Kekoa is the best. I used him for two different properties and not only is work excellent but he's very nice guy and will give you a really good idea of the place. Hawaii has some very unique places, and coming from the mainland, i found his local knowledge very helpful. As we were buying our home sight-unseen due to the coronovirus pandemic, the new home inspection from Akana Home Inspection was a critical part of our purchase. The inspector completed a very thorough inspection, including many, many photos in his detailed report. He also Facetimed with me at the conclusion of the inspection so that he could show me directly both things that needed repair and things that were in good working order. I greatly appreciated his attention to detail, personal touch and thorough and professional report.
