He was very prompt, professional, and kept me informed all through the process of accessing my situation. My mainline was backed up in my house. I was referred to this company by 2 different people. The price was surprisingly very affordable. Brent came out and serviced my house. He was very kind, friendly, informative and professional. I was blown away by the level of customer service. He was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I have used this company twice now, 2022 and 2024. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Dustin came to my house both times for service work. First time he was able to identify and repair a problem than many other companies looked over.
Second time, I called for service/maintenance work and Dustin was at my house within 30 minutes. The employees are honest, thorough, efficient, reliable, knowledgeable, timely and quick!
Most recent service in August 2024, I had Dustin (Affordable Rooter Service) come because my washing machine kept giving a message of clogged drain, even though I clear the drain trap weekly on the washing machine. I also had him do preventative maintenance work to confirm I do not have a clog in the main water/drain system of my house, from my house to the street or a clog at the clean out trap. He also throughly checked out my Washing Machine drain pipes and the pipes in the wall that run to the main drain system, I then had him clean my dryer vent system that can be accessed from outside. I am continually impressed with this company and will add that Dustin was able to assure me that an
expensive problem reported by a major plumbing rooter company

Finally, the cost of excellent and efficient work by Affordable Rooter Service (1.5 hours of work) was $100 less than what I paid Roto Rooter for a 3 minute service call to pull hair out of a bathtub drain. Do yourself a favor and call Affordable Rooter Service before you call another plumbing or rooter company. If your need is not in their field of work, they will refer you to another reputable company. I wish every company worked with the high integrity and professionalism that Affordable Rooter Service provides on a regular basis. This company sets the bar high and doesn’t empty your bank account.

Fast response, easy scheduling via text, arrived on time after calling beforehand, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly, and left my house clean and ready to go.

Having water flowing through a room is one of the most horrible experiences imaginable! Dustin understood the problem immediately, and had our line completely cleared in no time. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and left no mess! Even on a Sunday the fee was so reasonable!

I had a clog in my shower drain. Tyler came out and listened to my story. He was very knowledgeable about drain systems and went to work on my issue. He had the right tools and equipment. He resolved the issue and took time to verify the repair. I will not hesitate to recommend this company and technician to anyone with a drain issue. I will certainly use Affordable Rooter Service again!

Very rude. Only made it to scheduling an appointment which is canceled due to your rude scheduler. The scheduler text me a same day appointment time that was afterhours they charge extra for those. this isn't urgent and idk the issue to get an estimate so ill wait for business hours. After getting no response about this I call back to reschedule for business hours and was advised scheduler would text me new time during business hours. Same number text back offering appointment for next day at the same time I advised again I need one during business hours. The respond "Thursday 8-12 or 12-4" I say 9am works. And get a rude message back that the times are PM Cleary not specified in the message also not during hours I asked for. So I ask for 12 pm and received "The appointment is 8-12p" again not what I asked for. The ladies who answered my calls were polite and helpful as they could be so why is the person scheduling be rude and ignoring a simple request. Also it would be 8pm-12am, 12pm is mid day not night. If there was a misunderstanding that's on your part why are you being rude to me.

We needed a rooter service to clear whatever was causing our plumbing to back up. Nick Tanner came the same day I called, diagnosed the problem and fixed it.
He explained to me what was wrong and educated me on what to do going forward. The price was great. Excellent service. Thank you!

Had an issue with my kitchen sink after being fixed. I thought it was manifesting into my washroom and bathroom. However, when the technician looked at both issues, he determined that it was not pertaining to the kitchen sink. The technician reached out to his management team and determined that it was a different problem, so that I still was charged. Not quite satisfied
because I felt the issue stemmed from when they originally came out to look at my kitchen sink and fixed it a month or two ago. Technician did a good job of explaining everything.

We had a plumbing emergency at 10pm on a Friday night. Called Affordable Rooter service and they set us up with a weekend appointment. Dustin was very professional, got the problem fixed within an hour, and the price was more than reasonable. We will definitely be contacting them with any future needs!

It was a Saturday morning when the tenant called to tell me something was wrong with the plumbing. After my go to handyman looked at it and told me to call a Rooter service I called 4 in the area. ARS were the only ones with a person taking calls. The appt was set within a few mins even text and when the tech was dispatched they texted me a link where I could see the tech on GPS. Tyler was on top of his game. Very nice man, knows his biz and fixed the issue within an hour of showing up. Saved me money and provided a value filled service. I will call them again when needed.

Brad is amazing! He not only repaired our plumbing problems went to bat for us with our home warranty to prove the issue we had was an issued covered by our policy.

I called Affordable Rooter service when I had water backing up in our kitchen sink. They were easily the nicest, quickest, most responsive group I’ve ever called for service. 12/21/23: Had another clog in the same line, different place. Nick came out again, did his usual fine job. Definitely recommend.

We had a major sewer blockage and of course family coming into town that night. They were quick to arrive, explained the situation clearly, cleared out the clog the best they could so we could at least semi-use our water but unfortunately we had a major tree root growing through our sewer line pipe under our concrete patio slab. They quickly used their connections to find us a plumber who could do the extensive job the very next morning. And even came back out a couple of days later to ensure everything was done right. Very professional and would highly recommend.

Tyler came out on a Sunday afternoon and fixed up a root-filled sewer line. He was patient with all our questions and was kind and courteous. He even cleaned everything afterward! Would recommend.
