Ive had a mystery ceiling leak for years. I called Garrett & he came out the next day & found the source of the leak & fixed it. He was helpful, had a sense of humor & didn’t try to upsell me. Excellent service!

Had a leak on my roof near my vent stack, when I contacted Garrett from Home Pro Roofing Monroe he made it over to my house the next day to assess and repair the leak. He noticed an additional spot that was leaking and managed to fix that up as well! The repair looks great and was done in no time. Great service, great timing, and great prices. Highly recommended.

He took care of the minor repairs that he identified and gave us the peace of mind that nothing would surprise us after move-in. Update to a previous review - Gave this place a call about a skylight leak issue and a ridge vent leak, seemed to have had a mix up with management change. Garret did end up coming out and took a look and quoted for ridge vent which I though was fair. Did a great job on the vent but leak around skylight persists.

I saw a job down the street that HomePro did earlier this year, thank goodness I took a picture of the sign and saved it. I knew I wanted Garrett and his team to work on my house when he went up to inspect the roof taking his tools and caulk gun, sealing a couple of loose shingles I had . He did it because he's conscientious not because he knew he was going to get the business. Frankly, I had one quote that was cheaper, but I'm so glad I went with Garrett and his team. I live in a two-story colonial with an attached garage and a shed outside, they stripped off the roof within about an hour and by noon I had the new roof on, utterly amazing. These gentlemen know how to work did it cost a few bucks, yes. But unless you've put a roof on yourself, you cannot appreciate how amazing it was that they did this in such a short time. Was good quality, absolutely! These guys know what they're doing! The cost was way below some of the other TV marketed vendors. I highly recommend home pro

Home Pro Roofing is highly recommended by me. They just completed a second job for me on one of my rentals. The first job was back in April on my personal residence. I choose them back then because they were $30K less expensive than the 3 first estimates that I received after calling the companies that advertise on WJR radio. Because they were much less expensive, I inquired at Monroe Aluminum, the local business that sells shingles & they confirmed that Home Pro was legit & does lots of business locally. I am very happy with the whole process on both jobs.

Garrett was easy to get a hold of. He responded within a hour, gave me an exact day he would do the job, and got it done. He offered to seal the crack for the time being until he is able to fully replace the broken piece. 100% recommend!

I told Garrett from home pro roofing that there was a really bad leak at the house, and he came and checked it out and fully gave the inspection and let us know that not only the shingles but the roof was damaged. He gave an estimate for when we had the money. I got ahold of him again and mentioned that the leak was increasing and if he had anyway to patch it ect. He came out of his way and put a rubber tarp up to protect us from leaks until we can afford a new roof. I cannot say more positive things, and the character of Garrett is second to none. I don't write reviews unless I stand by what I say, and when I say you're going to get quality, and good character I mean it.

I had some shingles blow off of the house during some high winds. I gave this company a call. I spoke with Garrett over the phone. He scheduled himself over to come take a look. While at the house, Garrett installed some new shingles for me. Along with walking the entire roof looking for any other potential issue's. He found and fixed some areas that needed caulked and that had some loose roofing nails. Before and after photos were taken and sent to me upon completion. I would not hesitate to give this company a call. Great work Garrett!

I was having a leaky roof and was recommended this company, (specifically Jackson) he was able to come out to my house that same day I had called for an estimate. And then the next day he came up to come fix the problem. He explained the problem, and how he was going to fix it. (He also took before and after pictures to show me) Jackson answered all my questions and concerns! He was quick, efficient and very professional! Definitely will be using this company in the future for roof related projects!

Today I had the opportunity to meet Danny. My 13 year old son was in a minor bicycle accident and had the wind knocked out of him. Danny stopped to check on Trace and I , he helped calm Trace down. I can not thank him enough for his kindness.

