Mark and his crew (Ahrn City Contracting ) worked on a number of different projects for for our new home. Over 2-3 months, they refinished our staircase, installed hardwood floors on our 3rd floor, did restoration work on 2 marble firplaces and stained a new a set of steps leading to the 3rd floor. Throughout the process, Mark was very diligent and flexible. Mark even stepped up last minute in our hour of need to complete and fix trims and rails for our new staircase after another contractor left the work incomplete. We worked with several contractors and our best experience was with Ahrn City. From start to finish, Mark and his team remained very professional and their attention to detail, honesty and customer service were much appreciated. Not to menation pricing is very fair and reasonable.
We will definitely work with Ahrn City in the future.

Mark and his team refinished all of my hardwood floors and repaired and painted my walls. When they finished, the house looked like a completely new property; it was beautifully done. Very professional, thorough, and ensured that our needs were met. Also he was very accommodating, meeting a quick turn around request. Took care of some much needed repairs to our side porch support beams, gave our front gable a new paint job, and wrapped our exposed beam on the main floor. Highly recommend and will definitely be using him again for future projects!

The trim work is done of the best I have ever seen. 2 part pine trim. Attention to detail, old house not square but with amazing craftsmanship with miter and coping and reveal the trim is perfect!!!!!

I hired Mark and Ahrn city Contracting to restore my stair case, 110 year old hardwood treads. He sanded, stained, and painted. He stuck 100% to the schedule he explained to me for the job job itinerary and was responsive/ easy to work with, showed up when he said he would, finished on schedule and was knowledgeable in his trade. I plan on having him refinish more of my old hardwood floors in the future!
