Affordable Roof Cleaning

Got an appointment from Erin at their office for the following week. Dustin was to come by & give me an estimate on some roof repairs. On the given date & time, I waited for 1-1/5 hours ... no one showed up. Called their office & Erin said she didn't have time to call me to let me know Dustin was having truck problems. No apologies, no offer to reschedule, only excuses ... no business for them from us.

Fair, friendly, prompt and excellent workmanship. The crew and material arrived on time and work began immediately. There was one hiccup, the foreman had a family emergency and had to leave but we were informed and the schedule was adjusted. The impact was minimal, a few hours over the original plan. Completion and cleanup exceeded or met our highest expectations. Follow up inspection by a company owner was thorough and informative, we are satisfied.

Had our 30-yr old shake roof replaced by Affordable and was very pleased by the process and result. Rich, the owner, did a great job of explaining what the job entailed and how they would go about it and Justin and his crew completed the removal and re-roof in three days. They protected my landscaping as much as possible and cleaned up their mess each night before leaving. Since it was our first experience with roofers, I didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised with their professionalism and workmanship. New roofs aren't cheap, so it helped to feel confident in the final project.
