Living in windy Mountain Home Idaho we have some crazy windy weather over fall of last year we had some work down on our roof by a company I would rather not speak of do the work
(big mistake), but needless to say, the kind of just put a Band-Aid on the booboo instead of taking the time to fix said issue. I had heard about All County Roofing from a coworker, and she HIGHLY recommended them. So I called and spoke to this super nice and very informative employee, and she told me they'd squeeze me in because of the winter months coming up. To my surprise she meant it, I received a phone call later that afternoon from a gentlemen Kyle, I believe he was in the neighborhood so wanted to swing by. Kyle seemed very shock at the band-aid list job he made a phone call and about a hour later I have a team on my roof fixing said issue. I am so thankful because that night I had to flip over my grandchildren's trampoline, as I was afraid it was going to fly away. I cannot express how truly grateful I am this company was able to help me out with my issue and was just so informative and answered all my old lady need to know it all questions heehee!! So thank you so much All County Roofing and especially you Kyle I really appreciate all you do! This company is one of the best and I will forever spread the word. We were having the house exterior painted. Our painter pointed out that he noticed that a roof vent plumbing tube flashing (plastic) deteriorating. I called All County Roofing since we are supposed to be getting a lot of rain within 24 hours. They were able to send a roofer out about 45 minutes after I called. As it turned out. I had 7 bad vent tube flashings bad. Grateful for the fast, professional service!

My husband and I hired All County Roofing to install membrane roofing at our home. Chad was very professional and responsive with the estimate. The crew was out within two weeks for the installation. The crew was friendly and did an outstanding job. New roof. All County Roofing removed the layers of existing shingles and replaced with all new. They did great work and kept it clean. Their bid was right on price. We liked them so much we had them do my grandmother's roof as well, she is just as pleased!

All County Roofing provides a range of services dealing with roofs and siding. I had them put a brand new roof on my house recently. I really liked their professionalism, they sent out a qualified estimator that not only sold the reputation of the company but was completely forthcoming about important features to consider such as ridge vents and ice barriers. I appreciated that as I have never had a house re-roofed. The bid was very reasonable, complete, and gave me guarantees that no other company offered. 2 and 1/2 days later I had a beautiful new roof and could not have be happier. They are a 10 in my book and will be using them for some siding work next spring. When you find a good contractor, you stay with them.

These guys work HARD. I got several quotes from roofing companies, I was looking to add a layer of insulation as well as get a new roof installed. I got quotes from several different roofing companies in the valley. The plan that All County came up with was, by far, superior than the rest, and the price was VERY fair. I truly felt I made the best decision possible going with All County! I am confident my roof is now ready to deal with many, many rainy, windy, and snowy seasons to come! We had a great experience with All County. They're efficient, professional and friendly, so this was an easy review to write. They promptly came out to examine our old roof and bid our project, submitted a complete & reasonable estimate within a couple of days, scheduled our project within a week and completed the roof replacement in one day. The crew was courteous and friendly, their clean-up after the job was finished was thorough and the new roof looks fabulous.

All County came out to do a roof inspection on our recently purchased home. I had a feeling when I heard Brian laughing from the roof that my suspicions were correct. Brian gave us a full inspection report that showed us the problems. We had other roofers come out as well to confirm, then we compared bids. All County was quick and efficient with our house and two out buildings. They answered all our questions and addressed our concerns professionally and promptly. We won’t be needing a new roof anytime soon but I recommended them if you do!

All County did a fantastic job. They were able to locate the leak and correct the problem. It turned out to be a leaking bath vent, so I had them reseal all the other vents. They were easy to work with and completed the job right after Christmas. I am an out of state owner and was getting the run around by four other roofers. Fabulous, Roof was replaced in 1 Day! The All County Roofing and Siding team did a complete job from providing a Roof Installation Proposal to scheduling and executing the roof replacement plus cleanup. The original roof only lasted 22 years which should have lasted longer. Brian the Estimator provided multiple solutions to fixing the issue to get longer life. Easy to communicate via phone and email. I was amazed at the professionalism and organized manner in which the team came in and worked to remove all the old and replace with all new. 5-star service, recommend them.

Both front office staff and roofer who did the work were very unorganized. Roofer wasn't sure what he was supose to fix and showed up with no supplies. Front office wasn't sure on scheduling and I never knew when roofer was going to show up. Price finally paid for simple repairs seemed very HIGH. Owner who did initial inspection and wrote report was very good, rest of the staff not so great.

Didn't keep appointment didn't call to reschedule. Showed up the next at 930am. Didn't announce themselves. Went in backyard did measurements without checking the roof. My husband went out talked to them. Couldn't understand what they were telling him. I called talk to them. He said the office had messed up the appointment day and time. Humm not impressed.
