We had significant hail damage to our roof after a major storm. Following the event, we contacted several reputable roofing companies, and All Seasons Exteriors stood out as the best. Their customer service was outstanding—from the initial inspection through the entire roofing process.

We decided to upgrade from a shingle roof to tile, which was unfamiliar territory for us. Originally, we hoped to complete the job in the fall, but due to poor weather, All Seasons recommended waiting until spring rather than rushing the project. We appreciated their integrity and focus on quality over speed.

It was a big job, and the entire crew worked incredibly hard. They showed up on time each day and put in long hours. They were polite, respectful, and extremely diligent. Once the roof was completed, the company even came back to fix a few things inside the house that had been dislodged during the installation, such as ceiling can lights—something we didn’t expect, but truly appreciated.

What I look for first in a contractor is someone I can trust. After owner Jan Ostovsky told me my insurance company was wrong in saying we needed a new roof, I knew he was someone that was honest and reliable. So I hired his company, All Seasons Exteriors, to do a complicated and extensive gutter/downspout/fascia job on our old Victorian house: They brought creativity and experience to the work. They did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone!

Somehow our insurance initially wouldn’t cover our roofs d gutter damage from the terrible storm that rolled through Thornton last May30. Then a neighbor recommended Jan and All Seasons Exteriors. Concerning the recent review of All Seasons Exteriors posted by Peter Z. ; I believe it’s important to set the record straight. I was actually the homeowner during the roofing work completed by All Seasons, not Peter. I’m shocked that he is so angry about the work done on a house that wasn’t even his.

I realize he was buying it, but during this period he didn’t own it. Nor was he paying for the roof to be replaced like he implied (it was an insurance claim) and it wasn’t his right to make any complaints, decisions or demands concerning the roofing work. Granted, Peter did work separately with All Seasons to choose the skylights with my permission. All Seasons addressed this issue very well and was consistent with my understanding of the events.

However, I will address my overall experience with All Seasons and let you (the reader) decide which review is more trustworthy and reliably accurate.

Peter Z. had a contract to purchase our rental property. While under the contract I put a hail claim on the home and chose All Seasons Exteriors as the contractor to replace the roof. A year prior they had done an excellent job on my personal home. Oddly enough, a second rental property I own also needed a new roof and I contracted with All Seasons do that one also. I would not use the same roofing company 3 times if their work was anything less than excellent.

After Peter purchased the house, he obviously decided to find everything wrong with the work All Seasons did. What Peter may not realize is that roofs are inspected throughout the process. So, any issues with the quality of work would be flagged by the inspector for correction. The permit can not be closed until the inspector is pleased. This roof passed inspection which means it was installed correctly and up to code. All Seasons did a great job and I’d use them a 4th time – if another hailstorm comes through. Although, with the Malarkey class 4 impact resistant shingles they put on, it would have to be some pretty big hail.

Peter also suggested the gutters were damaged during the roof installation. How would he know that? The hail also damaged the gutters, but since it was cosmetic damage only and they were still functional, we chose not to replace them which is our right as the actual homeowner. I suspect Peter was looking at previous hail damage and blaming the roofers for that. That’s not nice, Peter.

As far as All Seasons Exteriors, and Evan in particular, I can’t say enough good things about them! Evan has been one of the most honest, hard working, reliable, truthful contractors I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He has a customer for life with me and I will let everyone in my circle of acquaintance know. When you find a quality company/person you should recommend them and I do highly. When choosing a roofer listen to a person who has used the same company 3 times and would again if I had the need. Hire All Seasons Exteriors and enjoy the opportunity to work with fine people such as Evan.

I recently purchased a property, and All Season Exteriors was hired to replace the roof due to hail damage before the closing. Unfortunately, the quality of the roof replacement was terrible.

We inspected the roofers' work before, during, and after the replacement. When you’re charged over $20K for a roof installation, you expect a high degree of professionalism and quality. That was not the case here. I strongly recommend staying far away from All Season Exteriors.

The roofers couldn't even follow a chalk line, resulting in shingles that were not installed in a straight line. Whenever there was a vent, you could see a clear bow or wave in the shingle placement because they rushed through the job without taking the time to do it correctly.

During the installation, we observed that they improperly butted the underlayment side by side without overlap on the garage. The patio has a 1.5/12 slope. For a roof with a pitch less than 2/12, shingles shouldn't have been installed at all. For pitches between 2/12 and 4/12, double underlayment and ice shield are required. Despite the roof being improperly installed, we requested proof of double underlayment but never received it. If a shingle was damaged in a bundle, instead of discarding it, they installed the damaged shingle.

