They installed a metal roof and did an excellent job. They went above and beyond to take care of my house.
Where should I start? Trace ( owner ) for the record is a nice guy. They installed our roof ( previous roof was old but did not leak ) and from day one we had a leak by our chimney. They came out no less than 12 times to repair the leak with no success. Trace blamed even our intake to the air conditioner as the issue saying it sweats causing the problem! Trace then finally threw his hands up and called a leak detection service. The first time unfortunately did not find the issue and the leak continued damaging the interior of our house. Trace even had a guy come out and resurface our chimney as he said the rock was causing the issue! On the second visit ( and over a year and a half since the leak started ) the leak detection service found the issue. As it turned out the flashing was installed incorrectly and water was coming in between the flashing and running into the house. After the fix we initially have not had any new leaks until now where during the hurricane it leaked again around the same area and a second leak now detected on the opposite side of the house. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. He hires teams that are not qualified and do shabby work. I am sure to see a rebuttal here, and that's fine but if I can save any others from these potential issues then this was worth it.
Just had Affordable Roofing replace my roof. I would highly recommend this company. From my initial conversation with Nicole to working with Trace and his crew, they all were awesome, professional and work performed in a timely manner. 10 Stars for this company!!
