures and waiting to see what happens.

All United replaced our roof last September. Zachary responded quickly to our request for quotation and was willing to provide everything requested. The roof replacement was due to storm damage and the All United team scheduled the replacement within the stated time period. There was great communication up to the date of the roof replacement. The owner was present when the roof replacement work was being performed ensuring high quality. The team did a great job replacing 4 skylights and installing the new roof. In addition, two sheets of plywood were replaced without additional costs. When the job was done, the yard was cleaned without a trace that they were here. I highly recommend using All United Roofing and Siding.

The All United Roofing and Siding team did a great job installing a new roof for my house . On time, communicated throughout the process and fair pricing. Work was done in one day and they made sure we were happy before the crew left. The crew makes sure that area is neatly cleaned before they leave the property. We will be using them on future projects!

We had our roof replaced in early November. Working with Tom and his team was a great experience. They were competitive with price, but more importantly, they did what they said they would. They explained exactly what to expect, when they would arrive and what to be prepared for.
The crew was on time and worked consistently throughout the day. Tom is very hands on and the entire crew works hard to keep the project going smoothly. Very professional and the results are beautiful.

Professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. Excellent pricing and honest about costs and expenses in today's volitile supply chain environment. I live in a city with more building codes than the surrounding area and he knew the difference and what it meant for my project off the top of his head. Absolutely none of the "if you sign today we can do this price", "my manager says you can get an additional discount if you sign today", "almost everyone else is untrustworthy and shady", or any other hard-sell BS to try to get you to overpay. I would highly recommend getting a bid from him in your search for a contractor.

Got several estimates. They're not the cheapest but very competitive. And our service rep was on the ball, totally hand's on for a few minor fixes.

All United work crew was awesome; thorough and very respectful of the property. Zack (sales) was great to work with and he and Tom (owner) kept me very informed. Roof looks great!!! Very pleased.

Zack was amazing!! Super friendly and has a wealth of knowledge about the process and explains each step. When getting my roof put on the workers were quick and efficient. Once they were done they cleaned up after themselves each and used their magnetic roller to pick up nails. All in all it was great experience.

To start Zack, the sales representative, was great. He explained in detail my new roof choices, quoted me a better price for a upgraded roof based on other estimates that I've received. And he promptly answered all my questions via phone and text! Very thorough, trustworthy and confident guy. Needless to say that
I signed my contract in 24 hours which could've been timed more perfectly as they had an open spot within 5 days.

On the day prior to my project I received a confirmation call and email from the office that provided a timeline of events to expect on Installation day - from when the work crew would show up to when the dumpster and materials would arrive.

Installation day - The work crew showed up on time. They were very professional, friendly and took the extra precautions to avoid mishaps. When they left for the day, it was like they had never been there - all the debris had been removed!

Tom, the owner came out for final expection prior to the crew wrapping up for the day. And even he was professional, confident, friendly, and took the time to review our project in detail and answer any questions we had.

The next day, Tom returned for final expection and to ensure we were satisfied with the job. I was so excited, I couldn't stop talking about how wonderful of a job his company did! Great owner = great company & crew.

Overall, I would highly recommend All United Roofing to my family and friends again and again!

It's been over 6 months since we had the All United Crew finish installing a new roof, gutters, siding, windows, fascia, soffit, and Sliding glass door. Zack gave us a good price and most importantly actually listened to what we wanted to do and how we wanted it done. Many other companies wouldn't quote me installing new construction windows and just wanted to drop in inserts into the old frames and wrap them. Other companies wanted to require fake upgrades like powered attic fans for their warranty. Zack listened to exactly what we wanted quoted and didn't try to sell us any fake upgrades or avoid doing things the right way. The roofing crew was fast and efficient. Chuck and the siding/windows crew took their time getting the details right and consulting with me on any decisions to be made. We've now lived with the upgrades for a while and are still very happy with our choice to use all United. Big thanks to Zack, Tom, and Chuck for taking care of our house.

Amazing company, Zack was a very good help and was very loyal the days he was supposed to meet he was here every time on time. The crew did a very good job was very respectful. We had our roof done by a neighbor in 2012. Unfortunately for us, he was incompetent, and we had problems. In 2015 we needed some repairs, and after calling several roofing companies, All United were the only ones willing to come out. Several weeks ago we again needed a small repair. Tom from All United advised us that we could continue to call him for repairs every few years, or just get it redone. So, we decided to just bite the bullet and have it totally redone. It was finished in a day, very efficient and professional, and very fair pricing. They moved the outside items too heavy for us, cleaned up thoroughly, and replaced the moved items. I am very glad we found them in 2015 for repairs, and used them this year. No complaints and highly recommended. Five stars!

Had two windows and trim replaced because my windows were leaking. Chuck and his crew did an excellent job once the work was finally scheduled. Communication probably could have been a bit better overall, but at the end of the day the work was done quickly and professionally.

