All or Nothing Roofing and Construction is a wonderful trustworthy company with fair pricing. The work done looks nice. They were easy to work through the process of getting our roof, garage and some indoor damage from hail and wind, repaired. Mia, their production manager was particularly fantastic. She listened to all concerns/needs, made me feel validated, and addressed them quickly. Communication is always a crucial thing when working with contractors and Mia and the owner Will excelled in communicating with us.

They helped me out in an emergency when a neighbor’s tree came crashing down on my house! I didn’t know where to start, but All or Nothing showed up fast, handled everything smoothly, and made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. The work was solid, the crew was respectful, and they kept me informed the whole way through.

This review is long overdue.

But new roofs, siding, guttering are really expensive and I don't want people to get burned by a less than reputable contractor. So, I'm finally writing it.

To anyone considering using 'All or Nothing Roofing/Construction'- DO IT! Their level of customer service, construction expertise and courtesy was unsurpassed. They had competitive pricing and everyone with their company was very competent and fast. Their warranty was excellent and since they have a local office in the KC area, I don't have to worry about tracking them down in the future if there is an unexpected problem.

We had the good fortune of having Ben Kendrick in charge of our job. Ben consistently had to go to bat for us with our insurance adjustor and the 'loss representatives' with our mortgage company. They lost our documentation, contradicted their own requirements, and were extremely difficult to deal with. I was beyond frustrated at their incompetence. Fortunately, Ben knew the lingo and the overall processes thoroughly. This allowed him to prevail on our behalf and hold others accountable. What a God send this guy was! I learned these type of tactics were not uncommon- they allowed the mortgage company to hold on to our money far longer than they should have and try to wear him down so he would give up. Didn't happen. So if you're needing a new roof/siding or guttering, just know that type of expertise, tenacity and communication skill will probably be necessary.

They were fantastic to work with and I recommend them without hesitation!

Jeramiah with All or Nothing inspected my roof and found storm damage, mainly hail and wind, and brought it to my attention. He worked with my home insurance company and the different roof inspectors and filed all of the paperwork for me to get a new roof. I talked to my insurance company once and with the information he provided, I was able to get a new roof. Jeramiah is the “MAN” you need to see to get your roof repaired or replaced. Thanks Jeramiah for your great service. I would recommend him if you need roof repairs/replacement.

We cannot say enough about how fast and professional Will and his crew handled our roofing emergency. From our initial call at 4:30am when returning home from vacation, to a roof leak and puddle in the dining room, Will returned our call at 6:30am, came right over, got on the roof to check for holes etc. Patched the leaky spots and got on the insurance claim when determining the amount of hail damage. The full roof was then done in a day. Beautiful!! Gutters done a couple weeks later. Also beautiful. Very pleased. Thanks All or Nothing!!

Seth stopped by to give me a roof inspection after getting off of one of my neighbors roofs. He was very nice and professional and answered all my questions that I had. After the inspection he let me know that there was not quite enough damage to file a claim but after the next storm I will make sure to reach out to all or nothing for another inspection.

Boy, were we glad we answered the door when Ronan from All or Nothing Roofing knocked! He found substantial hail damage, walked through all he found onsite with the insurance adjuster, did an OUTSTANDING job of keeping us continually updated during the process, and was onsite throughout the day that the roof was replaced. Not only was it replaced, so were all our gutters, downspouts, some window screens, and the garage door. To top it off, they gave us a free upgrade and installed hail-resistant shingles which lowered our homeowner’s insurance more than $600/year! Highly recommend!

Ronan and the crew at All or Nothing went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met when it came to installing a new roof. They were able to get the job done quickly and efficiently without any issues. My fiancé and I are extremely happy with how the roof has held up with all the severe weather we have had recently!

Ronan was very helpful in getting our roof replaced and interior work done. When we did have an issue with the interior work contractor, Ronan was responsive and did everything he possibly could to make sure we were happy with the work to reflect the same quality as the roof. We noticed water leaking through our roof at 6:30 pm on a wednesday. The forecast said it was going to rain the most of the next 3 days. We scrambled to find someone who can come and take a look at it. We called 4 roofers and only one of them (All or Nothing Roofing) called back and that too within 15 mins. Will was great, he walked us through our options and promised he will be there first thing the following morning. He was there at 8 am and took care of our problem! He also helped us navigate our insurance/ HOA coverage process to make it less burdensome on us. Mason inspected my roof after losing shingles in recent days due to storms. He was polite and extremely professional . He explained the damage to my roof and even assisted in filing a claim with my insurance . To protect my home from any potential water damage he covered the area until the work can be done . Because of storms in Shawnee there were roofing companies all over. One you h mam from this company offered to inspect my roof. I was skeptical because they all seemed so eager Mason Coffey climbed up on my roof and came down to tell me everything looked fine. No hard sell no we could get insurance to pay just pure honesty. He is a great communicator and worked with my insurance company to help insure everything was handled properly. He explained each step of the process, and followed thru with everything promised and more. My house has never looked this good, and there are no more leaks!!! You can trust these guys to do a great job.

