If this company completely messes your order up, like they did mine, they offer you nothing but a "that's not our policy" to make it right. And to top that off, they send you a link to re-order your own materials, instead of simply sending them after their error! They stated they refunded my account when that was NOT the case and then made me re-order. Horrible customer service and I will never order from here again, not that they care. Would maybe 10% off hurt since I had to pay for your error with my time and money? Apparently it would....

Fantastic sums up my experience with this company. First, they had the exact match for the headliner on my late model GMC pickup (no small feat, I had looked for over 2 months and had almost given up). Second, it was a great price with low shipping. Third it arrived in a couple days. Fourth, it was very, very good quality. Fifth, the service from the office was excellent. To no fault of thier own the glue failed to adhere and it ruined the Fabric. I called them , explained the situation and had new Fabric in my hands within 2 days at no charge...Did I say I am a customer for life? Well I sure am:,-)

I was referred here by John Pollock from The Lucky Needle. Couldn't be happier with the ease of selecting a product, the delivery, and follow up service. I was trying to match an older car and opted to order the low cost headliner sample card. It was cheap and worth the extra time to get a close match. And I was ordering black so that's always a mystery in terms of color match. The headliner was professionally shipped rolled and sealed with plastic. Not a wrinkled up affair like I've received from other companies. And the ends were square -- again not like other places I've order. Material was high quality, easy to apply and took the adhesive well. Very happy with the outcomes. I would highly recommend this business. Thanks.
