CleanWay went above and beyond when we were in need. They were very easy to work with and did an amazing job. I spoke to Taylor and she answered all of my questions and was very helpful throughout the process. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of clean up.

I’ve used Cleanway multiple times for small to large projects to an insurance claim. My contractor Kyler is fabulous. He communicates expectations, timing of the project, and addresses any issues that may arise. He will even play fetch with your dog! I plan to continue using Cleanway for upcoming home renovations.

Cleanway did a great job on our home project. Kyler was so easy to work with and kept us up to date as work progressed. I highly recommend Cleanway.

We had our beautiful baby boy born on 10/14/24 and then unfortunately found out we had water damage in our home on 10/17/24. The only reason why we didn’t lose our minds is because of Kyler C! He was on the phone with us that same night walking us through the process and making sure everything was taken care of! Kyler was always available to answer our questions. The best part is he stuck to a timeline and made sure we got back in our house ASAP. This was important to us considering we just had a newborn. They handled our personal belongings with care and made sure everything was good before we moved back in. We are forever grateful for Kyler C and his team!!

We originally hired Cleanway in July for repairs due to the tornado in Rogers in May. The original estimate had things in it that were already done and the insurance wanted that removed, it took months to get that done, which took until last week to get insurance to approve it. We decided to hire them to get us in the dry (we had another co doing the roof), to close up the large hole in our house from a tree, water, and wind damage. The price included framing and siding, with a dumpster. I won't go into the price (very high), it needed to get done. The structure was completed, but the ceiling was done wrong (due to the whole structure being gone, we decided on a vaulted ceiling) the crew cut the boards wrong on both sides, so now we have to had an additional piece and lose a couple inches of wall to make it work. Then the siding. Took weeks and weeks to get, they told us their best crew was doing it. The joints don't line up, the siding was cut one way, then another, making it impossible to make it fluid, They ran out of siding and had to order more, that took more weeks, then the new crew had to finish a small triangular area with the vent. Took 4 hours to cut the piece for the top vent. There is still daylight to outside and the screen is ripped. When they finished, I asked the GM if he would approve this work for his mother and grandmother. He didn't say anything. The work is substandard with no pride at all. Communication is terrible, took days to call back, months to get an updated estimate, never called HVAC people, didn't clean up there is pieces of siding and nails everywhere. We chose not to let them do the windows (thank goodness), and because of the crappy work, we are not going with them to do any more work on our house. We paid them, because we stand by our work, but I would not recommend them for any job. They may have been good and reputable at one time, but they have new crews and don't have time to mess with small jobs. Although, our job was in tune to 142,000.00 If you want quality work in a timely manner, good communication, and pride in their craft, look somewhere else.

I really don’t know what to say about this place. I’m lying on the 1 star.
They took advantage of my wife and I after the NW Arkansas tornado.
They charged us over 39 thousand dollars for structure repair in 2 bed rooms, siding and soffits on 1/6th of our house and did the most embracing work I’ve ever seen.
If you still have time to get out of a contract with them I highly recommend it

Zero contact has happened from anyone from CleanWay. Starting to make calls to the BBB and Attorney General and hopefully not a lawyer yet.

Cleaning windows we bumped our retaining wall of our house under the windows and the wall fell out!
I guess they don’t do mason work either.

Proof of how they lie in my new pictures. Made several calls left on hold forever then never returned.
They even said the guy I gave the checks to that they don’t even know the guy!

Seriously their employees must be the only reason this place has any decent reviews!

Get as far away from this place as you can!

Hopefully next update will be after our day in court!

Cleanway was great I called an Tony Carter was here in no time not only did he get my issues resolved he contacted an Hvac and a plumber an seen everything was done right.I had no worries after the first meeting with him he assured me everything was gonna be fixed an my house would be back to normal in a short time everything he told me was on spot..When he would let me know they was coming to work they was there.I would definitely use Cleanway again!!

A lot of work has had to be done on my home over the years by a lot of different companies. Clean way has hands down been the best to work with. They’ve communicated well. They were very polite and explained in detail all the work they were doing. They gave me an itemized list of everything and how much things would cost and more. They’ve done an amazing job! Best people to work with without a doubt.

I want to thank Kyler Carpenter and his team, as they did an awesome job for me at a hunting lodge that had become moldy due to A/C going out. I was in Oh Crap mode! He and his team were very responsive, knowledgeable, polite, and detailed in their work. I appreciate the great work and highly recommend them.

My grandmother lives in Luxora,AR. On 5-22-22, her house caught fire. Her whole house had to be remodeled.
We contacted CleanWay in Jonesboro, AR. About 2 weeks later. We were told her house would be completely finished within 3 months.. Tell me why she had to stay in an extended stay hotel for over a year and a half!!! You all would tell her that they had jobs in Jonesboro that they felt should come first. They would work one day. Say they were coming back the next day, and not show up again for two or three weeks.
After a ridiculous amount of time my grandmother was told her house was done . She moved back into her house with it looking like this

They showed up the same day we called. They explained exactly what they would be doing and were quick and efficient about it .

Aaron O’neal did a great job on our carpets and was quick and very understanding of our time, will definitely have them clean our carpets again!!

Cleanway put down wide luxury vinyl plank & carpet for me when I was on vacation. They did a spectacular job & it was so nice to come home to a clean house all fixed up They moved & replaced all furniture & cleaned afterward. I can’t say enough good about the finished product! The floor look & feel wonderful! First time ever I was looking forward to coming home from vacation. I will use them again for sure!

