They did my roof spring 2025, and it looks great. They included the semi attached garage and several skylights for less than anyone else around here wanted for just the nain house ,by quite a bit. Like a major or paramount amount of savings. Over 10 grand cheaper. They were up there in the wind and rain to finish up one day.
By the way, I don't know these guys. I don't know what those people in the negative reviews are talking about but nobody stole from us. They gave us more than we expected
the man lives behind me and was a good friend but do not get this company to do any work on your house nothing but lies and he owes me $1600.00 for product i never received. do not hire them to put a roof on your dogs house. he will tell you lie after lie.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Dan Dozier is a thief and liar and should NOT be trusted.
Like another reviewer, I made the mistake of not checking reviews for this company because the previous owners of our home had the roof replaced 5 years ago and were satisfied with the work. I had Dan come out to assess the issue and give an estimate. At that time, Dan was extremely responsive - he answered my questions, returned my calls, showed up on time, etc. That all changed when I made the decision to start the work and give a deposit. (He cashed the check that night).
Dan's mode of operation is to say one thing and do the exact opposite of that. He assured me that the work would be finished in 3 days. But, each time he said he'd be at the house, he ghosted me. There were two days that work was done - he came and took off all my gutters and removed shingles from my roof. After that he continued to say that crews would be out but continued to ghost me.
Dan would not answer my calls - at all. I would get occasional text messages but they were also just lies saying he'd call or show up - he never did.
One day, with the threat of rain getting into my exposed roof, I messaged Dan to ask for him to come secure the roof. He sent his brother to stop by around 3:00 on a Friday. His brother did a crappy job of putting old shingles on a few spots.
With his brother on my property, I had him call Dan, which he answered immediately, and I told him I wanted the work finished (it was 3 weeks in at this point). He promised me that he and his helper would be at the house at 8:00AM the next morning. Again, Dan ghosted me and would not answer my calls. Side note: Dan's excuses for not answering my call was that his phone was messed up - another lie.
I was forced to hire another company to complete the work (they finished in two day and did a wonderful job). I only hope others will see these reviews and are able to STAY FAR AWAY from All American Roofing and Dan Dozier.
