Quick Review; Very professional and personal - really nice to work with. Great construction of a 30 x 30 pole barn. Outstanding breezeway interface to our house. Despite being winter and
requiring a lot of material to level the ground area of the building, provided excellent landscaping and even fixed a really rough driveway.
Details; We did not know exactly what we wanted when we walked into Dynamic Construction on Labo Rd in Carleton MI. Had a wonderful discussion with Larry and relaying on his experience we
asked for suggestions then came up with a rough plan. Larry and Josh then came out to our house and worked out the details of what we wanted and how to complete the project. They quickly
provided a contract outlining the milestones and costs of the project – very professional. After reviewing the contract we decided to build. The construction crew was very professional and
extremely hard workers. No one on cell phones or just setting around. As the project continued we had a great time working with Debbie. She kept us completely informed as to schedules, deliveries, etc. - again very professional. We’ve had some trouble with contractors in the past, so I was a little hesitant when it came to hiring for our pole barn construction. They were responsive, punctual, and professional. They called when they said they’d call - they showed up when they said they’d show up. Dynamic built a great pole barn for us! The barn went up fast once the weather broke in the spring. The workers were very polite and efficient. The color recommendations by Larry were spot on. Larry made the entire process of my pole barn build fantastic. Far exceeded my expectations and was available for questions whenever I had them.

It has taken me way too long to get this review done. Dynamic came out last September and replaced my steel roof. Not only was their quote thousands less than any other company, the job was very hard and they did not hesitate to take it on. First of all, the roof is very steep. The old roof had to be taken off, new plywood put on, new roof put on, and then gutters all around. The crew was very professional, they worked every day until dark, in the heat, cleaned up each evening and didn’t leave anything behind when they left.
Working with Dynamic was a great decision and I would not hesitate to hire them for any future projects.

Took the day off work for a 9 am meeting. No show!! Then they tell me they can’t come and give me an estimate to repair all the mess ups the last contractor did because they did not want to attend them!!! They knew this a week prior. So they are a no show and I miss a day off work! Very unprofessional

Had a tornado come through the area and our house sustained some damage. I called dynamic construction and Larry responded very quickly and came out to assess the damage. He got a quote together that was very reasonable and had his crew start the work within a few weeks. The work turned out great and everyone was very nice and professional, will be using them for future work.

Wow. The team at Dynamic Construction did an amazing job. I was not sure how we would preserve our 100 year old barn. Found dynamic construction on line and had them come out to see our situation. The barn wood was deteriorating and birds were making holes.

My name is Ernie. I'm using my son's account. lol. Frist of all, my wife and I would like to officially thank Larry and his teammates for the amazing job they done. From beginning to end, we were very satisficed with everything done. This includes all interaction with the team leaders, as well as the fast responses to our concerns and questions. They constructed a 30x40x14 pole barn for us that is absolutely beautiful. There are too many great attributes to mention is such a small time frame, but if I had to highlight just one, I would highlight the teams logistics. The company sends a one man prep team to the build site to organize the planned work. He was amazing, in that he did all the earth moving , as well as , strategically placing all the building materials in the order that they would be used. So by time his other teammates arrived, they got straight to the business. LOL. In closing, I would like to say, that if you and your family were looking to for a company to build a pole barn, look no further. I truly believe, you will not find a better company to build it, than DYNAMIC CONSTRUCTION. P.S. Larry, you do realize that we are friends now don't you. LOL

I used Dynamic to install my new metal roof. They did a great job under very trying conditions (winter weather)

Put it in your contacts (Dynamic construction) I have to tell you the whole process of having my barn built with them was the most satisfying thing I’ve been a part of and actually restored my faith in the business world as of lately since nobody wants to work or perform their job duties like the old days.the whole process was Very professional and Larry and his team are great people never had one hiccup with them. His crew did amazing work always showed up on time everyday in the rain and even snow and worked through it they had my barn up in seven days and that’s only because I changed or added a few things or they would have been done sooner. I absolutely recommend them for any construction ideas you have don’t miss out give them a call and get it done because that’s what they do.

Talk about an A team... We were new to the home building landscape, Larry sat us down and looked through our house plans. Communicated cost, timing and even additional services/contractors he knew that would put us in right direction for the house. His crew showed up everyday hot/cold, rain, it didnt matter & put in a full days work. His crew even made recommendations as they were framing the house that are now conversation pieces from our guests who visit our home. Dynamic Construction did a fabulous job on our beautiful 40x40 pole barn! It took them less than two weeks from start to finish. My wife was at home during construction (which they did not know) she was very impressed with their work as a team, they cleaned up when they were cutting the lumber and when nails and debris were dropped on the ground. I had a 60'x36' Pole Barn built by Larry and his crew this past September/October. Larry was helpful from the design phase all the way to the close out phase. He offered suggestions any time I was indecisive while designing and his communication throughout the project was top notch! Every step of the way, Larry made sure that I was happy with the product I was getting. Site Prep for 36x56 Pole Barn with lean to. Larry and Josh came out, measured and got started on the site prep right away. We had some decent size crab trees they were able to clear out. I will keep you all posted as we go.

Looked For a contractor for over a year. Some never answering their phone. Some promised to come out for an estimate never showed. Turned into a nightmare just trying to find someone to build a pole barn and do a driveway. And Than I found Dynamic Construction. Larry and his crew were top notch. Dynamic Construction built us a pole barn with a gravel driveway and installed a new roof. Going into this, I was stressed because our experience with contractors in the past hasn’t been the best. Dynamic exceeded my expectations. If I ever had a question, Larry answered my texts/emails almost immediately. He kept us informed throughout the process and best of all, if he said his crews were going to be here, they were here. There was never a no-show. We are very happy with their work. My only disappointment is that I can’t hire them to do everything we want done around our house.

