Roof and skylight were in need of replacement after a large hail storm in 2018. The roof itself was done expeditiously in November. The gutters were done soon after but the configuration changed and damage to siding not rectified. The skylight over the bathroom was not done until mid-January.
The issue came with the heavy falling of snow. Every time like clockwork. It would start leaking and every time I would contact the contractor directly. Each time, I was told someone would come out and take care of it. At one point, I even spoke to the owner and he assured me someone would be by soon after. It escalated when it was 2yrs and nobody had fixed the issue. The walls of the skylight were obviously starting to succumb to water damage without as much as a date to assess. After the latest storm (and leaky roof issues) I managed to contact the contractor, only to be told the company was no longer in operation. There was no longer licensing in Colorado Springs when I was told there was a 10yr warranty on the work.

I needed a simple form filled out regarding the impact resistant shingles installed on a property. This form saves hundreds of dollars a year on the home owners insurance. After COUNTLESS calls and emails, I still do not have this form. It is absolutely RIDICULOUS that a simple form can not be sent over after weeks of reaching out.

I had a leak in my roof and without knowing exactly what was causing it, I called out AJ Boone Exteriors to provide an estimate on what it would take to fix the issue. Daniel came out, assessed the situation and pinpointed the problem area. He was able to perform the repair the same day. I was expecting the absolute worst and thought my whole roof was needing to be replaced and Daniel come out and resolved the issue immediately without trying to oversell me on something I didn't need. That is true integrity and I will be calling these folks again if I am in need of their services. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Went through a couple different contractors for estimates after a hail storm. After meeting with Daniel and David we decided to go with A.J. Boone. They had great knowledge of the insurance process. They got the roof done in one day with a great crew. The roof looks fantastic. You wouldnt know our home was a construction site afterwards because they cleaned up everything and even used magnets to collect any nails.We look forward to further business with A.J. Boone.
