After a google search, checking BBB rating and reviews for All Pro Roofing I called them for a consultation. Caton was polite, and answered all my questions. The quote he gave me was reasonable. It took about a week to get the permit. Half a day to cut the metal pieces to prepare for installation. A day to remove the shingles. And a day to install the new metal roof. The crew did an amazing job. They were quick. Cleaned up everything after. Took all the trash. Everything went smoothly. I love the new roof. Thanks guys. I definitely recommend All Pro Roofing.

Wow!!! All Pro responded to us very quickly. They clearly described the issue we had with our chimney leaking rain into our home. Within days, they informed me of what needed to be done to fix our problem.

I would highly recommend All Pro Roofing for window replacement.
We were looking to replace all windows (7 total) in our oceanfront condo including a large sliding glass door with hurricane-impact windows and door. I had 4 other companies come out prior and they either came back with insane quotes or after visiting and measuring never even sent me a quote and never followed up. All Pro was recommended to us thru a friend in the builder trade and was seamless from beginning to end. Scheduling was easy. Greg met me onsite, he was extremely professional and straight to the point, which I appreciated. He provided a reasonable quote within 24 hours as promised and the timeline was exactly as he said it would be. The communication was clear and upfront throughout the entire process. Installation was completed as promised within 2 days and they did an excellent job with keeping it tidy as they worked and completely clean upon completion. Heather (in the office was also excellent with scheduling inspections and providing all finalized paperwork) Very happy with end result and they were a pleasure to work with!!

I contacted 4 companies to get an estimate and this was the only company who answered the phone immediately , scheduled our house for next day inspection with Mr. Caton and sent us the lowest quote on the market. Mr. Caton managed to schedule our house quickly and they completed the installation asap!!! The front desk staff is so nice, friendly, attentive and professional. Definitely they have the best customer service team.

My need for a new roof arose when my homeowner's insurance company elected to leave Florida in 2024. I did not expect any issues getting new insurance and was surprised when my application was denied because of my roof. At that time, I had limited time to get a new roof before my insurance expired and I would be faced with very expensive insurance imposed by my mortgage company. I interviewed four companies, explaining my time constraint. I chose All Pro for several reasons. First, Caton Bennett, the All Pro representative, said that he would be personally engaged in the project and that it would not be handed off to someone else. Second, All Pro did not use any subcontractors, only company employees. Third, there were several very positive reviews from homes in my neighborhood. They used top quality materials. Their costs were reasonable. To explain, of the four companies I interviewed three were very very close and the fourth was almost $4000 less expensive. For other reasons I did not choose the least expensive quote. Caton agreed to my timetable and he provide valuable suggestions for choosing the shingle style and color. The schedule was followed to a tee with every date being met. They provided all the documentation I needed for my new insurance needs. I should add that Heather in their office was always friendly, helpful, and responsive to my phone calls. Finally, although this was not a pivotal criterion, it was nice that they provided several financing options. All in all, All Pro did everything they said they would in the time they said they would. Who could ask for anything more?

I had my roof replaced last week. The materials were delivered as promised and the roof was done in the next day and half. The crew did an excellent job. They were very conscientious about keeping the area tidy. I was very pleased with the materials and service they were provided.

All Pro provided reasonable price and fixed leak in our roof. I would recommend them and plan to use them when I have my roof replaced. Update: We decided to hire All Pro Roofing to replace our entire roof. During this engagement, we dealt with a number of company staff including our Salesman, Project Manager, Roofing Crew, Office Staff and the Owner. At every level within the business each person represented the company with honesty, integrity and professionalism. All my questions were fully addressed. Schedules were clearly stated by the PM and were adhered to. Staff arrived on time each day, were respective of our property and performed an excellent job that looks fantastic. This was a large project and we did run into a few minor issues. HOWEVER, the PM immediately addressed these issues AND made certain we were 100% satisfied with the entire job. I certainly recommend All Pro for your roofing needs!