This past February/March we had a 36'x48' Pole barn built and our existing porch remodeled by Larry and his crew. From the first appointment to get a plan laid out for what we wanted according to our budget, all the way to the finished products the communication and agreed build timing was spot on. Larry has great personal communication and was available for contact throughout the whole process if any questions were needing to be answered. We were even fortunate enough to have our build start even earlier than planned. We have already referred Dynamic Construction to friends, relatives and co-workers. The finished products speak for themselves and we couldn't be more pleased.

I have never worked with a better builder! Larry really loves what he does. during my whole building project he was always asking if i was happy and what i wanted. If something wasn't right or i had some input it was handle on the spot. Always keep me in the loop for time frames. Always called me back, which is huge in this day and age! Dynamic built our 40x60 pole barn , very upfront and will not get a better quality workmenship and prouduct, everything turned out great and will use them again in the future and will be spreading word of mouth, highly recommend them.very quick turn around from site vist to completed job.

Can’t say enough good things about Dynamic. From the first meeting with Larry I was impressed. We stopped in the office to set up an appointment and after a few minutes of talking to Larry he stopped what he was doing and started on our initial barn layout. Alvin jumped right in and helped answer questions. Alvin spent time playing and talking with our two little ones so that we could focus on the details with Larry. Larry got the quote over to us quickly and explained the entire process. The crews attention to detail is second to none. Nick was on-site throughout the build to make sure we were aware of what was going on and happy with the project. The ONLY reason i am leaving ONE star is due to the fact that it is needed in order to leave a review. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE FOR ANYTHING! My significant other hired this company close to a year ago ( approximately May of 2021) to build a 30 x 60 pole barn on his property. He has had to contact them REGULARLY to find out the status & dates & times that work would be done. The owners have given him promise after promise that the work would be done, and that "You're our guy as SOON as the weather breaks..." this has gone on since breaking ground last August. The barn is up, and that's IT. No further work has been done even though the owners have promised otherwise. They DO NOT call / contact with ANY information at all, yet they SURE KNOW when a NEGATIVE REVIEW has been shared. I have been present for multiple phone conversations and this company and the service & work they "proclaim" to deliver LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED. Now my significant other is left with an UNFINISHED JOB and needs to make a decision as to what route to take to remedy the MESS DYNAMIC CONSTRUCTION has left him with. Larry & Alvin have blown so much smoke and B.S. throughout this past year that their words mean absolutely NOTHING. I do PROMISE that this situation WILL BE RESOLVED IN A TIMELY MANNER at this point, ESPECIALLY since he was told to go ahead and have someone else do the concrete after more SORRY EXCUSES...
But, hey, i guess that's how this company handles business after getting paid promptly when payment was expected.

My husband and I had a pole barn built just recently. I am pleased to say we are very happy with the end result. Larry, Alvin, Jim and Nick were awesome to work with. Everybody returned calls when we had questions. They showed up when they said they would. Everything was done on schedule. All the guys worked super hard. There was no messing around. They were respectful of us and our property. I would definitely get more work done by them and highly recommend them!

Alvin with Dynamic construction is so kind and friendly. He is very honest and does not bad mouth other companies in the area. We went with this company to replace our roof and they did a great job. The roof looks awesome! They included new matching vents and chimney flashing. They also did 6ft of ice guard rather than the standard 3 feet. The warranty is awesome as well. Super satisfied with this company and having them out to give a quote/do some renovations in my home as well!

Let me start by saying from beginning to end I have never had a smoother transaction . Or a more professional interaction. My barn was put up well before the promised 2 week deadline . I spoke to Larry and Al right out of the gate . And explained I needed a barn for my mechanic shop. They didn’t lie when they said I will have the Cadillac of pole barns . Had a pole barn built mid year 2021. I was able to get on their schedule in a timely manner even in the midst of the building boom. Everything turned out above and beyond from what was initially expected. Owners Larry and Alvin kept in touch with updates, building crew was professional, clean, and hardworking.

I used Dynamic Construction to build a pole barn. From the start I told them I was not sure if I was going to have a floor poured by them or not. The whole time they assured me that it is was no big deal, but they gave me a quote anyways. As things were moving along and the barn was almost done, I had a few concrete contractors come out and give me a price just like I did when I was looking for a builder for my barn. I choose a concrete person and told Dynamic who I choose and they were like that's who we use. They were upset I went and had prices done even tho we agreed from the start i was unsure on a floor. Since I was on a budget, I shopped around just like I did when I picked them to build. As for my 3 start review, Dynamic agreed to moved my shed they moved out of the way when they built the barn and since I did not use them for my floor they wont come out and move my shed back which they agreed to move even after I told them I was not using them for the floor. I still have texts from them saying when they were back in my area they would move it and now it has turned into they wont move it.

Edit, The concrete company I used was the concrete company you used. As for you cleaning my driveway when the snow hit we thanked you and offered to pay you. Your machine sat in my back yard for a month and when it snowed you needed it so you cam and picked it up. Please don't act like you went out of your way to come plow my driveway because you were building a barn for me. The contract did not say moved a shed, but I do have a text from you saying you would come move my shed back. If you could not stand up to your word, please don't tell a customer you can. I don't understand how you were taken back by me shopping around for concrete when I told you from day one I was not sure. I shopped around to find you guys and you guys were not upset when I choose you. Thanks and have a great day.

Alvin and the boys from dynamic construction just finished installing a new metal roof on my pole barn and I am very impressed. The quality and workmanship is excellent and their attention to detail is second to none.

I started a pole barn in 2016. After the contractors I had hired failed to complete the project, Dynamic picked up where they left off and left me with a beautifully finished project. I even had them add an additional lean too off the back of the building. I recommend them to everyone.
