The workers were on time, respected our plants and property, and completed the job in the time promised. The cleanup looked like they hadn't even been there! The roof is beautiful. I definitely would hire them again.

I called All About Roofing yesterday. They were very professional and courteous with the call.They scheduled an appointment for the next morning. The next morning Austin Forrester their project manager arrived a few minutes early, introduced himself. He was very courteous and professional. Took a look at the roof from the ground. Then went on the roof and fixed, reset, the tiles that had been blown up by a micro wind burst. This company is absolutely amazing. I recommend them 100%

We don't usually answer the door for sales representatives; but glad that we had. We didn't have any intention of a roofing install until Austin came back and showed us several photos of damage, which confirmed it was needed. The price was right, the expediency of service was excellent and the workers were timely and finished the project within expectation and did a great clean-up around the house. Austin came back for final inspection, and a promise he would include a small job not expected by the roofers and saved us some cost. Camera in hand he took more photos of completion of roof, shared with us, answered our many questions and shook hands perfectly happy with the guarantees if future repairs needed. And also to the office staff thank you so much for your communications of the service commitment and updates. A job well done, thank you all.

My husband and I contacted 3 different roofing companies and got three different quotes to repair our roof and lay new underlayment. We chose "All About Roofing". Everything from the sit down to discuss the plan, to arranging a schedule to fit our time frame, to the actual full roof replacement work was easy, efficient and professional. And it didn't stop there. Jake, the project manager came a couple days after the work completion to inspect and make sure all was to our satisfaction. I must add that Jake was available before, during and after the project to take our calls/texts and answer any questions or concerns that we had.
The actual roofers were pleasant, on time daily and did a remarkable job of keeping things tidy during the 3 day job.

We are very pleased with all phases of our roofing job--the quote given by sales representative Jared Hampl, the detaching of our solar panels, putting on 2 layers of TU43 Underlayment, resetting our solar panels and bird netting, and clean up. Everything turned out great. I would recommend Jared and their crews to everyone.

We recently had the paper under our tile roof replaced. We were contacted by Colin Cooper from All About Roofing while he was working with a neighbor on her roof. I told him I really didn't want to spend the money on the project and he understood. He asked if he could check the roof and take pictures that may be pertinent. He was not the typical sales person. He was kind and informative. He spent some extra time to "educate" us on the how and why of this project. He came back a second time and had a great conversation with my husband. Working with the company was seamless. The roofers who did the work were very punctual, quiet and worked very hard. They checked each day to be sure all debris was picked up. The company was very professional and answered all our questions. When the roof was completed the owner stopped by to make sure we were happy. How many owners do that? He followed up twice to be sure we were happy. We would highly recommend this company.

Jared Hampl is the project manager who contracted with us for our roof replacement. He stayed in touch with us throughout the process and visited with us when it was complete. His crew was outstanding. They all worked steadily while they were here and finished the new roof within a day and a half. Both at the end of the first day and the end of their work on the second day, the crew took extra care to clean up all of the dust and debris. We were simply amazed with the whole job. We highly recommend this company and these particular people for your roofing needs!

The experience was perfect. Our sales person Brandon was great giving us several options to choose from. We received information when the roofing was to start and what to expect. Our job was done in a day and a half. The workers totally cleaned up everyday before leaving. On the first day Brandon came to show us the progress giving us photos of the roof. We appreciated the communication. The roof looks great.

Arizona is the surface of the sun, and being on a roof is even hotter. The only thing hotter than the temperature when installing a roof are the employees that do it. No one says "I put a fridge in your kitchen." They put a roof over your head. It's the most important part of your house. Invest in the best version of the thing that separates you from your cozy AC sanctuary and the sun that can cook an egg on pavement. I should move to California.

Did a great job replacing my roof. We had a very bad hail storm in July which did extensive damage, Still have damage to other parts of the house, but these guys did a great job on the roof.

From the very start with Kyle doing the estimate and management of the project, it was comfortable to take on such a project as underlayment of a tile roof. The crew was prompt every day and worked together as a team. They cleaned up the debris on a daily basis and even checked for loose nails in the yard before leaving. We had 3 bids for our roof project. Tyler Katen was a professional in his explanation of what his team would do for us. He was in contact with us every step of the way. The team that did the repair work showed up early and worked hard being respectful of property. They cleaned up the area before they left for the day. We certainly would recommend using Tyler and his team!

These people are relentless pests. My roof was inspected, sealed, and certified. April 2023. I DO NOT NEED NOR DO I WANT THEIR SERVICE! Yet their representatives constantly ring my doorbell 2 to 3 times per week leaving their calling cards and ignoring my NO SOLICITING sign. If they refuse to take NO for an answer I will sue. Now again, LEAVE ME ALONE!

After discussions with Logan Kamin from "All About Roofing" it was apparent to me as an engineer that he was "the smartest person in the room" when it comes to roofing, roofing materials, and options. After some pigeons returned to my portico area trying to nest in the restored space, he was nice enough to return and seal off the area with wire mesh netting and ties.

Finishing work was done neatly, workers were friendly, and I was notified of a a small premium refund on my Homeowner's Insurance.

All About Roofing LLC and their team where thorough and kept amazing communication with me throughout the whole process. The whole process stuck to a very well organized timeline. Materials showed up, their team came out to remove our solar panels, the dumpster arrived, the team came out and replaced our roof, the dumpster was removed, and finally, their team came back out and re-installed and function tested our solar system. All of this took place over the course of six day. They are a highly professional and skilled team. I am completely satisfied and feel confident in their quality of work.

Thomas did a great job showing up on time and answering any questions I had (quite a few about possible upgrades/options). We were able to find the options that worked for me but still added value if I decide to sell/rent this house at any point.

All in all, what a great experience and I am very pleased with the outcome!

P.S.

If you’re having your roof done by then or by anyone for that matter, ask about a ridge vent. I was unaware of this but after learning about it, I decided to go for it. I don’t have those chef’s hats anymore and it’s a very “clean” look (I’m also told it’s more energy efficient, the main reason for adding it). Not a roofing expert or consultant but I really like the look!

I just wanted to thank Chris the senior project manager for All About Roofing and his crew for the great job they did on my roof. They replaced the entire roof with new underlayment's for the entire roof. Some tiles were also replaced. They also did a fantastic job in cleaning up all the trash from the old roof. The price was very reasonable considering I had two other bids from other roofing companies that were higher than what I paid them. I am very happy with my new roof and would highly recommend All About Roofing to anyone who is considering a roof replacement.

Everything from contract signing to actual work was very professional. Any contact I had with the office as well as with Jack has been warm, polite and responsive. I know nothing about roofing and its materials but the finished product looks great and they did a great job cleaning up everyday. I do wish I had been given a heads up on when the roofing supplies would arrive but even though unexpected it was uneventful and professional.
