So rude!

Called back in August and was told they were backed up, they would call when they were available. Called again today (December 30) and was told that they are really busy with another job and would not be able to get back to me. I asked if they could tell me where I am in the queue, and was told very rudely that they are busy and will get back to me when they have time.
