We've been going to Affordable RV for a decade and always were very happy with their service and performance. The price for work is more than reasonable, and they can fix things that I thought would be difficult at least.

They have outstanding customer service and their work is perfect! They did me right when I had a MAJOR problem on the road. Thanks, John!

We were stuck in a campground because of trailer problems in las Cruces over a holiday weekend. We weren’t getting any available responses on mobile rv service. Contact was made with this retailer and they helped us out tremendously. Even came to us for repair. Thank you so much!

I went in for a simple job. Asked the gentleman about it, if I needed a appointment. He simply said let me look at it. Took my bar hitch to the garage and 5 minutes later, he was done. I wasn't charged a dime. I tried to give him something but he insisted. I'll definitely be back when I have a more serious issue with my tt. Wish I would've gotten his name, thank you sir!

Can't say enough about this business! Great fast service, excellent repairs, great price! I live in Truth or Consequences and did my research from Albuquerque to Las Cruces to find a reasonable, capable and competent business to replace seals on my slideouts, repair some water damage and other things needing service, installing a protective awning over the slideouts. This was the only place I would trust for future service. Highly recommend! Thanks so much to John and his team!

Honest and reliable work. They replaced a couple of axles on our camper. They were professional, reasonable in pricing and prompt. Definitely returning for future repairs!!

John is the best when it comes to RVs. we are from Idaho when we broke down, but John made sure we got back on the road .again, thank you so much for your help I hope more people use this rv place they rock .

We had problems with our slide on our motorhome. We called and left a message. Patrick called us back in a short time. He came the next morning which was fine with us. He came to the campground at the time he said. He introduced himself, very polite. Fixed our problem in a short time. Highly recommend him.

Had leak in sewer system between the outlet and a macerator. An authorized dealer failed to find and fix so started to do myself and decided the go to an experienced RV repair shop. I was very uncomfortable with the price and layers of folks involved - a preliminary description , necessary use them to get park at high mark up and delay then, talking to a scheduler and never never talking to the person who was actually doing the work. Then I took a chance on Affordable RV in Las Cruses NM. I found the part on my own, Went to them and talked to the owner/technician (2 person shop) , he was ok with me getting my part, said he thought it would take 2 hours at 150 and hour (previous large provided was 250). He took an hour - charged my 140 (only took an hour), explained to me what he did, some risks I had to watch out for - what a wonderful experience for me . Sewer leak fixed, dealt with wonderful people. I would go our of my way to take my RV to this shop whenever I could. -

My generator tailpipe was really bent (AWD isn’t high clearance) and I was afraid it would take forever if I had to order a new one, or possibly get one manufactured. John was able to bend and weld the pipe and send me on my way. I would definitely use this shop again.

Excellent, hard working, trustworthy, and helpful! They were able to determine what was wrong with the RV while we were in Albuquerque and gave us an update often! Appreciate all your help!

Tong jack broke on trailer. Needed a new one asap. They were friendly and helpful and we left with the part we needed.

Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. I bounced back and forth with appointment, and they accommodated me. Got work done quickly and right - not a huge job, but correct and, in fact, affordable. Thank you!

AMAZING!!! We had an issue with our RV refrigerator. We called several mobile RV service people and got various avoidance remarks - quoted $125 mileage + $150. Per hr. Service call fee. Our issue looked serious enough that we may have to replace part or all of the electronic system. We drove 20 miles and a service tech diagnosed the issue, fixed it and showed my husband how to fix it if we experience a repeat of the issue! And get this REFUSED ANY COMPENSATION! QUICK, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND deserving of your attention.

So hard to find people around here that respond to emails and show up when they say. Ray even emailed me afterwards to make sure all was done right!

This place is the only one I will take my rv. Affordable is a understatement. I fully trust their recommendations and workmanship.

Driving through to California. Experiencing coolant loss, inoperable water pump, side awning disconnecting from side of RV - complete & utter hot mess. Everyone was great. Very informative & looked at our RV as soon as we arrived. Everything was fixed and we were back in the road within 1-1.5 hours. Highly recommend them. Honest & affordable.

We have had service work done at Affordable RV on six or seven occasions over the last two years and have always received excellent service. We have dealt primarily with John and are impressed with his knowledge, ability and honesty.