They where great they came out to my house talked me through the process. Where always avaliable for any text or calls with questions. They came out and put some tarps on the roof to prevent any more damage wile we waited out the rain and snow in February Their crew was so fast had it done in a day and their clean up was impeccable. The roof looks fantastic I'm so happy and relieved...

In response to All or Nothing: I only asked for an estimate for gutter installation and gutter guards and that was it. Nothing more than that. My neighbors have not had their properties inspected. You are completely glossing over the fact that we were trying to be pressured into filing an unnecessary insurance claim after repeatedly being told no. That is the main issue. You are trying to make it seem as though the biggest issue here is not getting an estimate in a day.

Called to have them come out and give an estimate for gutter installation and gutter guards only. I saw on my camera that the guy who came out was on the roof. Told him sorry I couldn’t be there but could talk later. He called Tuesday evening and said that we had a lot of hail damage on the roof and the downspouts and that we should file an insurance claim so we “can get the roof and downspouts replaced for free.” I didn’t ask for them to look at the roof. I know we have some things on the roof to be addressed but only asked for gutter estimate. I told him to please just provide the estimate for the gutters and that we weren’t going to go through insurance. He kept pushing for us to go through insurance. I told him once again we weren’t going to do that and to please just provide the estimate I asked for. His tone of voice completely changed like he was not interested whatsoever in talking anymore since he wasn’t going to get what he wanted, that big insurance payout. Came home and found that he put blue chalk marks all over the roof. It did come off in the rain. Next morning I went out to look at the “hail damage” on the spouts and found that he had marked the spouts with blue chalk as well that I subsequently had to scrub off. He said we had “a lot” of hail damage. There were about two tiny little pea sized dents on each spout and that was it. Why he needed to put big chalk marks down the spouts, I have no clue. After removing chalk there was nothing but the tiny dent. (See attached pictures for the hail damage that we just needed to file a claim for). Had another company out the prior day and he said that we had very light hail damage to the roof but nothing that would warrant filing a claim. It’s a shame, because if we went with them for the gutters and were satisfied, we likely would have had them do the roof at a later time.

He provided exceptional service, addressing all my questions and conducting a thorough inspection of both the attic and the roof. What impressed me most was his willingness to assist with the insurance adjuster to ensure proper coverage for the repair. Issac Blackford was very easy to work with and kept in contact with us throughout the process of roofing and getting insurance payments. The crew worked quickly and cleaned up after they were gone. Issac came back climbed on the roof and checked out the job when they were finished. We had a couple nail pops inside , that the workers came and fixed within the week. In all we are completely satisfied with the work this company did for us.

Jordan was absolutely amazing to work with. My insurance company had rejected our claims prior to working with this company. Finally after working with Jordan and All or Nothing Roofing they decided to completely replace our roof. The entire process was easy and very quick. These guys are great! I have been fighting with my insurance company about the type of roofing I have over my sunroom. I was working with another roofing company to try to get a letter written to my insurance about the roofing material, that that wrongly identified as roll roofing. Isaiah came out next day, and had the letter to me 2 days after. I highly recommend using them for any of your roofing needs!

In my life time of over 50 yrs I have never had a business that helped me get what was justified and coming to me from a not so honest insurance company on my roof. Jordan Schwenk project manager and Cody Gardner general manager went well above and beyond there expectations in fighting this insurance company to get what was coming to me in a 4 month fight. When it was settled my roof replacement was paid for,started and completed within a week. I've been on my roof during and after completion many times along with Cody who was present during the replacement I have seen nothing that was done improperly. Normally we don’t answer the door when someone comes trying to sell us something. But I’m so glad we did this time! We had no idea there had been a spring storm the year before and how bad of shape our roof was in. Will and his team were very professional and explained things well. They came by my house the morning after the big hail storm and were very professional. They did a full inspection of my house and property and found many things I did not. They worked with my insurance company and got me full replacement of everything. They also worked with me to upgrade my shingles at a very good price, which got me a significant discount on my annual insurance costs, which will pay for itself very quickly. All or Nothing is very professional , their timely response to my call for roof inspection was excellent. Offered free roofing inspection ,gave some few guidance. Finally my roof was installed. If I recall it took them 10 or less hours to fixed the roof . I will definitely recommend them to anyone who’s looking to fix their roof or other construction service .
