All Roofing Solutions - Wilmington, DE

Our roof was damaged in a windstorm January 2024. I thought the roof could be repaired but it was determined it could not and we needed to file an insurance claim. The insurance company, as is typical, only agreed to fix the long slope of the roof, which was about 75% of the total roof area. Being in property management for over 35 years, mostly on the commercial side, I was aware of a few local roofers. I contacted them along with All Roofing Solutions after doing research on local roofing contractors. I was glad I did. All Roofing was responsive to my request for a proposal and had the lowest bid by $2000-$3000 over 3 other reputable contractors for a complete, new roof, even for the section not covered by insurance and for the same type of roofing material. Things could not have gone smoother. Work started in mid-March and was completed in one day. This was a GAF roof with a 50 year warranty. One note, and this is with all contractors, there was damage to some of the sheets of underlayment that needed new plywood. This was noted in the possible additional cost and Jack fully made me aware of the amount that was needed. I saw the new plywood delivered and installed. The area under the roof was thoroughly cleaned up after the work was done. All in all, a very professional job.

I had my shed roof completely replaced by All Roofing Solutions, last month. Jack the owner was very courteous, and knowledgeable, on my roofing choices. His installers did an excellent, and professional job replacing my entire new roof. The pictures I posted are the old roof grey on left, and new brown roof on the right side. I’m very pleased with the workmanship of the installers, and quality, replacing my new roof. All Roofing Solutions did an excellent job on the installation. The clean up was terrific! Not a single nail was left on my driveway! I used them on recommendation of my neighbor and I'm glad I did!

Jack is super responsive and great to work with. He came for an estimate to replace all the gutters on my house on a Monday and the crew was there Friday, installing my 6k gutters in the color I needed to match my trim. Gutters are rock solid and look great. His price beat everyone too. Highly recommend.

Good price and good work. They replaced the roof, pulled off old gutters, replaced rotted fascia, installed better gutters with guards, built a chimney cricket, and installed some passive ventilation where I had none. All looks good, no leaks. Jack was very helpful in giving me options and solutions to help me decide what I needed to do.

After the past two storms damaged our roof, I tried calling a number of different roofing companies and All Roofing Solutions provided the best experience from start to finish. No sales people, no scheduling issues, job was done beautifully and quickly. They were very responsive, helpful with insurance, and everyone I interacted with was very nice. I highly recommend them. They made a stressful situation much less stressful and really did a great job all around! They were also the best priced - even with insurance covering it minus my deductible I went with them because of the upfront experience and timeliness.

The roof of our breezeway always leaked whenever it rained significantly, so we gave this company a call, to look at getting it fixed. Jack contacted us right away to schedule a time to come out and assess the situation and give us an estimate. He was very efficient, kind and professional and the pricing was very reasonable as well! So we agreed to have the world done. Jack came by on a Tuesday evening (for the estimate) and by Friday afternoon he had completed the job!

I held off on writing a review until we had a good rainfall, to be sure, and last night we had very strong winds and pouring rain for an extended period of time and our breezeway roof did not leak at all! No sign of water anywhere! Thank you Jack!

Jack showed up and gave us a quote the day I called him. He gave us a great price for our roof replacement and gave me a day he was going to show up. He showed up on time and he and his crew were awesome. They protected our plants and my wife’s plant beds out in front of our house. They cleaned up in front and back of the house till it was spotless. The roof looks great and my wife could not be happier. We found out that they also install windows and my wife has already said that jack and his crew were so professional that she wants them to do the work when we are ready.

They stopped by the day I called them for a quote and I had the quote within a half hour and a new roof on my house less than 2 weeks later. I called this company twice and left a message for them to call me back. the second message that I left was kind of a pleading one asking them to PLEASE return my xall. Finally, after about 3 days they called me back. They said they would comme this past Tuesday to do an estimate and never showd up apparently. It rained that morning, and they never called to reschedule. How do companies that don't return calls and don't do what they say they are going to do EVER stay in business? I would NOT use them because I don't trust them to follow through with what they promise.

Jack was very courteous and very helpful in doing the roof repairs depsite on having the size of shingles not at hand. He improvised and was able to get it fixed. If you’re looking for any repairs, don’t hesitate in getting in touch with him.

Very knowledgeable. Jack has made the whole experience fun, and smooth. Our roof was not falling apart at first sight but we were shown photos that revealed damage that might have resulted in thousands of dollars in damages if not addressed soon. This became the best investment we made in our house my husband and I made in 5 years, and it made this old cape cod look decades younger.
