All American Masonry & Sweeps

All American Masonry and Sweeps was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We needed repairs to the bricks at the top of our chimney and needed to have a cap put in place. Aaron and Jeremy clearly explained how this would be accomplished. They were so pleasant to deal with and efficient in their work. Their clean-up after the job was amazing, blowing debris from our deck and even from the roof of our enclosed patio! The finished product looks amazing---and this includes perfectly matched replacement bricks. We highly recommend this company!

I was lucky to find Adam. He was super kind and did amazing work. I was looking for someone to help mount some mirrors up on a brick wall that I just bought for my gym. It was just something I wasn’t comfortable doing. I also needed some pipes bolted down into the ground for me to hook my battle ropes to. Based on my experience, I booked him to clean my chimney in a few weeks. I highly recommend Adam and All American Masonry and Sweeps.

I had a large crack at the top of my chimney and also there was some mortar falling out at the flashing. All American came out shortly after I called them and I had a quote for the needed work within a day. It took a few days to complete the job and I am very happy with the result! All American Masonry replaced 9 courses of brick at the top, which included some nice corbelling, built a concrete crown and added a stainless steel cap covering the two flues. They also repointed the areas that had degraded mortar, making them watertight and looking great!.
Mike and Mark were the primary workers that I dealt with. They and everyone I met were friendly, hard working, and skilled at what they do. I would definitely call them again for any masonry or chimney work.

The team is very professional - Adam, Shawn, and Mark were great on this last job. Our 2 very old chimneys needed protection at the tops from the weather and repointing of old bricks. The 3 guys who came setup, completed the work and finished cleanup in one day… quickly and professionally. Estimate and final cost was spot on. Everything looks great too. 5-stars, we would hire them again for sure.

From being recommended by my roofer, Valley Roofing, to fixing the deteriorating mortar and flue, was all but a couple of days. The estimate process was smooth as silk. Within hours, I had an estimate. And, within two days of the initial phone call, they had already fixed my chimneys. They offer high quality workmanship for, what I felt, was a reasonable price. There's a reason why they've been in business for seemingly forever.

Adam inspected our chimney and it was determined that we needed a thorough chimney cleaning and repairs to the firebox in our wood burning fireplace. The work was done by Will and Mike. They were knowledgeable, skilled and professional. They answered any questions and explained the procedure.
The work was finished in timely manner, and they cleaned up thoroughly before they left. An additional plus was that the firebox job required less work than was anticipated, and Adam adjusted the cost accordingly. All in all, we were very pleased and highly recommend All American!

Sean and Michael came for my job of demo to a 2 story chimney. They were hard working, polite and got the job done in no time.

Had some chimney work done due to water intrusion in the attic. The whole process from estimation to work complete took about a month. Much faster than one of their competitors where the quote took 3+ months to generate and was much cheaper, too.

10/10 the best chimney sweeps I’ve ever seen. We had a chimney fire and they were able to come out in two days. Cleanest the chimney has probably ever been. When we get a liner put in this spring these are the first people we’re going to call.

The office staff was so incredibly friendly and accommodating! They made me an appointment the next day hearing how desperate I was for heat! They came out and cleaned our chimney quickly, professionally and expertly. They placed the cap back on the top of the chimney and redid our chimney clean out doors. I am a business owner in Easthampton, MA. I have worked with All American Masonary on 2 projects. I hired them the second time because I was pleased with their work on the first job. Both jobs required cutting a hole for vents through concrete cinder blocks. My business is closed one day a week and they were accommodating to come in on that specific day. Sylvia, the office manager, is who I was mainly in communication with. She was almost always available by phone and would also give me updates through email. Zach was also helpful and the workers that came in were professional and did good work.

The attention to detail in their work is truly impressive. Additionally, they expertly assembled and installed beautiful aluminum railings from Westbury.
Their pricing is fair and competitive, especially considering the high quality of their work. And their work ethic is also exceptional--they were professional, punctual, and ensured that the job was completed to our satisfaction.

Quick turnaround time for an estimate, and then fit me into their busy schedule. The job was less involved than originally thought so they lowered the original quote to reflect that. Excellent isn't enough of a word to describe the finished work done to revitalize the look of our back porch. All American took down my old chimney that was cracked, and rebuilt the chimney from the roof up. They relined the chimney and did it for a great price. They were responsive and did the job when they said they would. Extremely happy and will go with them again if I need a mason again.

These guys were awesome. We had a semi-emergency and were without heat in the middle of winter. They were able to get one of their technicians out to clean our chimney the next morning. I emailed Adam that I was informed by a different chimney sweep company found the apron settled in a few spots on the original rebuild that was done in Nov 2020. He was at my house the following Monday to make the repairs and seal the entire apron.

Today I received a chimney sweep and the gentleman Jeremiah that performed the cleaning was phenomenal. He appeared knowledgeable, kind, and informative throughout the various conversations we had regarding my chimney. In addition, the office staff were extremely friendly and accommodating with getting my chimney cleaned before Christmas by placing my name on the cancelation list. Originally, I was scheduled for a date in February (2023) but they called me immediately when a customer cancelled and went out of their way by calling a couple of times to get my permission to come out sooner than my planned appointment. Excellent service. I had birds in my chimney when the person from All American Masonry & Sweeps originally came to clean my chimney and put a cap on my chimney. Since the birds were just babies, I had to wait until they were able to fly away. As soon as the birds left, I called All American Masonry and Sweeps and they rescheduled me right away. Today the person from the company came and removed the excess bird nest and put a cap on my chimney. This was done within an hour and done well. Thank you All American Masonry & Sweeps for such great service.

I hired All American to clear two of my chimneys after getting their name from a friend. They were very responsive to my initial phone call, then called to remind me of the appointment 2 days ahead, and showed up on time. The service person was knowledgeable and professional.
