Was contacted by phone a few days after a huge wind + hail storm. Since we had never met anyone from AK we were of course skeptical. Aaron Kim and Alden Kang stopped out a few days later to inspect our roof and gutters and discovered significant damage. I asked if they had done recent work in the area and they provided me with a couple of locations nearby. Talked to the Owners of those homes and inspected their work, was very impressed. They met my insurance company on site and before long had approval for 100% of the work. Roof was completed in 1 day, gutters + downspouts shortly thereafter. Best company we have ever worked with.

We signed up with AK Exteriors for our home roof replacement project and they completed it smoothly and to our satisfaction. From the beginning Aaron and Aiden helped me to understand the insurance process, permit and the construction details and updated me regularly. Both of them are nice people to work with and try their best to help customers. With their sincere efforts I was able to go through the insurance claim process and successfully get the project approved. They are local community business and not BIG corporate company and we can definitely support them for home roof replacement projects.
