In June of 2013 we had to have our roof replaced due to hail damage. Although it was done quickly , it was not done correctly on the roof cap vent, I had to call Pat who came down from Billings to personally renail down the cap within the first year due to a wind lifting the cap vent up and rolling it. 9 yars later June 2022 , it came up in the same spot of a 7 foot length. I called Pat and he refused to look at it or warranty it . Fast forward to today 10 /29/22 and i had the 38 feet replaced with labor and material at a cost of 600 dollars out of pocket. I am disapointed in the quality of the cap vent initially as I took photos showing that his crew used 1 1/4 inch nails instead of 1 3/4 to hold the omni -cover down for the whole thing. Glad I had it done locally now with a warranty and learned a lesson the hard way.

The men Pat has working for him were very particular about their work, they made sure to clean everything before leaving at the end of the day and worked long hours to get our ranch back up and running! This company is prompt, efficient and professional. They replaced our roof, last week, and it looks fantastic! They checked back to see if we were happy and we did not pay until they were finished with the work and we were satisfied.
