All Purpose Handyman

Addison continually told me and my friend that he would come over to repair her fence but has never shown to do the work. He gave us a great quote to complete the job, but it’s been weeks of trying to get him to actually commit to the work and he keeps stringing us along without following through. Complete waste of time and hope and very unprofessional.

Addison came to my home to look at a drywall repair project. I was told he was interested in doing my project and would provide a bid via e-mail. When I did not hear back from him for several days, I called and spoke with him as to his interest in providing a bid and he assured me he would get back with me that evening with the requested bid and he did in fact want to do my drywall repair. I never again heard from Addison. 3 weeks later when I phoned him to see what happened I only got the message machine. A message was left and I never heard back.
What a waste of my time and I would just like to add that if he was not interested in doing the work than he should not have strung me along.

Addison did amazing work repairing our drywall and fixing a doorknob. We plan on having him back to help us with all the other little things that need fixed in the house. Thanks!

I called Addison on a Tuesday requesting an appointment for an estimate to repair my deck and 2 windows. He said he would be available to come out the next day to take a look. He no called, no showed. On Thursday afternoon he calls me and says he has time to swing by. I say okay. He gets to my house, takes measurements and said he would have an estimate to me by the weekend. Weekend comes, no email from him. I text him Monday morning letting him know I have a couple more things for him to look at and to give me a call when he has a chance. Almost 4 weeks later, still no call, email
or text from him. And the kicker is, he was right across the street from me about a week and a half ago working on my neighbors house, I was outside doing some work and he never even acknowledged me or said “hey, I didn’t forget about you, I’ve been busy”, etc. Not very professional. I ended up going with a company in Boise who actually responded to my request for repairs. Would DEFINITELY NOT recommend Addison, unless you want to be ignored.

Drywall was removed so plumbers could replace existing plumbing to shower, toilet and sink. Addison will be returning to repair flooring, electrical boxes, install exhaust fans and a few other things. He really knows his stuff!

I’ve lived in Mountain Home for over 16 yrs and finding contractors who are responsive, honest, and willing to do good work are hard to find in our little town. “All Purpose Handyman” is a newcomer to our town and they are very impressive! The young man (Addison) is on his way to carving out a great business here. I highly recommend you give him a try if you need any repairs, definitely 5 stars!

Addison has done an incredible job on multiple projects in our home. He installed beautiful flooring as well as new baseboard. I love how it turned out. He is a nice guy and easy to work with. I highly recommend him!

Addison came out to clean our dryer vent, he did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price and also corrected some bad work our realtor had done by their worker. Addison will be doing some more work for us. You won't be sorry if you have Addison do the work

Addison at All Purpose Handyman is the best! He is a true handyman, and has knowledge and skill in a large variety of areas. I called 3 other services about my garden bathtub refinishing needs and he was the first to have a thorough knowledge and ample experience to get this job done without just swapping out the tub instead, which I didn’t want to do. He’s also doing several other various jobs for me both at my home and my rental property. I highly recommend his services!

All Purpose Handyman was hired to paint a few walls, repair windows, and fix a light switch none of these maintenance requests received adequate attention. All Purpose Handyman did not prep the walls before painting; instead, they painted directly over holes, nails, dust, and didn't fully cover the undercoat. The windows that All Purpose Handyman performed repairs on still do not latch or open/close correctly. The light switch that All Purpose Handyman fixed took multiple tries before they could finally get the issue corrected. When talking to All Purpose Handyman about work order issues, they quickly blame other factors and come up with excuses on why the job wasn't satisfactory. I have made several attempts to contact All Purpose Handyman about an ongoing issue and have yet to have them answer the phone or call back to discuss a resolution. The moral of the story is, take some time and search around to see if there are quality contractors available before you hire All Purpose Handyman. Additionally, take the time to visit the state licensing website to ensure the contractor you want to hire doesn't have any complaints (not saying All Purpose Handyman does). Lastly, I would never hire this company again for any service job due to the poor quality and customer service.

We first used Addison when we moved into our new house and were replacing our doorknobs. The front doorknob was broken and we couldn't change it out. He came to help us out, at 8 o'clock at night after just finishing another job, and did not charge us for the removal. Since then we have had a fence put up, a roof leak fixed, another doorknob fixed, sprinklers blown out, and are currently getting set to redo our kitchen cabinets then eventually the floors. He has the skill to do pretty much anything. He is excellent and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get work done or needs something fixed.

Great work, I would recommend him to anyone. Was able to get everything accomplished within my home so that it was ready to sell.

Addison came referred to us by another contractor. We've done two jobs with him and have others planned. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled with a solid attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Most importantly, he is respectful and responsive to both my wife and I.

Addison was super easy to work with. We had a project that needed to be accomplished some what quick and he worked it into his busy schedule. We are out of town, so he sent us pictures as soon as he was done as well.
