A portion of my gutter on the front of my house fell from faulty screws. Other companies told me I would have to replace the whole front for a good chunk of change. Ahona was able to seam in a new piece with the existing gutter, saving me a ton of money. They also added new screws all along the front portion so nothing else would fall. Super quick and professional.

They came out for a small job. We already had most done already and we just needed two lani covers done. They gave us a bid, we happily accepted. It took a few months and when they came out finally they had ordered the wrong color. All they had to do is match what we already had. They blamed us and said they would not be coming back! We lost a lot of time. So unprofessional!

I had a positive experience from the estimate to the completion of the job. The price was very competitive, the crew showed up on time, they worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. They saved me several hundred dollars by being honest and telling me that an optional part of the job wouldn't do me any good. I can't speak highly enough of this company.

I called late on a Friday because after some rain my gutter came off the roof. They sent someone in on Sunday and Fixed it Monday morning. Although they typically do not do repairs, I was appreciative they figured out a way to assist. Unbelievably communicative, quick, and professional. When it is time to get my gutters changed over, I know who I am calling.

The guys "gutter done" in barely an hour and the gutters and my rain chains look *great*! They were sure fun to work with as well...mahalo nui loa!

I did my research first and the reviews are spot on! These guys are everything they say. It started with Tiffany who was personable, prompt and very helpful. The guys came in UNDER bid! I wouldn’t deal with anyone else …these guys are the best. Out custom gutter was damaged by Terminix who refused to repair it, but Ahona came in and quickly had it back to original spec- and our place is 12 ft off the ground! Wasn’t even a problem.

I hired Ahona to install gutters on my home in Volcano and was so completely impressed that I hired them to replace the gutters on my office building in Kea'au. Absolutely outstanding customer service. The installers were polite and professional. They arrived on time, provided follow-up and left everything spotless when the jobs were finished. The bids from Ahona were far less than the others I procured, too. The quality and workmanship exceeded my expectations. I felt like I was dealing with a mainland company which is always refreshing.

Luckily Rachelle came out and dealt calmly and nicely with our very demanding and particular neighbor with a patience and grace that was impressive. Then she booked us just a few days later to get it fixed by Ken! He also was patient with having someone stand over him while he did his job, and handled the ridiculous demands thrown his was with calmness and grace. Called because one of my gutters pulled off from the fascia next to the downspout. A fairly simple fix but I'm old and can't fix it myself anymore. Said they would be there the next day. They arrived the next day ...fixed the problem , inspected the rest of the gutter and found rusted screws that needed replacing and replaced them. Excellent service.... polite and professional.

Wow!...Top notch service in a world that currently has a great lack in customer care...professional, fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and quality work!...I needed new gutters on my house and after consulting with several friends for recommendations was referred to another business than this one...unfortunately "their" customer service was abysmal...I called almost daily for 3 weeks and never got a live person to answer the phone, always voicemail and after the 3rd week eventually got a return call where I was informed that they "thought" they had gotten back to me...after some lengthy discussions I was informed that the location of my property was unserviceable by this business...they then (very thankfully) referred me to Ahona Gutters...after reading the reviews I was put off at first by the apparent one bad experience that someone had had with a previous (no longer working for them) employee but decided to give them a call anyways...and boy was I STOKED that i did after receiving such quality service!!!...a real live person answered the phone on the 1st call and they got back to me within a day to schedule a consultation for an estimate...I didn't even need to be there for that as they were able to access my property without me having to be present and within a couple days I got an email with an estimate that included a very reasonable price...we then set up an appointment time and due to a cancelation on their end, they were actually able to come a few days earlier and get things done...quality workmanship with a friendly, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy crew and boy they were wicked fast!...they literally had my entire house guttered and were done and gone in about 3 hours!!!...I had ideas about where I wanted down spouts but with their skill and knowledge they were able to determine the best places to have them according to water flow with the odd leveling of my house....seriously! I can't recommend these guys enough! you will be stoked with the work they do, the prices they do it for and the speed with which they do it... 2 thumbs up, 5 stars, and A++ for this company in a world of businesses who don't seem to give much consideration for their customers

Even though it took a couple of weeks to have them come over, I consider that to be "Hawaii time". Fortunately I'm easy going due to recently returning & retiring in Hawaii.
Ken & crew finished the gutters in a few hours & everything looks great. So happy to have my camp home protected!!

I got a quote from Ahona Rain Gutters the same day I called. I'm happy I went with them. Their workmanship is quality, and the final price was the same as quoted. They showed up and were easy to work with.

Owner asked for brackets to be made to attach gutter so we had them fabricated to his design. He came and installed level and didn't use the brackets he said were required. When asked to install as planned he did so very poorly leaving large areas of stagnant water with no drop and in other places as much as 1 inch drop in 4 feet so the water overshoots roof. Dents left throughout gutter from improper ladder placement. When complete his bill was 250 more than bid. When asked what the additional charge was his employee became verbally abusive to myself and my wife, damaged the building, tore off a two downspouts. We reported the incident to police. When we called the owners wife was very apologetic and kind but we cannot recommend this company because of shoddy work, poor communication, verbally aggressive immature employees and outright lack of professionalism as a contractor. She understood why we only wanted to pay the bid amount from the previous day with no explanation of uncharge. Cory's gutters in comparison is very professional and does good work as we have learned.