The roofers also didn't protect the gutters, bending them, wearing away the paint, and showing complete disregard for our property. It was agreed upon by us and the seller that All Season Exteriors would replace the skylights (which we hired them to do). However, Evan, who we dealt with, struggled to understand this agreement, even after both the seller and I clearly explained it to him. I clarified with him several times about the skylight model and specifically asked if they were rated for snowload glass. He assured me that all their skylights were snowload-rated, which was supposedly standard for them. However, they installed regular skylights, not the snowload-rated ones. Evan was dishonest about this, and after receiving several other quotes for snowload-rated skylights, it was clear that All Season Exteriors installed a cheaper product, lied about it, and charged us more than what it would have cost for the correct product. In addition when they installed the skylights the tore the old ones off with no care, causing damage to the sheetrock inside and left a mess side the house.

Evan also altered an estimate I signed for the skylights using a PDF editor and sent it to the seller, claiming it was an invoice I had signed. I never received an actual invoice for the work, and he should never have edited a PDF with my signature. Proper protocol would have been to create an official invoice. Instead he forged a document.

We also asked them to remove the old skylights and place them in the backyard since we planned to reuse the skylight blinds. Instead, the roofers carelessly threw the skylights in the backyard, breaking all the blinds and shattering one of the skylights. We are still picking up glass in the yard, which is a hazard for our dogs and little kids that have been playing in the yard.

If you want a company that is dishonest about the products they install, damages your property, ignores roofing codes, can't follow straight lines, makes your shingles look like a wave, but can finish a roof in a day—then All Season Exteriors is for you. However, I would not recommend them to anyone. This company does the bare minimum, and their work reflects it.

All Seasons Exteriors was recommended to me immediately after the May 9, 2023 major hailstorm by my homeowners insurance company. As I had incurred major damage to my roof, solar panels, gutters and some less serious exterior house and fence damage, it was imperative that I get the above inspected and repaired ASAP. Anthony Turner, All Seasons Sales Representative, was very responsive from the initial inspection and estimate through the insuing acqusition of the appropriate subcontractors. I was kept aware of the scheduling and timeframe of each phase of the solar panels removal, reroofing, solar panel repairs and replacement, gutters replacement, and exterior repairs. Each task was performed professionally, as quickly as possible, and the areas were cleaned up and all residue disposed of every afternoon.
All required inspections were passed with no issues.

Every employee we worked with was friendly and competent. Communication throughout the process was very good. The workers who did the work on the roof were fast and efficient. We have neighbors who used other companies and their jobs took multiple days and there was problems with the work. We are thankful that All Seasons did quality work and we didn't have to have them come back out to fix anything. We had a great experience working with this company and I highly recommend them!

Lack of communication and clarity on my job. Voicemails and texts were not responded to in a timely manner. Ringing someone's doorbell at 6:30am should not be ok for any project. A call a day or so in advance prepping us of what to expect would have been helpful to ensure the property was ready (I.e. cars were moved). Roof was done and looks ok.

All Seasons Exteriors replaced my roof and repaired siding damaged by hail in May. The service provided by Danny Mantanona and Trevor’s project team was outstanding! Danny met with insurance adjuster and made sure he was aware of all the damage his own inspection had uncovered. Both he and Trevor were completely professional, courteous, and always met their commitments. Their crews worked swiftly and cleaned up thoroughly. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime.

ASE started out with replacing my roof. (They also cleaned out my gutters and even stopped me before I paid someone else to avoid unnecessary additional cost.) When I mentioned I had other needs they offered a competitive bid for window replacement and siding repairs. They also provided references for services they couldn't provide. Everyone was professional, responsive and thorough. The quality was in line with the value of all services and products I received. Any issues were addressed immediately and the follow-up was timely. Jan and his team replaced our roof and windows due to hail damage. My insurance adjuster was difficult to work with throughout the process. All Seasons did everything in their power to work with the insurance adjuster and ensure I received proper coverage for the claim and all repairs. They weren't pushy or trying to get me to pay for any extra upgrades, and talked straightforward, answering questions and explaining everything. Customer service is extremely important to me and I was very pleased with All Seasons. I was supposed to have my roof replaced literally the day of Denver’s first lock down in March. He let me know right away that I did have damage and worked closely with my insurance company to get my roof replaced. I was given many options for replacement, including different colors and types or roofing. Once I indicated what I wanted, the work took a very short time to complete and looks fantastic.
