I called all pest control about a swarm of bees above my entry way. They got someone out almost immediately to help. The bees ended up being honey bees so they were able to point me in the direction of a beekeeper to help me. They were very helpful and kind and I would highly recommend them!

I recently called All Pest Control to eradicate carpenter bees and wasps on a large deck. They came right away and took care of the problem quickly. About a week later, I called them again to do a pre-sale termite inspection. Once again, they immediately handled the inspection with professionalism, knowledge, and fair pricing. Customer service is also amazing! I will continue to use their services for as long as they are doing business and I highly recommend them to anyone needing such services.

Very thorough!! Sprayed the whole interior of home, the exterior, the attic, and even checked crawlspace!! Very friendly/professional. Excellent, will only use them!!

Update: For the second time All Pest Control has saved the day! I looked out my office window to find a hornet's nest. It was a decent size so I called up All Pest Control and in less than an hour they had someone on the way to our home to deal with issue. Travis was once again fantastic and so kind. Our dog was about ready to go home with him for loving on her. Another great experience and we cannot thank you enough. All Pest Control will always be my first call for pests of all kinds!

My husband and I called several pest control companies in the area after our deck and screened in porched became inundated with carpenter bees and yellow jackets. This is our first spring in the home and it became clear the previous owner did not do anything to treat these insects. We were able to quickly schedule an appointment for them to inspect and treat. Travis arrived during the scheduled timeframe and honestly way earlier than we expected. Travis was friendly, listened to us while we explained where the main issues were, and he explained to us what the next steps were and how often we might need to have treatments done. A great experience overall and within less than two hours we already noticed a huge difference in the bee/yellow jacket activity. We will definitely continue to use All Pest Control in the future. Contacted All Pest control originally to do a Wood Destroying Insect Inspection for us when we were purchasing out log cabin last October. Great price, came on schedule, and took the time to explain everything they found. Definite bee activity on the cabin, but the woodpeckers had been really ripping things up to get at the bees. They explained how to get things under control and even advised us that we should wait to treat for the bees until April, because the weather had turned cold and the bees would not be back until spring. We made the appointment in October for April 4. We had one warm day before Travis arrived and the bees were everywhere looking for a snack! On the day of our appointment, Travis quickly and easily treated the house. I was worried because the cabin is 2 stories on the side of a hill, so some of the walls and eaves are 3+ stories off the ground. He was able to reach every where without any problems. He warned us that we still might see some bees, but that they would no longer be chewing into our home. He told us how long to expect the treatment to last, and told us how to figure out when we needed to call again. It has been a couple of weeks now and he was correct. Most of the carpenter bees change their minds pretty quickly and fly away. We do find some of the stubborn ones on the deck in the morning, where they have paid the ultimate price. Effective treatment and great customer service.

I want to take a moment and give my thoughts on All Pest Control Christiansburg. We humbly have been serviced by this location for about 2 1/2 coming close to 3 years.
So my opinion is based on their services provided over time as well as cost and value and definitely customer service.
Now initially we chose All Pest Control based on reviews at that point in time. But also we were new to the area and wanted to support a local business and not just go to a typical big name extermination company.
Our choice was the right choice for us,from service day one. All Pest Control has been excellent, with no complaints. We were thankful to get a excellent service tech by the name of Cameron. Who has been our tech from day one no exception.
Cameron from day one showed my family and home courtesy and respect. So much so that we refuse to let any other tech service our home.
Yes they may have other good service technicians. However for us Cameron has been excellent, at keeping our home as bug free as possible. Excellent work ethic and communicates any concerns.
I also have to say the owner or one of the owners Chris stands by his business, and lets you know that if there are any issues, you can give him a call .
Again this why we went with a local business, to provide our pest and annual termite inspection.
I find the cost for the services provided fair and consider it as money well spent.
Again i state the owner Chris will make it right if any issues or concerns arise. I have spoken to the office staff and again, professional and courteous from day one.
My review may be a bit long, however in this day and age of social media and information.
I want you to understand my review is based over time,and not on a recent experience. But over time ,almost 3 years worth of service .
I dont give out 5 stars to make you feel good .
Reviews have consequences good or bad for a business, even more so when that business is local.
So again i humbly stand by my review of All Pest Control Christiansburg location.
For they are and who will continue to service our home .
So a humble thank you to our service tech Cameron for always doing and excellent job. As well as to Chris and his staff for always being courteous and respectful and standing by the services provided.

When I called to get some information I was not pressured into any services and was very informative about the service I would need. I was also very pleased that they were going to provide me a service that I wanted and not paying for services I didn’t need. When the exterminator (Adam) came to my home he was very professional and patiently listened to me in what l needed to have done. Since my service, I feel more comfortable knowing that I don’t have to worry about little critters crawling around my home and being able to enjoy the outdoors as well. Thank you, All Pest Control!

The whole All Pest team is very professional, courteous, and reliable. They have done an outstanding job helping us with routine maintenance over 4 years.

My contact with anyone that I have had contact with has been pleasant! The office people have been watching helpful as well as the guys that came to spray the inside and outside of my house also those that check the rodent boxes! Any questions or concerns are patiently answered or checked !

This company has been a godsend! When we moved in we were infested with spiders. They got someone out within a few days and the gentleman has been nothing but polite and professional. We even had a crazy swarm of ants in between services and they sent someone out the next day to respray to get rid of them (at no extra cost). If you want year round protection, great customer service and reasonable prices then this is the company for you!

I can't say enough great things about the exterminator who came out to my house! I had yellow jackets nest that I didn't know about until I accidently disturbed it one afternoon. All Pest came out and took care of my problem very quickly! They we so professional and even called back to make sure all was taken care of! I've never experienced this kind of service!

I called All Pest Control yesterday afternoon to ask about removal of a huge hornet’s nest located way up the eaves of my roof. As promised, a service representative came out today and took care of the nest. He was professional and efficient and took the time afterwards to explain to me what to expect in the next few days. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for ANY pest control issues you may have.

Used the service for an urgent earwig extermination. Lindsey and Justin are just amazing and fantastic for their professional services!! Had to change the appointment to an earlier day/time due to the rain and moisture driving the bugs into the house, they went above and beyond to deliver the professional services on time and communicated well all the way through. Justin even pointed out an broken down spout that may have caused the extra moisture in the crawl space. Definitely will continue using their services and recommend to whoever have pest control needs in the area!

I would definitely recommend this business and will be using them in the future for any pest issues. I made an appt for my grandmother because she had a hornet hive in her backyard. They were available the next day and took wonderful care of her and effectively took care of the hive. She said the man was exceptionally nice and she couldn't have asked for anyone better. He communicated with me thouroughly as I could not be there. Definitely give this company a call for your needs.

I've had an excellent experience working with All Pest Control & Solutions. I bought an older home that came with a lot of unique issues and they have been really helpful with both crawlspace issues and pest-related issues. They exceeded my expectations with how quickly and thoroughly they responded to my questions. I trust the recommendations they make. While I hope I don't need their help too much more in the future, I will absolutely call them if I do.

I had an infestation of ear wigs. Apparently they are extremely numerous this year. After one treatment, they were gone. All Pest Control and Solutions is a company I use regularly and they do an excellent job of ridding my home of pests.

The service man was very good. He is very likable. He gave me information about mice that I didn’t know before. He did a good job in getting rid of the mice. And he sprayed indoors for bugs. Very confident in the service.
