My wife and I traveled here from central Florida to experience New Orleans. On our way here we noticed our electric camper brakes were only half working. We could've made the trip back home ok but I know we don't have any trustworthy camper repair places in our area at home so we decided to search around this area for a reputable place. In our search we came across Affordable Mobile RV Tech. The reviews were very promising so we decided to give them a call. We called late Monday afternoon and Ben said he'd be able to come take a look Tuesday around 11am. Ben and his assistant were actually able to come out first thing on Tuesday. Thank God he's patient because we didn't hear him at first. Ben and his assistant got right to work, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in approximately 20 mins. They were very thorough in checking everything out and even checked all our fuses to make sure everything was working correctly. The price to fix my brakes was very affordable, especially since he came to us. We didn't even have to pull our slides in. 5 stars isn't enough to express my great experience with Ben. Better, cheaper, and more convenient service than we could find at home. THANKS BEN!!!!!

Ben was the best! We needed major work done on our travel trailer, rotten slide out floors, delaminating issues, taking carpet out, replacing wipers, slide out seals and much more. He handled it all! Stayed in contact with me on progress, sent photos when he ran into issues we didn't know about and was AFFORDABLE! Very easy to work with, went above and beyond for us and did top notch work on our camper. Definitely recommend!

Ben & Co. Installed 2 windows in my cargo trailler.They did an expert job at a reasonable rate in a timely manner. Won't go anywhere else.

If you are needing assistance/repair with your RV, Ben IS the GO TO GUY the ONLY one to call! Does what he says he's going to do! Not after the bucks, after helping others and getting them what they taken care of. Twice I had to call him about my a/c units, first the main then the other. I could not have asked for better service! On the second visit he took the time to listen to me and offer great advice on an unrelated issue. I had another company that was supposed to fix my soft floor but actually jacked it all up. Ben listened and offered his advice. Hoping he will be able to work me in to fix my floor also. Again, Affordable Mobile RV Tech is the ONLY RV tech to call and use!!!

Affordable RV Tech has become my go-to service for my live-in camper over the last year. When others have been unable (or unwilling) to come out, they have been there and delivered fast and, yes, affordable service. When a recent plumbing issue created a big problem, Ben from Affordability not only answered my call but .made a special trip out here to Henleyfield do a quick repair for me. I will definitely use this company for all my rv needs in the future.

I called Mr. Ben this morning, told him my issue with hot water heater. He said techs would be here today. Two very nice men showed up and corrected my problem. Very polite and very professional. I have them saved in my phone, and would definitely call them again. A++ service!! Thank y’all again. I appreciate it!!

We had an issue with our bedroom slide out. We contacted Affordable because we had used them a couple of years ago & were very impressed with their service. I guess his business has grown & he now has people working for him. The tech he sent out was a super nice guy, but really had no idea what he was doing. My husband was watching videos online while the tech was here & basically figured most everything out for the tech. Just saying that if you know what the general problem is that you send a tech that is experienced with that issue

UPDATE . . . Because the tech who came out was not able to get our slide all the way in, when we had a rainstorm today, water came in where the slide wasn't sealed. . . Hope we don't end up with major water damage

UPDATE: My husband spoke to Ben (the owner) today (who was awesome calling us back when he knew we weren't happy). Walked my husband thru what we need to do to get the slide synched back up.... Don't want to mess with it until we get to our next spot on Monday for long term. Will update

I contacted this business due to my travel trailer having a leaking window. I contacted him in the evening and the next afternoon he was at my location. He not only fixed the window that was leaking but checked another window and repaired that one as well. He was very knowledgeable and also allowed me to look at the damage to see what he was referring to. I am very pleased with his work and would call him in a heartbeat. He is very kind as well.

After much diagnostic debates I called Ben to check out my no start problem. We were stranded at an RV park and needed help. They showed up and quickly had my class A diesel running and the correct diagnosis…a bad starter. It got me back to my storage site where they later replaced the starter. Friendly and fair service. I’ll call them again for all my RV service needs. Thanks!

Our awning was not working correctly.. Ben and Alvin came out quickly and fixed it in a jiffy.. their professionalism was top notch and so reasonable.. I would recommend them for all repairs!!!

