Dryden and team renovated and finished the basement on our 80 year old home. A creative floor plan allowed for efficient addition of two bedrooms with egress, bath/washroom, and kitchenette. The original plumbing was gently and efficiently replaced. We were impressed with the quality of labor in the time promised at an affordable price. Most of all, the customer service went above and beyond expectations. Unable to be present throughout the project, Dryden video called daily to show progress and involve us in decisions. We highly recommend Affordable Renovations!

Dryden is the contractor most of us hope for. Someone who communicates their timeline and follows through with it. He helps provide AFFORDABLE and NEW solutions to problems. He will gently give thoughts outside the box that (in my experience) usually end up being better than what I was originally thinking! Affordable renovations did our bathroom downstairs and help us re-configure it so we could fit in a full sized shower and double vanity! (Please see before and after picture) Very thankful for their expertise!
