I recently called to inquire about a potential project and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. When I called, the person who answered simply said hello and did not identify the company they were representing. When I explained my project, I was told in an extremely rude and dismissive tone that they had a $3,000 minimum and were not interested in taking on a project of my size. When I asked if they could recommend any other companies, the person arrogantly replied that they were the only game in town. I was taken aback by the lack of professionalism and courtesy that I encountered during this interaction. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a company to take on their project to steer clear of this one, as their attitude and lack of customer service is truly abysmal.

Had a bid for mold removal to be done on a rental. He was on time for the bid, but never went up to the attic to see what actually needed to be done. I contacted him the next day to see if he had any numbers ready for the bid and he informed me he just signed up for 2 big jobs and was out 6 months. I asked for a bid anyways to have comparables with other bids and he never responded. Total waste of my time.

I called three roofing companies for an estimate. One never showed, one said next year was the soonest they could look at it, one looked at it but never gave me an estimate. I called Bruce at All City Restoration. He was at my house the next day, gave me a very competitive quote, and his crew started roofing two days latter. The work was beautiful, and perfectly done. Bruce taught me enough about roofs and roofing material, that I was able to select the right materials for our home. All City Restoration did such a great job with the roof, that I hired them paint the outside of the house including a wrap around deck. The painting was perfect and the price was very reasonable. The next time I need work done, I'll call Bruce at All City Restoration and not waste time calling anyone else.

We recently had the house re-sided, painted, windows replaced and rock face installed. We could not be more pleased with the workmanship and outcome of the project. All the crew were very professional and skilled in their particular craft. The work site was kept very clean and tidy during the whole process. They were very trustworthy and demonstrated high integrity. Bruce was always very responsive to any questions or concerns during the course of the project. Everything was done in a very thorough and timely manner. We would be more than pleased to have them work on any other future projects that may arise and would highly recommend them.

All City Restoration and Remodel built a pergola on out home to enhance our back yard experience and appearance of our home. They did quality work from start to finish. The head project manager (I think owner too), periodically checked the progress of his team's work and our satisfaction. We are pleased with our pergola and would highly recommend their workmanship and also good communication with us all through the project.

All City Restoration provides quality work for reasonable prices. When we were looking for a contractor for our office remodel, they were the only ones who returned our call for a quote. Our remodel ran into a number of large problems that we weren't aware of at the outset. Their professional craftsmen provided good details of the problems with options for us to consider. The project was completed in a timely manner with excellent results. I highly recommend All City Restoration and their skilled staff.

All City Restoration & Remodel is an excellent construction firm. We have used them for multiple projects from new construction to restoration and remodeling. Our original home is a custom home. When we decided we wanted to build a garage, All City designed the garage and built it. It is an excellent match to our home which was already 15 years old. All City has also installed crown molding, cut and installed a door and window in our lower level, built and repaired our decks, poured a driveway and walk way as well as other jobs. The craftsmen who work with All City have been professional, kind, knowledgeable and creative in problem solving that occurs when a home has remodeling. We are pleased with the honest and reasonable prices.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