Our roof was in bad shape and we had different areas that were leaking. All Pro Roofing came in and removed the old roof, made several repairs before putting on the new roof. I had All Pro replace my roof in 2018 and they did an excellent job, had to wait on the chimney cap since they had to be ordered. Great workmanship and clean up around the house after installation.
We recently noticed a a small leak coming from the foyer last week and I called the office on Monday. Catherine called me back Tuesday to schedule someone to come over this Friday. Amber showed up and performed an assessment and Inspection of the roof. Found an old mail from original roof install protruding out and he removed it and fixed the area.
Great attitude and customer service. Some companies would probably give you the run around after they have been paid or come up with excuses to delay thee repair.
Am very satisfied with the service I received from both Catherine and Abner for such awesome professionalism and care.

As a local realtor in Jacksonville, my experience with All Pro Roofing has been very positive. They have been quick to respond to my buyer's needs. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Spoke with Brian regarding some weaknesses in our commercial roof and some areas that had been leaking. He sent someone out the next day to do the repairs and patch the obvious leaks. After we experienced a heavy downpour, we had noticed another area that was leaking that was not in an obvious location. I contacted Bryan again and he immediately sent someone out to do the repair. Now the roof is watertight just as it should be. I appreciate the quick service and will only consider All Pro Roofing when the need arises.

You dont want google users to see the truth. You do have complaints of this. You have multiple complaints actually. I wont throw out the current location your people are at since this is on going. Your a@$hole in charge of the crew as he put it, is still on site. All this is recorded on camera btw. So hopefully you guys will right this wrong and repair the damages or we can just go through yalls insurance and I'll be sure to spread the word and the video. Best of luck to you. The crew was punctual, polite and worked from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm for two days to get the job completed. They cleaned up all debris in the yard on the last day before they left. I was very satisfied with the entire experience. Would definitely recommend this company.

The team at All Pro Roofing performed above and beyond our expectations. The lowest priced qualty product. On time and worked day one 7am to 7pm then day two 7am to noon and completed the removal and new installation in a day and a half. We are so proud of our new roof and the job All Pro Roofing did. Our thanks to everyone at All Pro Roofing for job well done.

Fred and Brian are great to work with and very personable. The quality of work was very good and the job was completed on schedule. The only downside was the crew. There was some property damage that occured, and the crew had to come back one extra time to clean up debris that should have been cleaned initially.

Edit: Brian sent Abner out today to fix the property damage. It actually looks better than before it was fixed. Awesome job following up.

ALL PRO was hired by my HOA. They showed up to repair my attached neighbor's roof & mine. They were sweeping lots of debris of my roof into my A/C. I yelled for them to stop, and he told me to turn off the A/C. It was 97 degrees. The bedroom they were working under has been empty for 3 years. A couple weeks later, I went to peek at some new baby ducks and discovered a hole in a screen perfectly the size of the end of a broom. I was livid. I wrote to my HOA with a copy to "Brian" at ALL PRO. I never received even an apology. This week I have a screen repair coming to replace the damage. The trip charge alone is $150. REMEMBER if you hire this company, they have little or no regard for your property.

Wow!!! These guys are amazing. We had a tree come through the roof today and they came out and worked after dark to make sure it was protected by the rain and then came out first thing in the morning with the materials to finish. They were very concerned about stopping any leaks from the rain. Because it was after hours they could not get the shingles but I was so thankful they came out to remove the tree and patch the hole. Great guys!! It's hard to find people today that truly care and these guys do. Would recommend to everyone. Thanks again Brian!!

We had tons of people out here to give us an estimate about our roof and the leak we had. Some wanted to charge us $25K for a new roof, some said it was other reasons. Brian took the time to look at the roof, explain the problem, help us solve it and didn't pressure us for a new roof. He was honest - will probably need replacement in 5 years or so, but right now the problem isn't the roof, it is the vent pipe leaking into the ceiling. Saved us a LOT of money. And even gave us tickets to the Jumbo Shrimps!

I had my roof installed last year. The entire reroof was one of the worst experiences I’ve had because through the negligence of the workers my patio roof collapsed after, I do believe, many workers were on the patio roof at the same time. They neglected to tell me about the damage to my outside room. It was replaced last October for $5,000 at my expense.

After the main roof was completed, I hired another company to evaluate the reroof. Their estimate was $3,000 to repair the new roof. The chimney leaks, there’s and area on the room where shingles are 2” short from the upstairs room. The workers destroyed much of the trim on the front side of the house. The metal trim on the left front of the house doesn’t fit and is in need of repair. The roofing cost was $12,000 but with all the additional costs by choosing this company the costs will be a total of $20,000.

