Lived in Norwich most of my life. I had absolutely no idea this business existed. Was recommended by a family member. What an amazing place, staff are extremely knowledgable and helpful. We had a railing installed and cannot be any happier. The installers arrived on time. The railing was installed in a just a few hours. What a professional job. The railing was high quality. I would absolutely recommend this company! Ten stars for sure.

Magee is without a doubt the best ambassador for the company. Friendly service and quick service for getting your foggy window syndrome fixed. By the way, that’s a new term that I coined.

I used another company in New London that said it would take 2 weeks, well 3 weeks plus later, they still had not gotten it done, and was rude when I called to ask, so I called All Time and she was more than happy to make my day better! I'm very disappointed in the lack of response from this company. I've placed three calls to them in the past week regarding a defective lock on a storm door purchased approximately 6 months ago.. The cost of the storm door was over $650 dollars. The courtesy of a reply was anticipated but not received.

I got all of my windows replaced by All Time last fall and couldn't be happier. The gave a far better estimate than anyone else and installed all my windows in one day. My neighbor came over to inspect the quality and ended up going with All Time to replace a number of his windows. This family owned company is awesome. I don't write reviews, but wanted to do this for them for the amazing work they did for me. Thank you All Time!

I’ve have had All Time construct numerous custom Windows for my home over the last 5 years and have been extremely pleased with the quality of the windows and the friendly clear customer service. One window project involved measuring the pitch and angles of the roof to match with triangulated windows and the project turned out perfectly! Rob and Ron were very prompt and clear with their communication and the pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend All Time for any window project one may have.

While we understand you made the choice to close your showroom to the public due to COVID-19, if would help if there was an option for "appointments only."

Our replacement windows were professionally installed and are everything we hoped they would be. When my wife accidentally pulled one of the windows out of its pivot shoe and was unable to get it back in, the staff walked us through corrective instructions over the phone. Highly recommend these folks!
