I was devestated thinking what do I do, how do I do this, lost as could be I contacted All-Clean in Jonesboro Ar and asked for help. I had never heard of this company prior to my incident but I spoke with a gentleman named Charles abel who led me to my heroes! Within two days they were on sight checking my damage out. At this time two other employees, anthony n Hunter showed up at my door also checking out damage, tearing up my wet floor, spraying under the house, removing wet insulation n materials. Believe me this company is amazing! They’re professional, courteous, and on top of things. Next, they had humidifiers and fans going! Busy but so efficient. As of today Charles returned to measure flooring, trim n everything that needed repair. I highly recommend All-care for your needs.

My grandma Janice Ford had a water leak in her home while she was in hospital for a broken hip. All Clean did an amazing job and worked with my schedule to meet them at her house. I would recommend All Clean for any restoration project!

They did an excellent job removing an awning that fell at our house! They had it cut up and moved out in one day with no damage to our yard or fence in the process!

All-Clean was able to clean up the smoke damage after a house fire broke out. They cleaned and deodorized quickly, and were fair to deal with. I would recommend them to others.

I had two simultaneous water situations under my house. One was from the water heater that had a leak that sprayed water for quite a while under the house. The second event was an air conditioner issue that wasn’t draining and all the water backed up under my house. My insurance company suggested All Clean and I am thankful they did. All Clean contacted me almost immediately and had someone out with a couple of days to set up dehumidifiers and fans. They did an excellent job drying out all the space under my house. Hopefully I never need to use them again but if I am need of their services I wont hesitate to call on them.

My husband and I had a water leak in a major pie behind our kitchen sink. All-Clean did all the work from moving cabinets and drying out our home to arranging for new flooring and painting floors and baseboards. They were timely, professional, and kind! We recommend All-Clean for any restoration needs.

Had a water leak in the kitchen, big mess. Had to take out part of the floor and walls. That was a nightmare and wasn’t done properly. After said and done, still had a water leak. All-Clean came in and fixed all the work that was done very bad and fixed everything. Fixed the leak repaired the floor, painted and new countertops. I highly recommend All-Clean to have it done right the first time.

Flooded my floors, called All Clean and they were here within an hour! They worked hard to get it dried up. Then they took care of the floor replacement. Charles took care of everything and answered all my questions! He was on top of everything, to ensure we got it all taken care of.

Jeff and the crew responded very quickly to my Mom's water leak. Very professional with great customer service which is hard to find now and days. Made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed! Everything was done in a timely and professional manner, they removed everything that the water had damaged, treated for mold and mildew, and placed fans and humidifiers to make sure everything was nice and dry. We woke up at 4 am on a Saturday and All-Clean showed up that day. It was nice not to have to wait when we had such a mess.

Very helpful when my roof was leaking and came right out to tarp the part that was leaking until I got it fixed. Office employees were very nice and understanding. They did the work and didn’t require money upfront instead they billed me. Very highly recommend this company!!!!

Our insurance adjuster recommended we use All-Clean for fire restoration. We are happy with the service received from them although we did run into several minor issues with the subcontractors hired to do projects such as painting or floor installation.

All-Clean was fast at responding to my emergency water leak and removed carpet and placed fans throughout the house to prevent mildew and smell. Would recommend for any of your mitigation needs.

We had a water line burst in the attic and flood our floors. We called allclean and they were there quickly and dried our floors. They worked quickly and I would recommend them if you need a cleaning service.

Our wedding store flooded and All-Clean came out, on a Saturday and took care of everything. They did an excellent job. The guys were very professional. They had to come back several times and check the equipment and make sure things were taken care of. We are very satisfied with the service. Would highly recommend.