Affordable RV was recommended to us by our campground when we discovered we had a rip in our rubber roof and leaking. Ben was extremely responsive; gave us a quote, ordered materials and kept us up to date on status and a few days notice of the new roof install - which he was able to do on site. This was the best service we’ve had from any business in a long time. We couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend!!!

Always skeptical about places with high ratings but this one proved to be true. We were headed to Hattiesburg and our rear AC went out. We were not looking forward to 90+ degrees with only 1 AC. We called late in the afternoon looking for the chance of repair. They came out the next day (1 hr drive to us) did diagnostics and it was not repairable. They managed to find us a replacement and came out the next day and replaced the unit. Efficient, professional and just nice people. Price charged was extremely fair. We are already scheduling another appointment to have other things done. We give them the highest possible recommendation.

I would highly recommend this business.!! I purchased a camper that I did not know had a bad roof. I called Ben and he came out that day. Which was a blessing considering it was during a storm and I live in the middle of nowhere. He confirmed it did need a new roof. Not only was he able to get it in and replaced in less then two weeks He gave us the best price. The new roof is guaranteed for 15 years! He was blessing to me and extremely terrible purchase.

When our slide out wouldn’t slide back in, Affordable Mobile RV was ready to roll and was a welcome voice of assistance. Even though I was able to engage the motor on my own (somehow) and had to cancel the call within minutes, their reassurance and professionalism definitely rates 5 stars!

I called with a problem with my slide and Ben told me how to fix it myself and then wouldn’t take any money when I offered. This is really rare today. Don’t bother calling anyone else. This guys the real deal and won’t screw you.

My air conditioner went out in my rv. Ben and his guys came that day and replaced my ac. Great service, great prices, and they knew what they were doing. Will be recommending them to everyone.

My AC in my fifth wheel went out on me last night, I called this morning and Ben came out looked at my unit and replaced my unit within an hour of buying a new one!! With it being the middle of the summer I was so happy to not sweat through the night again. I highly recommend him and his workers for all of your mobile RV repair needs! I Will definitely be using him again! Very helpful, professional and so nice! He was great on prices as well!

This person originally said be free come look at my issue then few weeks went by and he then said be 120$ come look at. He sent out another guy look at it take pictures not tell nothing said call with estimate. So then after 3 more text quote $7000 for roof fix stating all wood rotten on a brand new roof. I could re-roof entire house for this affordable estimate. This guy fly by night and shady.

These guys were awesome! Fast response. Water heater went out. They came out and fixed it in less then 10 mins. Even showed me how to take care of the problem if it ever happens again. Will definitely use for all our needs in the future. If you have an RV problem give them a call!

Absolutely amazing service went to bring camper out to McLeod and my slides decided they weren’t going to work at all I gave them a call in desperation and they definitely delivered came out the same afternoon and within a hour they had my slides working and saved my trip from being canceled! Thank you again!!

These men are very nice and friendly. They were able to come out and fix the ac on my Rv in about 2 hours. I would highly recommend calling them for your RV needs.

Read the great reviews and thought I would reach out as I needed some repair work done. I was told no problem, they'd be out the next day. They never showed up and when I reached out again, I recieved no response. I was completely blown off without any explanation. I felt this was totally unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend unless your money is somehow greener than mine.

Ben and his crew were very busy but came to the rescue, squeezing my RV repair in their schedule. They did a roadside (parking lot) service. Managed to get the part needed and had me back on the road in less than two hours. Very happy with the service and the price! (Another local company estimated 3-4x the price).

Ben and crew installed an additional A/C on our travel trailer. It was prewired but he had to cut a hole in the roof and install the new A/C. Price was very fair and work was done early. He did a great job! I will call him again if I need any work done on my travel trailer.

I called because I was having a problem with my generator. The owner called back very quickly and told me he didn’t work on generators but put me immediately in touch with someone who did.
Though I didn’t end up using Affordable Mobile RV tech, I was very impressed with their diligence in getting back to me and for their referral.

Ben has replaced the refrigerator in our motor home. He was very reliable and affordable. We certainly recommend him for any RV repair needs. We will be calling on him for any future needs.