I do not recommend this company. All through the process, they did not evaluate the damage. The reroof was completed in 12hrs., down and dirty with no attitude towards quality and professionalism.

They do excellent work! All Pro replaced our 20+ year-old roof. Brian brought samples and answered all of our questions. The crew showed up on time and finished the job sooner than expected, with excellent results! My husband, who has an extensive construction background, stayed home from work to "supervise," to be sure the job was done right - and he was very impressed. When finished, they did an excellent clean-up job. We highly recommend this company - couldn't be happier!!!!

By far the worse experience ever. Workers came to the house un-announced, proceeded to go into my locked garage without permission to run extension cord from my work bench. Also on the un-announced entry into the back yard, they destroyed the back privacy gate. Because they did not ask how it works.
None of the guys that were on the crew could speak English, so trying to tell them anything was impossible.
Furthermore, when they went to set up their ladders they rest the extension ladder on the gutter of the front porch, thus bending it all out of shape. They destroyed the seal around my fireplace, and their fix for this was to come out with a bunch of caulk to fill in their mistakes.. Called the office several times, sent pictures of their horrible work, and was told it would get fixed. Months later they do not respond or care about the consumer at all... If you do decide to use the un-professional roofing company Known as All Pro Roofing, do not pay your bill until you are 100% happy

These guys have lied to me multiple times over the year, the first time they came out they blamed poped nails from the shingles they installed, on framing nails.. just about every 2 years, a leak would occur, and After 5 years, their warranty on craftsmanship does not exist.
Had a professional failure analysis done, and their work and install method was the cause of leak after leak. As they lied to me from day one… Furthermore when they did come out to “fix” their problem, they did not do so, correctly.. they simply put tar over the nails that were popping, instead of pulling the nail and sealing it..
Do not use this company! I do not want anyone else to have to pay for something that is not worth the investment, nor the headache and the lies..

You just don't get it… the problem was not with my solar, and how it was installed… the problem was with you and your guys. If you open your eyes and read the relort that is attached the problem has nothing to do with solar. I love how you guys keep pointing the fingers at everyone, but yourself… you guys are the problem, and i hope your company suffers and closes because of it… i seriously doubt have the reviews are legit.. you guys are nothing but scammers.. and a disgrace to every homeowner out here.

Overall we had a terrible experience with this company. From delivery of materials, incorrect gutters being installed, extremely messy property after they left, to them trying to extort money from me that was not reflected on final invoice given to me by their employees at time of completion. The roof itself turned out fine, I guess. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Our Church's roof had several leaks. All Pro came out on short notice to put a blue tarp on the Church's roof to prevent water damage. Highly recommend this company

Hurricane Irma damaged my roof and I was out of town, evacuated. My neighbor sent me pictures of the roof damage. I sent the pictures to Brian at All Pro Roofing and he immediately went out and protected the roof temporarily. He also helped me with the insurance claim and ended up replacing the entire roof in a timely manner and cleaned up great afterward. I highly recommend All Pro for all your roofing needs

I have never written a review before but feel strongly that I need to share my experience with All Pro Roofing as a precaution to others. I agreed on a contract to do a full replacement of my roof in Atlantic Beach. When the job was complete there was tar slung everywhere, the roof was uneven, boards were loose, and the roof felt like you could fall through at any moment. Overall, the job was sloppy and most of all it LEAKED.

I shared my concerns with All Pro Roofing. They acknowledged that the work was sloppy and said they would fix the roof and make the repairs. I said I would not pay until the roof was fixed and passed final inspection. After that, I received a letter in the mail from their lawyer stating they have made motions to put a lien on my property.

They came and made some of the repairs I requested but not all.

I have tried repeatedly to get them to come out but they have not. I then found another roofer to do the work they promised and asked Brian if I can get the location they purchased the shingles from and received no response.

This group does a very unprofessional job and acted unprofessionally when the job was not done correctly. While Brian and the owner Sonny recognized that the work was not up to par, the company has been less than willing to adequately fix a bad job.

I would be wary of other comments on this page and whether they are real or not as they do not describe the service I received by All Pro Roofing. I am attaching pictures so everyone can see the job they did.

I bid this job out to 5 different competitors of theirs and they offered the best price and quickest turn-around on quote. Install went flawless, will use them again.
