I had three separate leaks that needed to be taken care of. A friend suggested Affordable which they used before. Dan Glazier was my contact. What needed done he gave me a reasonable quote I could live with. His crew did what needed, even replacing some wood. I felt comfortable with a one year warranty on minor repairs. After the first big rain two out of three spots were good but one still leaked a little. Visible on ceiling. Dustin came out that day. Facetimed with Dan to brainstorm together. He figured where leak was and added a piece of shingle and cement. Two storms later and no visible leaks. I will still watch but I believe Dan and his crew got it taken care of and we really appreciate it.

We had Affordable Construction come out and replace our roof and fix our backyard fence that had one panel damaged and one panel lost due to wind and flood damage. They did an excellent job on the roof and fixing the fence. With the fence, they added a hole with wood bars in both panels to allow flood water to flow better. Garrett Bergmann was the gentleman I spoke with, and he was always friendly and knowledgeable as well as responsive to my texts and calls when I had questions or concerns. The only drawback I had was that we had discussed putting two holes in each fence panel, and that information did not get passed to the gentleman who did the work. Overall, I was pleased with the results and will call them for future fixes or upgrades.

Garrett gave great customer service. He explained details of the job and followed up to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. When I need more improvements to my house, he is who I will call.

There was a surprise hail storm in May that pummeled both of my vehicles. While I was outside stressing over this Brad Williams and Tristan Gooden stopped by and offered to look at the roof on my house. I don’t usually deal with people that I didn’t make the initial call to but I’m glad I did. My roof was damaged and thanks to great insurance and Affordable Construction I have a beautiful new roof. The crew came at six in the morning and worked until nine that night, all twelve or so of them. They finished the next morning. I have a large single story house so it was a lot of work and very hot outside. I would recommend this company for your roof or anything construction related that you need done. I am currently having other work done by this company and I have been extremely pleased with everything.

I would definitely recommend these guys for any type of house repairs. We had an issue where squirrels had damaged sections of the roof in a major way. Dan was very responsive and very conscientious when putting together the plan, and Cory came out and did the work and did a phenomenal job! These guys are absolutely the best to work with. I'll recommend them to anyone who wants to listen.

They came out post storm and took care of everything, minimal hassle, done right.

Dan and his group were on time, fast, friendly and VERY easy to work with. His foreman, Shawn, took the time to listen to my concerns and made them happen. They coordinated EVERYTHING within the scope of the job including the solar panel remove and replace, the gutter company, and the garage door company. If you are not using Affordable Construction Co for your needs, you are not getting the best. Dan came to the house personally to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted, and he made it happen.

There was a severe thunderstorm that ripped off several shingles, and caused significant hail damage to my house 11 years ago. I had Affordable Construction (I think it was also called Affordable Roofing around that time) replace the roof and make other related repairs. They seemed to have done a good job, since multiple severe storms since then have caused no obvious damage to the roof. My only complaint is that a couple of guys from Affordable Construction visited (uninvited) what was then my father's house a year or so ago, wanting to make unnecessary repairs.

The people at Affordable Construction are honest, fair and dependable. I've known them for years and know they do roofing right!

Replaced a roof for me. It's a rental, so all I wanted was a basic, cheap roof done. They handled my priorities well.

They installed a roof on my moms home a couple years ago and did a fantastic job. We are in the process of selling moms home and they have replaced flooring, repaired walls, replaced tile. Amazing group and fantastic work. I will not use anyone else!

Knowledgeable about the insurance process. Hold the adjusters accountable to take a closer look at damaged items covered by insurance that require replacing.

