My husband and I hired this company to replace all interior doors, exterior doors, install a ceiling fan, and put crown molding and baseboards up. The owner of the business, Tracy Rodgers, came to our home, looked at the work to be done and gave a per hour estimate. After agreeing to get him to do the work, we did not see him again until it was time to get paid. He sent his son and 2 other young men(in their early 20’s) to do the job…at $30 per hour each! The work was completely inferior. The ceiling fan was left hanging crooked and the young man dropped screws in it all while I was watching him walk all over my bed! The front exterior door was installed and left with no molding around it so you could see the ends of the vinyl siding. I did speak with Tracy about numerous areas of concern throughout the house. He agreed to spend just a couple of hours on a Monday addressing them because he said that was all the time he had. Basically, did not repair things to a quality job. A couple weeks later, we discovered that the door to our spare bedroom would not even come close to closing. We have reached out 3 times to get him to fix it to no avail. We have had a couple of independent contractors take a look at the mess we were left with. Both agreed that the work was shoddy and we had been grossly overcharged. We bought all supplies except the molding and baseboard. He charged us $7,500!!!! Buyer beware! You can find someone else to do a better job and save yourself a lot of grief!