I had a slab leak and called cleanway, they were super fast and efficient and took care of the leak and put in our new floors. I cannot stop staring at the new floor! thanks again cleanway!!

Definitely deserve 5 stars, quick and professional service! If you are in a pinch like I was and have an emergency on the weekend make sure to ask for Kyler, he's the best!

Shawn & Nate run a great business. Their team are very professional and knowledgeable in the restoration industry. They get calls when people have disasters in their homes or businesses and are at their worst, they’re compassionate at what they do and do it right.

Me and my wife had a great experience with Shawn and Nate. We had a busted water line and I called and they came from Jonesboro to Newark. They was prompt and efficient with getting our floors taken care of. During this emergency I learned they are moving an office to Independence County. I’ll use them again and I suggest you do too.

One of the best genuine group of people I've ever worked with. Communication was fantastic, if we ever had a question it was either answered almost immediately or was acknowledged and we got the answer soon after.

Rebuilding a home after a tornado is not easy but they made the process and simple and pleasant as it could be.

Nate and his team did a great job! It was my first time getting any contract work done on my home and he was so patient and informative. I trusted his judgement and guidance. My home looks great and he sent pictures and kept me updated the whole time. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions and I appreciate that. I highly recommend Cleanway! They helped me replace my old carpet with luxury vinyl plan and they did an awesome job, it looks so much better now. Nate and his crew were great to work with as well, professional and on time.

I can't say enough about CleanWay Restoration. In December we had a pipe in the attic to freeze and burst in the Forrest City Senior Center. It was on a weekend and by the time that we arrived on Monday morning the center was flooded and the ceilings falling in. Shawn and his wife met me on Friday night at 8:00 to begin to get the center dried out and access the damage. It was terrible. Shawn and his team worked tirelessly to get the center back open so that the seniors could resume their activities and their lunches. I would highly recommend them and guarantee that you will enjoy working with them. Thanks again.

Cleanway Replaced the ceiling and flooring in my entire house after a bad leak! Worked with Nate Easley getting the project done. They quoted 7 days, we were back in our house completely done in 4!! I am absolutely impressed with Nate and his company!! They can do anything you need!! I kept asking him to do more and more and he never said no or “we don’t do that”! You should absolutely give them a call!!

Cleanway showed up in time to save the day, I was having a birthday party for a friend from work at my home when my son and his friend dumped a large bottle of soda on my carpet, as a man I pulled a rug over it,but the wife said no! I called and they arrived fast and cleaned the carpet and even got some stains out that other company’s could not! Thanks cleanway for saving the !

We had storm damage to our roof and caused water to leak throughout ceilings and walls. Cleanway worked directly with our insurance adjuster to make the renovation process easy. They were fast, clean, and always on time. Plus, we were able to fit all into the budget that we were allotted so we didn't have to come out of pocket. Great guys. Highly recommend.

Cleanway restoration and construction came over and helped me with a water heater that failed. They removed and installed it and got me new carpet in my bedrooms. The process was easy and fast and I’ll definitely be using them again.

Cleanway restoration and construction was very professional, on time and very reasonably priced for their services. The staff that come out was very friendly and moved all furniture necessary and cleaned 3 bedrooms with carpet. All stains and odors were removed from dog and high traffic areas. Very pleased and will definitely be using them again and recommend to all family and friends.

I contacted this company September 17th and they told me to text them my information and they would get back with me when someone could come out to my house. I waited and waited. They never contacted me back, so I contacted them again on September 27th. They texted back and said they would have someone come out on the 29th that Tuesday morning. I asked what time cause I work 12 hour shifts on 2nd shift and I would’ve been getting home at 5 am that morning and needed to know if I could get any rest before they came or not. Well they never responded! I waited that morning after getting home from work with no sleep and didn’t get any sleep til that afternoon cause I kept waiting on them. They NEVER contacted me to let me know anything and just stood me up. I will never recommend this place.

They treated me like family from start to finish, and responded to my call quickly. I couldn’t have chosen a higher quality completed job, or more respectful operators if I had to. Will always be my first and only contact if another crisis arises.

I heard from my plumber that these guys were the best. The crawlspace in my house has suffered severe water damage & was facing potential collapse. These guys came out after hours & proved it & saved my house from a likely collapse while waiting on my insurance company to settle. They're very friendly, knowledgeable, & professional; & I cant wait to give them any of my future business that I can.

Our company had a situation occur where sewer backed up into our office building. I had no previous experience with CleanWay, but was referred to them for our situation as we had water all over our floors. Shawn and Nate came by quickly, talked with me, discussed the services they do and went over the best options to work through the problem. I was impressed right from the start with the way they communicate and their follow-up was 100%. They were quick to get their equipment into our building to start the restoration process. There was not one time during the job that I could not contact them. They were hands on the entire way to make sure things were handled well. They also worked with me, the Independent Adjuster and the Desk Adjuster to work through all the issues of the insurance claim. Our floors had to be replaced and they turned out amazing. It is the best floor work I have seen. They made the effort to ensure our down time was very minimal, with no delays in any of their work. If I could rate them 10 stars, I would.

This company works fast and efficiently to get the home/office restored to an even better quality than before the damage! Shawn and his team are very professional also. I won't use another restoration company other than Cleanway again!

I have used him for carpet cleaning and water restoration. He is reliable, affordable, and does a thorough and quality job. His customer service is fantastic.
