Jordan was very helpful with the entire process start to finish. After suffering damage from the July 2024 windstorm, I had no idea how to move forward with a claim. He walked me through the process and even helped me negotiate with my insurance company after they initially denied my claim. After the claim was approved it did take awhile to get the work done on my roof. The wait was worth it and the crew they sent were friendly and very respectful of my property. I will be sure to recommend Jordan and his team in the future.
HOMEOWNER STORM DAMAGE DOCUMENTARY
To make a long story short we picked Mia, from ALL or NOTHING ROOFING, to work with on our Insurance Claim.
After an extended and very challenging time dealing with our Insurance Company, and their unresponsive, very misleading Claims Adjuster, we finally did get our entire storm damage claim approved. During the claims process, it was Mia's guidance, patience and expertise, that resolved any issues in the way of our claim being approved. (Mia's timely, professional expertise, and everyone's PATIENCE, was CRITICAL during our storm damage claim process...)
After our claim approval, All or Nothing Roofing arrived on site with the exact quality products we ordered... Installation was professional and timely. Clean up was through and completed immediately after work was completed.
Over all, ALL or NOTHING ROOFING was honest and trustworthy and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a relative or good friend. Honesty, Timely Work, Fast and Professional Installation, Quality Products and Materials, and immediate Cleanup afterwards... Lastly, ALL or NOTHING Roofing was on budget the entire time! TO US THAT IS WORTH 5 STARS!!
