There's not much to say about this company. If i could give no stars i would. TERRY JOHNSON IS A CROOK. He will take your deposit and give you countless excuses on why the work isnt done/started. He will dodge your phone calls/texts/emails once he realises who you are and what you are trying to get ahold of him for. Countless broken promises to pay you back and blah blah blah. Been dealing with this since April of 2023. Looks like he owns or is affiliated with ANG Painting and Trinity Construction Group as well. I would stay away from all of these companies if he has his fingers in them. Wish i would have seen the other reviews before giving this THIEF any money.

I gave Terry $12,000 in May as down-payment for a roof to begin in June. It is now November and I don't have the roof or my $12,000. He no longer answers calls or replies to my texts/emails.

***The above review was posted in November. Suddenly Terry became responsive to communication! He asked that I take down the review and he'd have my deposit returned in 2 weeks. Once 2 weeks was up he didn't respond to text & email again. I gave him 3 more weeks for good measure, but still nothing.

He's adamant that he didn't steal my money. This delusion may help him sleep at night, but keeps me awake.

Do not trust Terry or AllPro with your money.

Was referred to this company during a semi-emergency while having interior water damage repaired. Set an appointment, but no one showed. After 3 hours, a response came in stating they intended to cancel but forgot to let me know, and they did eventually show up to inspect a newly-found leak in an exposed ceiling. Knowing the interior repairs could not be completed until the leak was fixed, a follow up appointment set for the next day. Never showed, never communicated. Messages sent asking for update were opened & read, but still no response 6 days later. Other companies have not necessarily been any more responsive, but very disappointing to commit to help and then go silent.

Terry and crew were on time for both the estimate and the job. I needed the flat roof covering replaced on my roof and they were able to fit me in before a big rain storm. Both were friendly and informative. The job site was cleaned up and they hauled the debris. I will definitely be calling them when it is time to do the rest of the roof.

Terry exceeded our expectations by putting our new roof on that looks great and even just got done putting up Christmas lights for my mom who really wanted this done. Terry is very professional and Jermaine one of the workers is great at his job! The job got done in a very fast and timely manner and the price was very reasonable. If we could we would give All Pro 10stars. And I could honestly go on and on about why you should choose All Pro Exteriors for your next project.

They installed carpeting that bunches in every room. so not pulled tight when installed . put in all new windows, frames were not meeting and rough. A wrong window put in and 2 windows had to be replaced as one broke, the other not clear. the crank on window was broken from the beginning. took ever to fix. i ordered 2 different designs for bathrm floors. Only received one design for both rooms. This all took over 2 years . Very frustrating to work with . Hard to get ahold of.

Terrific quality of workmanshi. Did a fantastic job. If your roof is in need of repair this place is where you wanna go.

Did a great job installing new windows and putting LP Smartside siding in house. Employee Rich was quite diligent and super nice. Would definitely use them again
