Just had our roof done by AK. They did a fantastic job. They were very prompt and responsive to all our concerns and questions. Owner and crew were wonderful and the roof looks great! I highly reccomend this company and will use them for any future exterior work we need done.

We recently needed to have a roof repaired and some additional brick work done around the house. Austin was very responsive in coming over to our house to look at the situation, listen to us and quickly provided us a proposal that was very fair. He was on site to make sure that all of the work was done correctly and on-time. He made sure that the crews cleaned up well at the end of each day. Great work at a fair price. Would definitely recommend them, and would use them again.

We talked about getting a new roof and was unsure who to use, gave a few people a call and of course nobody would have time or not show up like they said. I gave AK Exterior a call and they came out a few days later for just a roof inspection. Upon inspection we found that we had a soft spot over are porch. Had them give me a price on repair of soft spot and metal roof. Came back with at a great price so we chose to upgrade the metal to a better quality metal and installed new 6 inch gutters to match the new roof. They gave us a date when they would show up to get started and held true to there word through the hole process. The roof and gutters turned out fantastic and looks amazing would recommend them to anybody. Was a great experience.

I bought this house a year ago with my ex fiancé. We paid for an inspection and was told by both the inspector and the fha inspector that the roof was in perfect condition. A year later my fiancé leaves and I’m stuck with the house. A month later, I had water damage forming throughout the house. I had just my own income to figure out this new mess. I also had box gutters that were all rotted through. AK Exterior came out, gave me a fair price, listened to my needs, and completely saved my house and my sanity! The roof is unbelievable. The box gutters are gone. And I have a brand new gutter system. The warranty will last till the day I pass and I couldn’t imagine using a different company. The professionalism, quality of work, cleanliness, and speedy work was more than I could have ever asked for. I will use them for any and all services they provide as a whole. Regardless if it’s this house or the next.
