First off I’m gonna start with saying thank you to Sarah. Sarah is amazing and will help you in any way possible or lead you into the right direction. Also, I want to thank Johnny, He was amazing for the situation that I am being dealt with. They worked with me great by giving me all the information I needed to have!!! Yes, I will definitely be using them when the time comes!!! Very trust worthy and honest!!

Malaki was prompt and professional. He assessed my roof and provided me with a very conversation about the life left in my roof. He also suggested when I get the roof replaced to be sure to add a few more roof vents. Thanks Malaki!

Pro Roofers handled everything with the insurance company after we had hail damage. Everything was repaired to new condition they took the time to make sure that nothing was overlooked and covered by the insurance company. They brought in a double crew to complete the tear-off and replacement in one day and had a project manager on site overseeing the work. Everything was smooth, professional, and hassle-free.

Every part of the process went flawlessly. From the initial sit down meeting where they went over in detail how everything would go to the install.

The crew was awesome and very respectful as they took my old roof off and put the new one on. They had it done and trailer gone by 6 pm the same day.

I love the way it looks and would highly recommend Pro Roofers.

I had called to have my roof and gutters assessed and within 10 minutes, Josh called me and set up a time to come the following day. He was so knowledgeable and showed me exactly where I was having the problems and gave me several options to repair/replace. I had gotten 3 bids before, and none of them took the time to show me how or why. He replaced my gutters and had my roof repaired that week for less than the other 3 bids I had received. Good company in my opinion.

I work with many roofing companies but only refer my customers to a select few. One that highly recommend and refer customers to is ProRoofers. 3 main reasons: They communicate well with all parties in the claim. They are professionals who will give an honest assessment of your roof's condition. And they take pride in their work and will make sure you are satisfied with the result. Roofing is complex (especially if insurance is involved) so be sure to work with local Pros who know what they are doing.

Pro Roofers did a great job in communication with my insurance carrier and myself as I had to have my roofer replaced after a hole causing water to come into the house. Jonny Long was outstanding in getting everything taken care of. It was a stressful time but the care taken helped.

Very professional, work completed quick, excellent clean up. Quality control is excellent!! Final inspection found small discrepancies that I would not have known to look for and fixed them that day.

My new roof looks great, and the service from Pro Roofers was outstanding! Every person involved from Sarah in the office, Jonny who did the initial inspection visit and managed the process, Kyle and Connor on site...everyone was so pleasant and helpful. This was my first experience with getting a new roof, and they made the process seamless and a good experience from beginning to end!

They were amazing! They finished our roof in one day! (And we do not have a small house). They protected everything around the house and cleaned up everything when they were done!

Kyle Cromar is my go-to roofer! Every time I call, he is very professional, responsive, and efficient. He makes it very easy by taking before photos, giving me and estimate to approve or not, and then he takes after photos. He also charges reasonable fees. Thank you, Kyle!

They were very prompt, professional, and went above our expectations. Tyson and the site manager quickly answered and resolved any questions my wife and I had with the install. They sent us before and after pictures, pictures of any new issues with the roof that was not originally seen due to being hidden under the shingles, and gave us a resolution for the problem. This company has gone above and beyond our expectation!

We had another company come out and do roof inspections in our neighborhood. They said we probably needed a new roof with ours just being 2 years old. We got a second opinion from Malaki who was recommended by my grandparents they had nothing but good things to say. In the future when we do need a roof I know who to call. Overall we had a really great experience going through them for our new roof and gutters. The only real waiting time we had was for the materials but once they showed up they weee fast and efficient and our new roof and gutters look great! Would definitely recommend them to anyone in search of any exterior work on their home.

We had a great experience with Pro Roofers! Our old roof finally started to leak and give us problems. Pro Roofers sent someone out right away to check it out and give us our options. They had a great price and were the quickest and most professional of the three companies we had provide bids. The roof install went great, everything done in one day and they cleaned up everything. I even had them add an exhaust vent into the roof for a bathroom last minute and they took care of it no problem. I highly recommend them!

The contractors that put the roof on did a great job. I also was happy to see they had a supervisor on the job until completed.

My father-in-law, Robert Lewis, requested I post this review for him. He had a much needed roof repair done about a month ago. He was pleased with the sense of urgency and the thoroughness from Connor & Kyle.

After a hail storm, we were in desperate need of a new roof and we reached out to Pro Roofers on a neighbor's recommendation. The team came out and inspected our roof and found more damage than the insurance adjuster had initially found. The work was completed promptly and with a level of professionalism to be expected. The Pro Roofer team worked with my insurance company directly to identify additional items needed to meat more recent building code requirements. I would highly recommend Pro Roofers to anybody needing expert work done to their home.

Jonny and the crew were very professional. Got the roof done in one day. Also picked up all debris around the house. I was a roofer for 10 years and I’d have to say these guys do roofs right!

Pro Roofers was great to work with! The owner answered my first phone call while he was on a road trip. They had Johnny come out to take a look and he coordinated everything that needed to be done. They handled all the communication with my insurance to make sure everything was covered, which was extremely helpful! They had a crew come out right away to do our roof, then another crew did our siding, and another guy did our gutters. Everyone did a great job. The work they did was fantastic! It all looks amazing! We’re very happy with the work everyone did and would highly recommend Pro Roofers for any work you need done on your house.

Conner and Kyle were extremely helpful on my frantic issue on water coming in through a window, giving helpful alternatives to to the type of roof we have and how the sun hits it, so even if your not sure give them all they will be honest and up front with you, on the best thing that you need.

We had Kyle come out and do a free roof inspection, he found a few things we didn’t know about that the previous roofer installed incorrectly. We will be using ProRoofers to fix these issues and any others in the future.

This is an amazing company! From start to finish, Kyle, Malaki, and Josh made this as effortless as possible for the insurance claim. They did an excellent job on the roof and kept the mess all contained. You could never tell they were there except for the beautiful roof we got afterwards.

They've worked on our roof a couple times. Always responsive and quick. Many of our neighbors have used them as well.

Finding contractors can be hit or miss but these guys are IT when it comes to roofs. 10/10

The two men who came to reattach the roof edge molding which had blown loose did an excellent job. The reattached the lose piece and put additional nails in the still attached pieces.

Did great job tearing off and installing new roof. Clean up was very good as found no nails or materials. Haul away was day roof was completed. They completed the insurance form I needed filled out to get adjustment for my home insurance policy. My insurance agent stated they were very helpful in proving information. I highly recommend for roofing and gutters jobs.

I just accidentally selected this company as it had been a very longtime since I needed a roof. They were able to get to inspect promptly.His first thought was that there was not enough damage but he filed a claim anyway. He met the insurance here and it was bad enough for new roof and gutter damage.my roofer handled all the paper work. I wish that ever business handled their business as well as this one including finding damage neither he or adjuster had realize was there. That eagle eye that if had not been found my vaulted ceilings would have collapsed.