This was our first time replacing our roof and everything went exceptionally well. Dan sat down and explained the entire process from start to finish. If we had any questions about the process, Dan answered them in a timely manner. We were very impressed that our roof replacement was completed in one day; his team was extremely thorough throughout the the entire job, they made sure that our flowerbeds weren't damaged, every nail and piece of shingle was removed from our yard. I was approached by a field inspector from Affordable Construction ,Don Osban, they had just finished an inspection on my neighbors house from a hail storm that I was unaware of. As a first time home owner I had never been through the process and was a bit skeptical. But since he had done my neighbors house I figured I'd let him look at mine. It only took about 10 minutes. He went up and inspected and came down and told me he didn't see any damage,he said it looked brand new. Which was great news!He gave me a business card and said if I had any concerns or if another storm came through to give them a call and they would be happy to come back out and inspect it again for me! Very professional guy! If I need a new roof or inspection in the future I'll definitely be calling Don with Affordable Construction!

Jesse Bacon was amazing. He kept to his word and handled everything with insurance. I thought I had a problem several months later and I called him and he came out about 10pm and inspected. He is awesome.

Outstanding customer service. Work is top notch. No one ever left a mess in the yard. This was truly a great experience and we certainly recommend others using this contractor. Very professional and the timeline on the project completion was right on the money. Very affordable and great communicators.

I agree with Michelle, I have seen these properties and the work that was done. Work was done well, they cleaned everything up behind them and havent had any issues with anything done. Others leaving false reviews or ratings based on something other than the professionalism of this company need to get a life. Thx!

We own multiple properties and would never call anyone but Affordable Construction out for a job. They are hard working, honest people to do business with. Even the office staff is amazing, friendly and helpful.

I recently moved back to my hometown in Oklahoma after living out of state for many years. I moved in advance before my husband due to his career and working out of the country. Right away reality hit me, if you live in Oklahoma, you better have a good roofer!!!! I was referred to Affordable Construction by a long time friend and it was the best experience I have ever had dealing with home issues with my husband being out of town!!!! Every person I dealt with at Affordable Construction was incredibly professional, kind, helpful and knowledgable. Dan, the owner of the company even took the time to email pictures to my husband to explain the issues with our roof and did a Skype conference with him to make sure everyone was all on board about what would need to be done and gave a precise timeline as to how long the project would take! Things went exactly as he described and pictures were taken along the way as well as when the job was finished and shared with my husband. I wish I could give 10 stars to Affordable Construction!!!!!

Michael has always done great work on our house. I love the office staff there. They are always so friendly and helpful whenever I call. I couldnt ask for a nicer company to work with.

We have worked with Michael from Affordable twice now.

It was literally raining inside our house, they came out and did an asap tarp job. In the meantime, Michael went over several different options with us that fit our budget including what our insurance was paying. The roofers were there as soon as it quit raining and had the entire roof done in two days. And we have three gables with a very steep pitch. They were respectful and left absolutely no mess. We get compliments on a regular basis on the shingle color (looks great with our brick), uniformity of the ridge vents and over all job.

Recently our neighbors tree fell on our home. It was a no brainer what company I was going to call. Once again, they did an asap tarp. Fixed the roof first, THANK YOU, it was almost nonstop raining. Then the carpenters came out and repaired the side of the house that was damaged. And saved us money in the process, again!

Response time from an email or text was within the hour. And they worked with our insurance company and us, in conjunction. I can’t say enough positive things about their work ethic, professional service and friendliness.

Super quality work performed in a timely manner. Sales and service people were friendly and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the work performed!

After the May 2013 tornado, Affordable Construction helped us when they were very busy and we weren't even on their schedule. There was another storm coming and they took measures to keep us from having further damage.

Additionally, because there was a mix up with insurance, they very graciously worked with us on payment.

Josh came out to my place of work to give me bid for our roof/flashing. I never received my bid, it has been over a month and I was supposed to receive it the following week. I even called him to remind him, but I never got it. I'm not sure if he was upset about the fact that I didn't want to file it on the property insurance right out of the gate, but he acted like he was going to make more money if I made an insurance claim. Not very professional.

Everything worked out great when they did our roof. They dealt with the insurance company and made sure we got everything we needed, they finished in one day, and they made sure to clean up when they were done. Matt was kind and helpful, and he was quick to respond when we had a question. I would definitely recommend them.

Best there is, these folks are easy to talk to fun and more importantly got the job done Right!!! If your on the fence jump over it and on there side. they will take care of ya