I had a water leak from my water line of my refrigerator. It happened on a Friday night. Water went straight to the basement and soaked the carpet in several rooms. Also, broke some drop ceiling tiles in the basement’s ceiling. It must have been leaking for at least 24 hours. You can imagine how I felt. But I called my insurance company Saturday morning and they gave me All Cleans phone number. I called them and they showed up within an hour and got started cleaning up. The carpet wasn’t even a year old so I didn’t want to tear it out. They did a water extraction and then put out dehumidifiers and fans. Ran those for a couple days and had everything dried up. Then they steam cleaned the carpets and repaired the ceiling tiles. Even found water upstairs on kitchen floors that wasn’t noticeable till a few days later. They took up the tiles and began dehumidifying it as well. I’m in the process of getting some new flooring put down in the kitchen. These guys took care of everything. Super knowledgeable and very friendly. They took care of my insurance claim and explained it all to me. I gotta say they made this stressful situation much easier to handle. I would totally recommend these guys for any water damage needs. You won’t regret it. A+

Great experience with All Clean coming to the rescue! Busted water main flooded my basement and they got there fast! Saved my furniture and got all the water up, dried the walls and repaired all the damage! No need to call contractors or plumbers, they handled everything!

I had problems with drainage and flooding on New Years Day that was also a weekend. I reached the on-call operator and someone was at the house within a couple of hours. They pumped the water out and immediately placed fans to begin drying. Their very quick response saved further damage. I would highly recommend!!

After waiting over 2 weeks for for someone to come to look at fire damage..finally a lady came took pictures. 3 days later my friend was told they didn't have time to work on his house! So did they take on to many jobs in the 2 weeks he waited for them to call? Will never recommend them to anyone!

All Clean in Jonesboro has been great to work with. Their entire team has been very professional from start to finish! They do great work and I highly recommend this company. We had a flood due to a plumbing issue and they were out the next day fixing the problem. They took care of everything and made A stressful situation a good overall experience. They communicated with me daily thru the entire process and basically handled it all. Charles is who handled our claim and he’s been great to work with.

We had a mold problem in our vacation home in Norfork. A local restoration company (ServPro) estimated $25,000 to restore! All Clean spent four (4) days and did an amazing job at less than 1/2 the estimated cost. Quality was not sacrificed. Shirley and Jerry cleaned EVERYTHING. We were concerned that the entire carpet would need replacement, but it looked brand new. This was a traumatic situation; however, All Clean responded immediately to reduce continued mold damage. It is nice to know such a responsible company exists in the NEA area. Hopefully, this will be the last time we have a emergency, but, if so, I would not use anybody other than All Clean, USA. The office that I work in had a fire and even though the damage was limited, there was office equipment and other electronics that were covered in smoke and had a smoke odor that lingered around. I contacted All Clean about an estimate late one afternoon and received a call from the owner the next morning saying that someone was on their way to look at the building. I met Shirley from All Clean and she was very nice and helpful. I showed her the building and spoke about what all we wanted cleaned. I recieved the estimate later that day and immediately scheduled for them to do the work. Shirley and other All Clean employees arrived and had our whole office packed up ready to go in a couple of hours. They returned our equipment in two weeks and we were extremely happy with their work. The smoke smell and stains were almost completely gone and we couldnt have been happier. Shirley was a great help and definitely has received our business if needed in the future. Thanks again All Clean!!!!!

I had a leak in my attic that caused the ceiling to fall in on my little girls bedroom. I called All Clean and they were there that same afternoon! They cleaned up everything and setup machines to rid the area of moisture. After the prep work was done they worked with me on setting up a carpet company to redo padding and carpet along with making adjustments on contractors I chose personally. Overall, it was a great experience and everyone I spoke with in person and on the phone was very courteous and professional. I hope nothing else like this happens in my home, but if it does I know who I’ll call first.

After every flood at our cabin on the spring river they are there as fast as they can get there and it is amazing how fast and EFFICIENT THEY ARE!

Extremely disappointed with this company. They were a no show to clean up after a flood and then refused to come over the holiday weekend. Then left the house a mess after they promised to return to clean it up. We spoke with them numerous times to resolve the issue, all I ever got were excuses. Not to mention that they were only concerned with being paid not completing their job. I will never use them again.
