I will give a zero star for it. please don’t hire this company it’s a fraud. also most of their good reviews are from their employees, they are working without respecting the state code and without respecting the customer and their job is awful and not only that’s but they took our money and they stole materials from our property and they never answered back. the owner known really how to talk and show a very nice face but he is not like that he is a big lair. they destroyed our house because of their stupidity when they left the roof incomplete and they know that’s will rain all house is leaking and now we have to fix up the mold issue plus the shingles are in different colors also they are working without measurements, our incomplete floor is not equal level,electric, drywall …. mistakes everywhere and top of it they don’t want to complete their job or collect their trash so we have to pay for that another company. it’s have been one year now since they start the job that they said that’s will be done in a maximum of 4 weeks.I have proof and evidences of what I am writing.

If you are thinking to hire Ray Shaker (affordable on Properties LLC) as your contractor for your construction project please Stop.
He is not a contractor he is like a scammer, we hire him for a project in may 2024 now after a year our project is not even 10% done. We already paid him more than half of the project price because he was telling us that he will order materials from china to get very good price which he never order anything. After we ask for that material came? he stop answering our calls we left him voice mail, messages he never reply right away, every after few days he just comes with new stories like my car brook down, I was sick, material is delayed. After our investigation we found he never had proper architect design, he never had any architect engineer and not even apply for any permit of construction from the city. He had workers they are not professional and not even communicate in English. We already working with our legal team to send him legal notices for damages we are facing because of his un professional behavior and delays.
Before we hired him there was no one to tell us about him. Since we had very bad experience we would like to tell every one do not hire him if you want to stress free.
