The work crew led by Edgar was very efficient and kept me informed throughout the day of the roof replacement. Our roof replacement was completed in one day and the gutters were installed the next day. The removal and reinstallation of our solar system also went off without a hitch. Good experience all around.

All Seasons replaced the ugly, peeling, bubbling vinyl that was along all the rooflines of the house and garage. Pam and Derek were very friendly and professional and provided a quote before they even left the house. Desmond came out and did an excellent job. The house looks great!

Nick came out and did an inspection and did a through job he didnt find any damage but i will be using then as my roofing contractor.

Overall a decent experience. Our original contact, Derek, was professional, courteous, and thorough in working with our insurance representative in inspecting and identifying the repairs needed from a wind and hail storm. All of those we were in contact with the management the project were good to work with however, I was not impressed with the lack of professionalism with the workers doing the actual work. The group that did the roof replacement did a good job but did not adhere to basic safety protocols that OSHA and the like require. The work team taking care of the siding and associated repairs were really lacking in professionalism. For instance, when they first showed up they came to the door and asked my wife what they needed to do. What? Are they not directed by management as to what they are there to do? It should not be up to the customer to direct their work crews. Secondly, my wife went outside to get something from the car and saw the crew on an extension ladder that was put on top of our picnic table in an effort to reach the peak of the roof line. That is totally unacceptable!!! After all this and they didn't even do everything needed. Had to call numerous times and have a crew show up to complete the work but still did not get everything done. Derek ended up having to come out and complete the final work. Kudos to him for following up and making sure everything was done that needed to be done. My hope is that management takes note and corrects these issues with the crews they hire to do the actual work.

We had hail damage that impacted: roof, garage door, gutters, windows, trim, paint, etc. We wanted to work with one company to take care of all the repairs (instead of finding individual contractors for each area). A lot of companies offered to only repair specific areas - All Seasons owned all repairs. Our project manager (Derek) helped with entire process. Derek helped to take care of everything from initial inspection, claim submission to insurance, supplemental claims submission (insurance tried to not cover some items but Derek made sure they covered), scheduling work crews, etc. Derek checked in regularly to provide updates and communicate schedules. The work crews were on time for scheduled repairs, efficient and professional. Overall we have been happy with the repairs. We hope to not have any more major hail storms anytime soon - but if we do, we will call Derek and All Seasons again.

This company did not get a permit and had to redo my roof, so many things they did not do. They did a lousy job on siding and it has some pieces missing, places that now mice, snakes can enter. Tim the owner wouldn't work with me and left us high and dry. Very sad make sure they get permits and only pay for job as it's done right.

These guys were amazing! Took care of all my needs in a timely manner and worked with me along the entire process. Very courteous and helpful and they listened to all my concerns and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a roof replacement!

This project was a long drawn out process 9 months to be exact, a nightmare to say the least. the material ordering left a lot to be desiared. it took 4 different deliveries to get the metal for the buildings and that was just one problem. On the positive side everything was finally taken care of . Dealing with Daryl Stuart was definitely a positive experiance, he was a pleasure dealing with! Reasonable pricing, pretty quick turnaround, friendly employees. My home builder kept blowing me off for warranty work that needed to be redone due to "back ordered" parts. All seasons was able to source all the parts necessary and got my home fixed quick. 10/10 would recommend

Run from this company. They will promise to stand by you and help you with all your repairs and assist with your insurance adjuster. When they don’t show up they will tell you that it was an emergency. When they forget to schedule your work, another emergency. Oh you wanted respect in your own home? Nope, that’s not something they ask of their employees. Massively rude and misogynistic. They will take advantage of kind people who are looking to support a local business. Their owner won’t take your call. We have been through 2 managers who claim they are authorized to run the company as the owner is just a figure head. Neither are qualified to manager their way out of a paper bag. They can’t commit to prices originally quoted and if they think they can massively overcharge you, they will.

We recently had a severe hail storm in our area that made us concerned for our roof. Our insurance agent gave us the name of a company, All Seasons Restoration. We contacted Daniel Kramer who promptly came out along with Kevin Hill and Derek Butz. They were incredibly professional and spent a significant amount of time inspecting and educating me regarding credentials, insurance claims, their company and how the process works. While our roof needed no work and was fine aside from a couple of minor, cosmetic issues, we got the peace of mind knowing that everything was ok. As a homeowner, we really appreciate honor and integrity and knowing that there are decent contractors who have the same values. Thanks guys!

It's June 6th, 2024 and still no window. It's been nothing but delay after delay keep blaming on material availability or ordered a wrong measurements.
I been waiting since September 2023 with a bad window that was took off and unfortunately due to a window defect contractor had to placed back on the “old window”, after this the window is worse, loose with insolation coming out from edges.

The roof installation was fine.

All Seasons did a great job replacing my siding. They were able to deal with my insurance company to get the repairs I needed. The siding crew was very polite and helpful while installing the vinyl. The crew had to make a second trip of many miles to come back to take care of the finishing touches after the siding was on the house. I feel I was treated with respect and everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and efficient.

I had a new roof put on and also new trim/fasia repaired, added soffit vents, and new gutter on my 63 year old house. A lot was done, and I would say I am very satisfied with the results through All Seasons Restoration. DJ was always quick to get back with me if I had questions, and handled the insurance issues on the roof, Qc’d all projects after completed, And made sure that any issues I saw were taken care of. The roof looks great, and the subcontractor they got, Jethro with Streamline gutters, to do the gutter did a beautiful job and also Thomas did a good job on the trim that needed repair. I would recommend this company.

Dj tucker did a very good job handling our insurance claim scheduled with time management. Excellent installation of roof and clean up like they where never here.
One thing I like is the roof vents and the pipe boots. Painting to match the color scheme of shingle and house. Blends very well together