These days it's hard to trust contractors. Everyone seems to promise the world but never delivers...Finally there is a company that will go out of their way to satisfy their customers. Anthony stopped by our home is Sylvania to inform us that a shingle came off our center section of the roof. He promptly asked if he could help and would fix at no charge. I couldn't believe it! After he completed the repair he didn't ask for a dime. I tried to pay him but he refused. All he asked for was our consideration when we decide to replace our roof. Honest company, honest review!

Less than a week ago I called 101,000 roofing companies to get a quote for them to put one shingle back on our roof. We got some insane quotes, some realistic quotes & then we came across Home Pro Roofing.. I spoke with Jackson & he offered to come fix it for us for FREE!! He came out today & fixed it right up.. I’m feeling super blessed & wanted to pass on the word. He didn’t use this opportunity to try to get in our door then try to sell something that we don’t need.. Had a great experience with Home Pro Roofing! We had a few shingles fly off in a storm this past weekend and needed a professional to replace them. Jackson was very helpful. I hired Home Pro Roofing to replace my roof the first week of July. The roof looks fine but during the process some falling debris scratched one of my windows. I contacted Tony Greathouse who sent out a glass company to look at it. The guy from the glass company couldn't locate the scratched window and I haven't heard anything from Tony since August 9th. The only time that get any information on this issue is when I reach out to Tony. It is never the other way around. It would be nice if someone from Home Pro could contact me and make this right.

Tony was very professional and informative. He is not an aggressive sales person! While looking at my roof for an estimate, he also replaced a missing shingle and checked on my insulation in my ceiling attic. After the inspection of my roof I shared with Tony I would not be doing anything till next spring. He stated he understood but would come back in the fall to make sure everything on my roof was okay to get us through the winter. Tony definitely went above and beyond. It was very refreshing to find a roofing company with wonderful work ethics and I look forward to working with his company in the future!

Home Pro completed my roof in 1 day. Says a lot about the company’s professionalism. They were punctual, when they said they’d be here at a certain time they meant it. We had a storm the day of the job, they deliberately went out of their way to contact me and my family and assured us of our worries, and that they had planned on the elements. What can I say about the company! Excellent! Tony went above and beyond! The roofers were professional, organized, clean and none stopped worked! The cleanup was top notch! I was worried about the nails and some areas around my house. It actually looked better after the cleaned everything up. Great over all. I would recommend 1000%. Home Pro did a complete tear-off of my old roof, replaced a few boards, added more vents, put on the new roof and even repaired an exhaust pipe that was vented into the attic. They were on time and cleaned up the yard and landscaping after finishing. Tony and Jackson came around several times checking on progress/needs of Pedro and his team. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them!

Tony and his crew were great from start to finish. I can’t say enough good about this experience. I met with a few other roofers, one never returned my call, two others came out but didn’t send me a quote until over a week later, and the other tried gouging me, quoting $4k over the quote I got from Home Pro. Tony was professional, informed me in the beginning what the scope of work would be, showed me shingle samples, and gave me the quote the very day we met. None of the other roofing companies did that, and they are well known companies too. The crew replacing the roof was courteous and they cleaned up everything top notch! I only found one roofing nail, and that was under the dumpster after it was moved. I will recommend Home Pro Roofing to everyone.

Tony, one of the managing partners stopped by my home a year ago. He noticed some damage and asked if he could take a look. I said sure! He went up, fixed it (no charge!) It's a good thing too, I went into the attic and saw I was having a bit of a leak issue. Anyway, I asked him for a quote on a new roof as I was due within a few years. He provided one quickly, explained all the details and kept in touch. I called him a few weeks ago, he was able to get the roof done on time in 1 day! His crew was spot on, polite courteous and did amazing work. His foreman Pedro was superb and knew exactly what he was doing. Tony just stopped by today to make sure everything was good. He us my contact and my roofer for life. Easy, professional, hard working and top notch customer service!

I definitely would recommend Home Pro Roofing. They did an excellent job installing our new roof and peak vents (March 2021).