I started looking into a new roof back in January. After receiving a couple of quotes from other sources I got one more from All United and the experience was much better. He was able to work things out concerning roofing material quality and price-wise to my satisfaction.

But I told him that I did not want the roof installed until warmer weather and he said that was no problem. I could coordinate with the office when I was ready. So I provided my down payment and due to various reasons (on my part) the roof was not installed until May. But there was constant communication with the scheduling folks and no pressure to get me to go until I was ready...despite them having to store my roofing materials for an extended period of time.

When the date came for the actual installation their team showed up early in the morning and stayed for around 12 hours or so and got the job done in one day.

The roof looks great and I am completely satisfied with the entire process. From the sales...to the front office...to the installers...all were non-pushy and pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend them to others.

When Zach(Sales Rep) arrived to look at the roof, I didnt get a sales pitch but rather an education on roofing which made the decision process easy. The roofing job was completed with the owner Tom on site throughout the job. Absolutely professional from start to finish. Exceptional job by everyone involved. Kim, Zach and Tom are All in to their job and go All out to make sure you are satisfied.

Zach Paradee was our Project Coordinator. He thoroughly took the time to look at our house and give us an estimate. My wife and I were pleased with what he had to offer. After going through what materials we wanted, making a contract and getting numbers together it wasn't long until the materials were ordered and our siding project was started.
We had two guys do the work. Chuck and Chris. They did a fantastic job and couldn't have been more cordial.
We ran into one issue where the capping around the windows were prohibiting the windows from opening and closing. Fortunately, we found this problem on only 2 windows. I spoke to both Chuck and Chris about this issue and they were right on it. Every window opens and closes with no issues.
From start to finish our project ran smoothly and efficiently. My wife and I were blown away with the craftsmanship of the work, how personable the guys were and just how smoothly everything ran.

Today I met with Zack to get an estimate. Now I have had estimates in the past, they sucked. Zack put on an amazing presentation! I look forward to the next steps in the process, and the new roof! Thanks Zack!

We recently used all United roofing to replace our roof and shutters, and we are extremely pleased with their work! They were professional, timely, thorough, affordable, and extremely efficient. They did a great job cleaning up after the job was done, and you could easily see they take pride in their work. All of the paperwork and scheduling that gets done before the installation was a breeze, thanks to Zach and Kim. They are responsive via phone calls, texts and emails. They were also very accommodating with scheduling, trying to get the job done before our son’s party! I would use them again/recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you all for your hard work!

Had this company install roofing and gutter guards many years ago. Was told there was a lifetime warranty that if gutters plugged they would clean. Now found out that company was sold and new owner will not honor original guarantee. Does not leave one with good feeling about doing business with this company. Waited one week after reply to see if manager would actually post that she talked to owner. As you can guess what she posted was more of an advertisement then an attempt to help a former customer and no further reply was added. Also note that previous owner never said maintenance free but would respond to clean gutters if it ever plugged. So much for buying a name for its good will and then cutting off previous customer.

Update. Crew showed up unexpectedly and fixed the issue. Agreed that this was a one time thing but give them credit for owning the issue. Changed rating to 5 stars

Great customer service and reasonable pricing compared to other contractors I received estimates from. My sales rep Zack did a great job explaining the process and answering my questions. Complete roof replacement was finished in a day, and the end product looks great. They took great care to make sure that everything was protected and that my property was clean after. Labor warranty with GAF was a big sell. Recommend working with All United for roof replacement.

I really enjoyed working with Tom Medes, the owner. He was very patient with me, came back three times to assess and provide the right solution. His pricing is competitive. He is the owner so he was on site with the workers to make sure the job got completed. That was a key reason why I chose All United. When you contract with the big firms you don't know what the overall quality of the job will be. He took photos and showed me the work performed. Bottom line is that they did a great job with the roof and I have full confidence to recommend him to others.

Excellent owner operated service! He and his staff were extremely responsive..no 1-2 weeks for service. Was very efficient and came prepared. Fixed our minor roof leak at a very reasonable rate. Will "definitely" contact again for roof replacement. Thanks sooo much!

Unfortunately, I decided to contact for the roof replacement. Salesman came down..Zach..who appeared rushed/overwhelmed.. provided estimate..agreed to proceed...signed my yard..then became unprofessional/ unresponsive even after several attempts (all intiated by me) to move forward. I even emailed my concerns to the owner & biz manager; however, to date still no response.If they were too busy or just didnt want the job simply say so -vs-having me pull teeth to do the work every step of the way...totally unacceptable.

Fortunately, I finally had enough and had to hire another contractor who was more than happy to accept the job. All I can say is I'm sooo happy I learned of their ways sooner than midway thru the project.

This is my roofer they have put roofs on 6 buildings for me and providded great service and pricing. As a home inspector I am careful who I use. For price customer service my vote is for All United.

All United Roofing seems to have a reliable staff that follows up very quickly and provides quality service at each one of their jobs. I am a freight broker and they've been very accommodating and communicative about the possibility of working together here in the near future.
