She explained what she was going to do and how she would do it and she followed through with her promise. It took 1 day for my new roof to be installed. It looks great. She made contact to follow up with me on making sure I was satisfied with my new roof.

This is a great company to work with. Megan Star is a great agent to work with . The team of roofers are so nice. This is a great team of professionals to work with. We just got our roof replaced yesterday to be exact and A&G did a beautiful job on our roof. We fought with our HOI American Integrity for almost 1 year and a half for help and they finally did their part. But A&G stayed with us until everything was finalized. They were patient and supportive with the entire process. I appreciate them stayed with us and being our roofing company. Megan is a Star she is a true asset to this company. She has been great from the beginning. Very attentive and knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get through this process. Owen replaced my roof last year after a hail storm damaged the shingles. Ins Co confirmed the damage, but only wanted to patch the areas. WHAT?? Owen has a legal team backing him up. He handled everything and the ins Co sent their local adjuster who confirmed that a new roof was required. Planning was perfect and the roofing crew did a great job. That's a good lookin roof.

Owen took great care of us! State Farm was giving us the run around, admitting to damage but still denying the claim for our roof. Owen connected us with the right people and it was eventually taken care of. The roof was done SUPER fast (one week from receiving the funds) and looks great. They use high quality Owens Corning shingles as well
