I cannot say enough good things about Rayne-Storm Roofing and especially Brett Holley. We had been hit with the hail storms in late 2023 and he was the first one out to talk to us and made us feel so comfortable. He was so personable and professional, explained everything that we asked about. He even came out on short notice when the insurance inspector came unexpectedly. Brett did a great job at handling all of the insurance issues which took a great stressor off of our family. The owner and his crew did such a great job and went above and beyond with their customer service. Even the gutter guys were awesome. Can't say that about the other companies that came out, so Thanks a bunch Brett and Rayne-Storm! P.S. My roof looks fantastic.

Called Justin after moving into a house and the shingles were flying off! Justin was able to go over options with me as I was stressed out what to do next! Just from that experience I started recommending him to people on social media requesting roofers. He was able to get me on schedule quickly and they got it done earlier this afternoon. The roof looks absolutely amazing!

Brett was remarkable. He was there every time I needed him. He answered every one of my questions, and I had a lot of questions. The crew was very professional and extremely accurate with their work. Rayne Storm needs more than five stars. They made this process so easy and stress-free. They helped me tackle hurdles and negotiations with my insurance company. They gave me more information than the company (State Farm) I'm already paying. My contractor Ron AND the owner, Brian went above and beyond to ensure they broke down all of the information. To ensure I understood every bit of it. These guys were more knowledgeable than all of the agents/adjusters through my insurance. Two days. My repairs only took two days! I fear I wouldn't have gotten half of the repairs I should have, without them battling on my behalf. Great experience, great crew.

Rayne-Storm did our roof few years ago.We tried calling them numerous times this month because we had a bad water leak in our living room and left a huge stain in our ceiling when it rained last month,UNFORTUNATELY this company WONT accommodate and help previous customer if it's a back job.Every time we called them they keep telling us someone is going to contact us but up to this moment we are still waiting.

After a hail storm in the area, a lot of companies were going door to door looking for business. There was already another business card in our door that an employee here took and replaced it with his own. I choose not to go with this company because of that lack of integrity in an employee.

The team at Rayne-Storm was superb to work with following a hail storm. They were quick to schedule a visit to the house to see the damage to the roof, side of the house, one window, and the deck. They coordinated the work with multiple service companies and all work was completed within a couple of weeks. We had a LOT of damage (almost $15k in repairs) yet the work was completed seamlessly with little interruption to our regular schedules. Highly recommend Rayne-Storm!!!

I have used Rayne Storm Co since about 2009 after my family and I had storm damage claim denied on two of our homes. In conversation with Roofer Ron, he educated me that I needed a perfessional consultant on our side to be fighting for us. Two say the lease, two weeks later both homes had new roofs, gutters, storm doors and window screens installed. They were very professional the entire time. Since then, we have hired Roofer Ron and their company to do full home renovations, contracting work as well as consultant work for us and our clients the last 7 years. I learned early in our relationship that Ron will talk himself out of work if he feels that us or our client is wasting money and tells us straight. This is a quality that I like. They are our go to consultants for anything regarding insurance claims of any kind, ie: mold, flood, fire, wind, hail, and tornados plus normally contracting work. Yes, they have been called for all these reasons and more. Ron can even tell you the best hunting spots in Missouri. The next bid you get that seems off, call Ron to tell you right.

I would 100% recommend Rayne-Storm for any type of home repair. We used them to replace our roof and do some interior ceiling repair after we had water damage. This is a local company that will be there for you if you have issues after the work is done unlike those traveling companies that come and go. This was a very smooth and quick roof replacement and I'll be contacting them for sure in the future for any other work that we need done.
