I had used All American Roofing once before and was happy. This time however was a completely different situation. We were quoted a roof at a price that was agreeable. It did not occur to me to me to check reviews etc. since we had used him successfully before. They collected out deposit in September 2023 and we still have not had the roof replaced. We called numerous times and were promised over and over that they were coming to do the roof even telling us the crew was on the way but nobody ever came to do the roof. Dan Dozer finally agreed to refund our money as we didn't want to wait any longer and the weather was getting (we didn't want a roof put on in winter) cold, and we didn't trust him to do the job well at that point. He did not return money despite arrangements for drop off and one day even saying he would meet at the bank and didn't show up. We went through mediation with the courts and he agreed to pay but did not. We went to court and won a judgement but are still in the process of collecting six months after this all started. I don't know how he can sleep knowing how he is treating people. We have since found out we are by no means the only one!

I normally don’t give reviews to bad companies but I had to give one for this one. I had this company install a new roof in 2017 which they did with no problems. Until now. I saw a leak in my ceiling a couple of weeks ago. I was hesitant in contacting Dan due to the bad reviews but I thought go ahead and give him a chance to fix the issue. I called the company and Dan returned my call immediately. He said he would take care of the issue and send someone out the next day. I was happy to hear that until no one showed up. I proceeded to contact Dan again and again he stated he was going to send somebody out. Well no one came out. I tried for the third time and Dan stated again that someone was coming out. No one did. Dan lied three times and failed to uphold his guarantee of a quality roof. I’m not contacting him ever again. I got someone else to fix my roof. If you plan on buying a roof from this company DON’T. The service is not guaranteed and Dan is not a man of his word.

OWNER IS A FRAUD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Dan Dozier is a Con. Dan sent over a contract 7/28 for a replacement roof and agreement for 8/2 install due to an active leak. He was extremely quick to collect a deposit but did not send a signed agreement. After receiving a deposit, I never had the same eager person that took a deposit have the same attitude to do the work. 8/2 came and went. Dan promised 9 separate times on 9 separate occasions to show up and door the roof after countless texts and pestering. 9 more times, his crew or even himself (after promising to show up himself).

After the 10th time, he said he will refund me my money. Great! not so much. over the course of the next 8 weeks and constant nagging, he has promised to refund me 30 SEPARATE times. All 30 separate times have come and went. As of this writing, Dan dozer is dodging refunding. If this is the type of integrity and work you want to work with , by all means. Otherwise AVOID. You will have a bad experience.

March 2024 update: STILL NO REFUND. Admitted to using material for another job. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I signed a contract with Mr. Dan Dozier of All American Roofing on 04/12/23 and gave him a check for $13,000. He went straight to the bank and cashed the check within 45 minutes of receiving it. That's the last time I saw Mr. Dozier. He is a thief, who ran off with our money and he hasn't done one minute of work on our roof. He's made too many promises to count regarding when work would start from April until the end of July. Since then he's made many promises regarding giving our money back. I will seek legal remedies against him.

The company was very responsive and knowledgeable of the work. I'm confident of the quality of work. I recently purchased a home and immediately needed a full roof replacement due to several leaks and missing shingles. Less than 2 weeks later (due to bad weather conditions) I have a brand new roof

They did a pretty good job, it looks pretty good and the guys are nice. With that being said, you get what you pay for. They come in a bit cheaper and there's a reason. I wouldn't hold a lot of faith in the warranty since they seem to be somewhat impossible to get back to your house. I've got a couple minor issues and hope it holds up. If this is all you can afford like me I say you will probably be ok and again the guys are really friendly. I just am not sure they have the organization or manpower to guarantee the work.

We had a new roof installed by them in November 2016. Here it is July of 2022, and we have a leak. On July 19, we first contacted to have the leaks fixed. After numerous calls and texts since then, we have heard nothing but lies and still a leaky roof. Edit: After nearly 3 months, they came back to fix the leak.

We are a return customer they did amazing job in both houses . Very professional fair price we definitely recommend All American Roofing.

Needed a new roof on a two story townhouse. Called around town to get quotes and All American Roofing Co came in at a price point I was happy with. The day of work, they showed up well ahead of their scheduled start time. At the end of it, they did an excellent job cleaning my property up. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend using AARO for any roof repairs!

They did exceptionally good work. They removed our chimney to the roof line and it looks as if it were never there. Best of all, the roof does not leak.

I would recommend All American Roofing to anyone who needs any roofing work done to their home. They were professional, arriving to start work before I left for work! The cost was extremely reasonable. Joey went above and beyond, especially with my gutters and the wood behind them. The roof itself is beautiful.
