Rafael replaced the roof on our house. The price was fair and he used high quality materials. The whole process from the inspection to the clean-up went very smoothly. Rafael and his crew worked well together. They removed the old attic fan and added many more roof vents. They even laid down tarps to catch debris falling off the roof. They didn’t cut corners and really had our best interest at heart. My family and I are very impressed and appreciative of everything they’ve done for us. Rafael and crew replaced siding and painted the outside of our two story home last fall. They used three colors and did a spectacular job! We have gotten so many compliments from neighbors and others. Rafael also did some drywall patching and replaced inside window trim that had warped from water damage. We were so very pleased with his work.

I hired Rafael to repair a chain link fence that had been damaged by falling branches. I assumed his idea of repair was the same as mine: replace damaged parts with new. He attempted to bend and stretch the parts back to their original shape. The result was a mediocre looking repair. I couldn’t stand watching the low quality of work and stopped him halfway.

Rafael and his crew replaced the siding on our home, painted it and built a patio cover. We are very happy with their work.

Rafael Esparza, the owner of Affordable Home Repair, replaced 2 large decks on my Mom's home in Amity, Oregon in 2019. I can highly recommend him for good communications, a reasonable quotation and high quality work. He removed the old decks and rebuilt them completely including the foundation, structure, decking and rails. I especially appreciated that he was on-site very day with his crew and did a great job from start to finish.
