All Under One Roof has done three major projects for me over the years. All have been done with great care and attention to detail.

I have worked with Bryan on two major projects involving two deck replacements and the work was excellent. He has done several other improvements for me that were outstanding. He cares and is so knowledgeable with every project. I know I can always count on him.

All under one roof did a great job on my deck. From start to finish. From planning to execution they did a fantastic job and I wouldn't hire anyone else for any future work that I have.

We have been working with Bryan, Andrea, and Heather on major renovation projects for five years. They have rebuilt and improved our backyard and deck living area, reinvigorated the first floor of our house and recently revamped the interior of a lake place we just acquired. At first I was wary of getting a cost estimate that was not a fixed price, but now I understand and absolutely trust their system. The folks at AUOR provide top notch craftsmen, understand the vision of their clients, and run each project as if it were at their home. Through this process Bryan, Andrea, and Heather have become more than contractors to us; they are our friends. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They are good people.

Bryan was extraordinarily careful to make sure I understood everything and consented to everything they planned to do. Moreover, he did exactly what was promised, and in the time frame promised. One weekday it rained, so they came on Saturday to stay on schedule. The work is gorgeous and I couldn't be happier.

AUOR just completed an extensive interior and exterior home renovation for us. Andrea and Heather were instrumental in keeping the project on schedule and keeping track of all the details, both large and small. Bryan and his team did an outstanding job primarily on the exterior renovations. Given the scope of this project there were a couple of rework issues and AUOR stood behind their work and corrected them in a timely manner. Their relationship with their subcontractors was excellent. I would highly recommend them based on our personal experience.

I woke up one day with the feeling of being trapped by my house, it was collapsing in around me. I had to do something, and fast. Brian takes great pride in his work, and the design team impeccable. The problem was a small master and tiny closet. The kids are gone now, and so is the play room. Now I have the closet of my dreams, and my master speaks royalty. God bless AUOR!!

Requested a bid. Andrea came out and did measurements and talked to me about the project. She told me to give her a week for the bid. She came out on 4/7/22. I messaged on 4/21/22 because I had not received the bid yet and did not receive a response. Disappointing after all the hype she gave about how punctual she wants her crew to be.

I hired All Under One Roof to remove and replace my back deck. They did a tremendous job, were under budget, and on time. Their staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Highly recommend!

Bryan and Andrea run an outstanding business that we would recommend to anyone for their home improvement project. Their work was on time, on budget and the quality was impressive.

Like most people who are investing money to improve their home we got multiple bids from various contractors. When I met Bryan I had a good feeling about him. He talks fast but he is also a fast thinker. Bryan is a genuine person and a straight shooter.
His team of builders, roofers, painters, electricians, etc are all top notch! I never worried about letting them into my home or around my family. They all were respectful of my family and my home. Bryan has worked with this crew for many years so you don’t have to worry about who is going to be working on your project.
If you are on the fence about who to hire look no further. I know we will continue to use Bryan for other projects in the future and we are thankful for the beautiful space they created (covered patio). Bryan went well beyond my expectations both in the project and as a person.
I was nervous about staying on budget and Bryan listened to me and not only did he stay on budget but he was several thousand dollars UNDER!!! Who does that? This guy does!

Although craftsmanship is good, it took more than twice as long to complete the job (at the start of my job, they took an additional job with a neighbor and spent the majority of their time there as it was a bigger project instead of completing mine first and on schedule). They left the sight with a few things undone - downspouts left off the house, touch up paint, some debris in the yard etc... all I got was a final bill, no final walk through etc... When I sent a letter questioning this, they ignored me and never reached out or addressed my questions, but they had no problem cashing my final check. My bad, I should have withheld payment until they made things right.

I used All Under One Roof for deck building a year ago. Bryan was exceptionally astute in selecting architectural grade cedar, and he continually checked on the progress of the deck building itself, even calling the workers back to correct a slight bowing of the rail that was so minute that I didn't even notice. His company charged me considerably less than competitors, additionally. I have been happy with my deck, and have recommended AUOR to numerous others. I suspect the bad reviews are being posted by competitors who envy Bryan's business.

The owner of All Under One Roof, said that he was going to come out to the house to fix the top cap rail that was cut too short and is not flush on the new deck that was built by the company, one month has gone by and no one has shown up to fix the issue.
